本发明涉及流延设备技术领域，尤其是一种挤出流延设备的进料装置，包括底座、进料管、碎料腔和熔料管道，所述进料管固定在底座上，所述进料管设有上下两层，中间采用带孔履带隔开，所述进料管顶部设有风扇，所述进料管底部设有传送带，所述传送带底部设有加热层，所述碎料腔设在进料管右侧，所述碎料腔内设有碎料机，所述熔料管道连在进料管上，所述熔料管道和进料管之间设有出料阀门，所述熔料管道外侧设有加热电感线圈。本装置设计简单，操作方便，经过加热烘干，碎料等步骤，出来的料质量可靠，出料效率也较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及流延设备技术领域，尤其是一种挤出流延设备的进料装置。
背景技术
现有的流延设备的进料口的设计有些问题，很多时候物料还没干燥就进入下道工序，影响成品的质量，而且加热速度比较慢。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足，本发明提供了一种挤出流延设备的进料装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种挤出流延设备的进料装置，包括底座、进料管、碎料腔和熔料管道，进料管固定在底座上，进料管设有上下两层，中间采用带孔履带隔开，进料管顶部设有风扇，进料管底部设有传送带，传送带底部设有加热层，碎料腔设在进料管右侧，碎料腔内设有碎料机，熔料管道连在进料管上，熔料管道和进料管之间设有出料阀门，熔料管道外侧设有加热电感线圈。
本发明的有益效果是，本装置设计简单，操作方便，经过加热烘干，碎料等步骤，出来的料质量可靠，出料效率也较高。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种挤出流延设备的进料装置，包括底座1、进料管2、碎料腔3和熔料管道4，进料管2固定在底座1上，进料管2设有上下两层，中间采用带孔履带5隔开，进料管2顶部设有风扇11，进料管2底部设有传送带6，传送带6底部设有加热层7，碎料腔3设在进料管2右侧，碎料腔3内设有碎料机8，熔料管道4连在进料管2上，熔料管道4和进料管2之间设有出料阀门9，熔料管道4外侧设有加热电感线圈10。
使用方法：物料进入进料管2上层，通过风扇11将物料吹干，颗粒较小的物料通过带孔履带5进入进料管2下层，底部的加热层7将物料烘干，然后进入碎料腔3内搅拌破碎，打开出料阀门9，物料在熔料管道4内加热融化，通过电磁感应加热效果更好。

1.一种挤出流延设备的进料装置，包括底座（1）、进料管（2）、碎料腔（3）和熔料管道（4），其特征是，所述进料管（2）固定在底座（1）上，所述进料管（2）设有上下两层，中间采用带孔履带（5）隔开，所述进料管（2）顶部设有风扇（11），所述进料管（2）底部设有传送带（6），所述传送带（6）底部设有加热层（7），所述碎料腔（3）设在进料管（2）右侧，所述碎料腔（3）内设有碎料机（8），所述熔料管道（4）连在进料管（2）上，所述熔料管道（4）和进料管（2）之间设有出料阀门（9），所述熔料管道（4）外侧设有加热电感线圈（10）。
