本发明涉及流延设备技术领域,尤其是一种挤出流延设备的进料装置,包括底座、进料管、碎料腔和熔料管道,所述进料管固定在底座上,所述进料管设有上下两层,中间采用带孔履带隔开,所述进料管顶部设有风扇,所述进料管底部设有传送带,所述传送带底部设有加热层,所述碎料腔设在进料管右侧,所述碎料腔内设有碎料机,所述熔料管道连在进料管上,所述熔料管道和进料管之间设有出料阀门,所述熔料管道外侧设有加热电感线圈。本装置设计简单,操作方便,经过加热烘干,碎料等步骤,出来的料质量可靠,出料效率也较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及流延设备技术领域,尤其是一种挤出流延设备的进料装置。
背景技术
现有的流延设备的进料口的设计有些问题,很多时候物料还没干燥就进入下道工序,影响成品的质量,而且加热速度比较慢。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种挤出流延设备的进料装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种挤出流延设备的进料装置,包括底座、进料管、碎料腔和熔料管道,进料管固定在底座上,进料管设有上下两层,中间采用带孔履带隔开,进料管顶部设有风扇,进料管底部设有传送带,传送带底部设有加热层,碎料腔设在进料管右侧,碎料腔内设有碎料机,熔料管道连在进料管上,熔料管道和进料管之间设有出料阀门,熔料管道外侧设有加热电感线圈。
本发明的有益效果是,本装置设计简单,操作方便,经过加热烘干,碎料等步骤,出来的料质量可靠,出料效率也较高。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种挤出流延设备的进料装置,包括底座1、进料管2、碎料腔3和熔料管道4,进料管2固定在底座1上,进料管2设有上下两层,中间采用带孔履带5隔开,进料管2顶部设有风扇11,进料管2底部设有传送带6,传送带6底部设有加热层7,碎料腔3设在进料管2右侧,碎料腔3内设有碎料机8,熔料管道4连在进料管2上,熔料管道4和进料管2之间设有出料阀门9,熔料管道4外侧设有加热电感线圈10。
使用方法:物料进入进料管2上层,通过风扇11将物料吹干,颗粒较小的物料通过带孔履带5进入进料管2下层,底部的加热层7将物料烘干,然后进入碎料腔3内搅拌破碎,打开出料阀门9,物料在熔料管道4内加热融化,通过电磁感应加热效果更好。

1.一种挤出流延设备的进料装置,包括底座(1)、进料管(2)、碎料腔(3)和熔料管道(4),其特征是,所述进料管(2)固定在底座(1)上,所述进料管(2)设有上下两层,中间采用带孔履带(5)隔开,所述进料管(2)顶部设有风扇(11),所述进料管(2)底部设有传送带(6),所述传送带(6)底部设有加热层(7),所述碎料腔(3)设在进料管(2)右侧,所述碎料腔(3)内设有碎料机(8),所述熔料管道(4)连在进料管(2)上,所述熔料管道(4)和进料管(2)之间设有出料阀门(9),所述熔料管道(4)外侧设有加热电感线圈(10)。
