Abstract
全转子轮毂电机,包括电机轴,通过轴承固定于电机轴上的轮毂壳体,所述轮毂壳体为电机的外转子,还包括有内转子和行星减速机构,行星减速机构的太阳轮与内转子固定连接,外齿轮与外转子固定连接,行星轮架通过离合器与电机轴连接,行星轮架固定连接至电机轴,太阳轮和外齿轮分别向相反方向旋转,与太阳轮连接的内转子及与外齿轮连接的外转子向相反方向旋转,电机没有定子,接通电源,内转子高速向车轮运动的反方向旋转,外齿轮是固定在轮毂壳体上的,因此轮毂壳体带动车轮前进。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电机领域,涉及一种适用于电动车使用的全转子的轮毂电机。
背景技术
目前国内市场上的电动车,绝大部分采用轮毂电机,电机带动轮毂,进而驱动车轮转动。从现有轮毂电机的结构看,主要分为高速电机和低速电机,其中又有刷电机和无刷电机之分。低速电机是一种外传子电机,其定子在中间,转子在外面,转子与轮毂结合为一体,结构简单,但没有变速机构,低速性能差,其中的有刷电机,成本较低,但重量大,工作电流大,爬坡性能差;低速无刷电机本身结构简单,零件少,但其控制器结构复杂,价格高,可靠性差。高速有刷电机的轮毂和电机是两部分,电机安装在轮毂内,通过行星齿轮减速系统带动轮毂运转,因而其爬坡性能好,技术含量高,但加工难度大,使用寿命短,一般工作效率只达到75%。可见,电机的性能限制了电动车性能的提高,需要对轮毂电机的结构进行改进才能提高电动车的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种小型高效,能提高电动车性能的全转子轮毂电机。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:全转子轮毂电机,包括电机轴,通过轴承固定于电机轴上的轮毂壳体,所述轮毂壳体为电机的外转子,还包括有内转子和行星减速机构,行星减速机构的太阳轮与内转子固定连接,外齿轮与外转子固定连接,行星轮架通过离合器与电机轴连接,行星轮架固定连接至电机轴,太阳轮和外齿轮分别向相反方向旋转,与太阳轮连接的内转子及与外齿轮连接的外转子向相反方向旋转,电机没有定子,接通电源,内转子高速向车轮运动的反方向旋转,外齿轮是固定在轮毂壳体上的,因此轮毂壳体带动车轮前进。所述内转子有内转子架、磁轭和电枢组成,在内转子架一侧固定连接有换向器,电源线经电机轴内孔连接到集电环上,并通过集电环与碳刷电连接,磁轭套装在内转子架上,电枢固定在磁轭外表面上,内转子架通过内转子轴承与电机轴连接。所述离合器与行星轮架固定连接,离合器内套与电机轴固定连接。
本发明运用上述技术方案后与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.由于没有定子,轮毂壳体即为外转子,行星轮架与电机轴固定,因而省去了现有高速有刷电机中轮毂壳体内部的定子及电机壳,具有体积小、重量轻的优点;
2.内转子电枢固定在磁轭环外表面上,为全无槽结构,没有力矩波动;
3.设置有行星减速机构,过载能力强,换向性能好,碳刷磨损小,高效区域宽广,爬坡性能好,便于大规模工业化生产。

具体实施例
下面结合附图及实施例做进一步描述:
参见附图1和附图2所示,全转子轮毂电机,包括电机轴21、轮毂壳体、内转子架12和行星减速机构,所述轮毂壳体包括电机铁壳1、固定于电机铁壳1内圈的永磁体10和与电机铁壳1固定连接的左端盖6、右端盖13,左端盖6、右端盖13通过轴承固定于电机轴21上,从而使轮毂壳体构成电机的外转子,所述内转子架12上固定有环状的磁轭11,磁轭11的外表面上固定有电枢3,内转子架12通过内转子轴承8与电机轴21连接,构成内转子,在内转子架12一侧固定连接与换向器2,电源线22经电机轴内孔连接到集电环9上,并通过集电环9与碳刷4电连接,行星减速机构位于内转子架12的另一侧,行星减速机构的太阳轮18与内转子固定连接,外齿轮14与外转子固定连接,行星轮架20通过离合器17与电机轴21连接,其中,所述离合器17与行星轮架20固定连接,离合器内套19与电机轴21固定连接。
接通电源,内转子高速向车轮运到的反方向旋转,行星轮架通过离合器固定在电机轴上,行星减速机构的外齿轮向反方向旋转,外齿轮是固定在轮毂壳体上的。因此轮毂壳体带动车轮前进。
Claims (3)
1.全转子轮毂电机,包括电机轴,通过轴承固定于电机轴上的轮毂壳体,所述轮毂壳体为电机的外转子,还包括有内转子和行星减速机构,行星减速机构的太阳轮与内转子固定连接,外齿轮与外转子固定连接,行星轮架通过离合器与电机轴连接,行星轮架固定连接至电机轴,太阳轮和外齿轮分别向相反方向旋转,与太阳轮连接的内转子及与外齿轮连接的外转子向相反方向旋转,电机没有定子,接通电源,内转子高速向车轮运动的反方向旋转,外齿轮是固定在轮毂壳体上的,因此轮毂壳体带动车轮前进。
2.全转子轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述内转子有内转子架、磁轭和电枢组成,在内转子架一侧固定连接有换向器,电源线经电机轴内孔连接到集电环上,并通过集电环与碳刷电连接,磁轭套装在内转子架上,电枢固定在磁轭外表面上,内转子架通过内转子轴承与电机轴连接。
3.全转子轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述离合器与行星轮架固定连接,离合器内套与电机轴固定连接。
