本发明公开了一种针体带激光定位灯的穿刺针。该发明涉及医疗器械领域。结构包括激光定位灯、夹子和穿刺针,所述激光定位灯由光源、灯体和开关构成,所述夹子连接激光定位灯和穿刺针,所述穿刺针由针体、针芯、针芯底座和针翼构成。本发明结构简单、成本低廉、方便使用,根据C形臂X-ray机引导穿刺的“同轴技术”通过激光定位灯逆向投射光圈信号至C形臂X-ray机图像增强器平面上,通过投射至图像增强器平面上光圈的变化情况引导穿刺路径,为准确穿刺提供便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种针体带激光定位灯的穿刺针。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,医疗技术的进步,微创手术因具有创伤小、费用低、恢复快的优点,已成为许多患者的首选手术方式。比如:三叉神经痛患者接受C形臂X-ray机引导下行经皮穿刺至卵圆孔行三叉神经半月结射频热凝术;颈椎病患者接受C形臂X-ray机引导下行经皮穿刺至椎间孔行颈神经根抗炎镇痛注射治疗术;腰椎间盘突出症患者接受C形臂X-ray机引导下行经皮穿刺至椎间盘行椎间盘热凝或消融术,等。
微创手术治疗的关键在于穿刺的准确性,而“同轴技术”(即:穿刺针的进针方向与线源一致)是C形臂X-ray机下穿刺的基本原则,但是如何真正实现同轴技术穿刺,目前缺乏行之有效的办法。微创手术时,通常在C形臂X-ray机成功定位解剖标志后,临床医生主要依据临床经验和对“同轴技术”的自主观判断进行穿刺。但是,对于肥胖、解剖变异的患者或是临床经验不足的医生而言,容易出现反复穿刺失败的现象,同时增加手术风险。另外,由于微创手术时,患者多处于清醒状态,因此反复多次穿刺容易造成患者紧张、焦虑,从而对医生失去信任感。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种临床医生在C形臂X-ray机引导下能够实现“同轴技术”穿刺的穿刺针。
本发明的技术方案为:一种针体带激光定位灯的穿刺针,包括激光定位灯、夹子和穿刺针,所述激光定位灯由光源、灯体和开关构成,所述夹子连接激光灯和穿刺针,所述穿刺针由针体、针芯、针芯底座和针翼构成,激光灯、夹子和穿刺针为一体制成。
使用时,将穿刺针刺入皮肤后,按下激光定位灯开关,激光定位灯光源射出圆形光圈,投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上,如果激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线同轴,即激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈正圆形,如果激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不同轴,即激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈变形的圆形,能够通过激光定位灯光源投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈形状判断穿刺针的进针方向是否与C形臂X-ray机放射的光线方向平行。
本发明的有益效果是:该穿刺针结合激光定位灯,适合从事微创手术的临床医生使用,成本低廉、方便实用,有效提高穿刺成功率,避免了反复穿刺,降低手术风险。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种针体带激光定位灯的穿刺针,包括激光定位灯1、夹子2和穿刺针3,所述激光定位灯1由光源11、灯体12和开关13构成,所述夹子2连接激光定位灯1和穿刺针3,所述穿刺针3由针体31、针芯32、针芯底座321和针翼33构成。
使用时,将穿刺针3刺入皮肤后,按下激光定位灯1开关13,激光定位灯1光源11射出圆形光圈,投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上,如果激光定位灯1光源11射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线同轴,即激光定位灯1光源11射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈正圆形,如果激光定位灯1光源11射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不同轴,即激光定位灯1光源11射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈变形的圆形,能够通过激光定位灯1光源11投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈形状判断穿刺针3的进针方向是否与C形臂X-ray机放射的光线方向平行。

1.一种针体带激光定位灯的穿刺针,其特征在于:包括激光定位灯、夹子和穿刺针,所述激光定位灯由光源、灯体和开关构成,所述夹子连接激光定位灯和穿刺针,所述穿刺针由针体、针芯、针芯底座和针翼构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针芯尾端带激光定位灯的穿刺针,其特征在于:激光定位灯光源射出圆形光圈,投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上,如果激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线同轴,即激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈正圆形,如果激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不同轴,即激光定位灯光源射出的光线与C形臂X-ray机射出的光线不平行时,则投射在外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈呈变形的圆形,能够通过激光定位灯光源投射至外部C形臂X-ray机的图像增强器平面上的光圈形状判断穿刺针的进针方向是否与C形臂X-ray机放射的光线方向平行。
