Abstract
本发明公开了一种架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,引下线构件包括分支线夹和接线鼻,分支线夹包括上、下对接的托线板和盖板,接线鼻与托线板的下侧之间通过螺钉连接,托线板的下侧有连接螺孔;操作机构包括卡具、支撑操作杆和螺旋推进操作杆,支撑操作杆为空心圆管,螺旋推进操作杆装配于线夹支撑操作杆内,可上、下移动,卡具连接于支撑操作杆的上端,螺旋推进操作杆的上端连接有穿过卡具、用于拧紧螺钉的套筒模具,卡具卡住托线板,以使套筒模具将螺钉连接紧固接线鼻和托线板时防止托线板转动。分支线夹与母线的接触面积大,相应部件的连接均具有机械性能稳定的特性,提高供电安全性,操作机构安装和拆卸分支线夹便捷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种大电流输电线路上的带电引下线装置,具体涉及一种大电流输电线路上的带电引下线构件及其操作机构。
背景技术
输电线路上的设备在运行过程中出现问题需要检修时,需断开支路电源以确保安全检修。为了确保电网运行,有时需要带电分合支路。上述两种操作都要用到引下线构件,但目前引下线构件的结构一般为螺杆推动滑块沿架体内侧的轨道上、下移动,而螺杆的转动有可能使滑块也产生一定的转动,这样就可能在滑块上、下移动的过程中出现卡死的现象,装拆操作难度大,工作人员高压操作不安全;另外还可能夹不紧导线而出现跳火,影响供电。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种供电可靠性高、安装和拆卸便捷的带电引下线装置。
本发明公开了一种架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,包括引下线构件和操作机构,引下线构件包括分支线夹和接线鼻,分支线夹包括上、下对接的托线板和盖板,接线鼻与托线板的下侧之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接,托线板的下侧有连接螺孔;操作机构包括卡具、支撑操作杆和螺旋推进操作杆,支撑操作杆为空心圆管,螺旋推进操作杆装配于支撑操作杆内,可上、下移动,卡具连接于支撑操作杆的上端,螺旋推进操作杆的上端连接有穿过卡具、用于拧紧螺钉的套筒模具,卡具卡住托线板,以使套筒模具将螺钉连接紧固接线鼻和托线板时防止托线板转动。
所述盖板和托线板的横截面中间段为外突的圆弧段,两侧为连接翼板,连接翼板上沿长度方向布置有对接孔,两圆弧段将母线包覆,通过穿过对接孔的螺栓及相应的螺母将盖板和托线板连接紧固;托线板圆弧段的外侧有沿长度方向的突台,突台上沿厚度方向布置有螺孔。
所述接线鼻为连接板、压接管和防水管依次排布的整体件,连接板为L型板,其水平段上有连接孔,压接管位于连接板竖直段的下端,防水管位于压接管的下端;连接板通过穿过连接孔的螺钉与所述托线板下侧的连接螺孔连接紧固。
所述卡具从下往上依次包括连接圆管、方型底板和卡接支腿,四个卡接支腿分立于方型底板的四角上;连接圆管的内壁有螺纹,方型底板的中心位置处有贯穿其厚度的圆孔、侧面有弹性卡箍。
所述卡具的连接圆管与支撑操作杆的上端通过螺纹连接,支撑操作杆的上端外壁有与连接圆管相应的连接螺纹。
所述螺旋推进操作杆和支撑操作杆均采用绝缘材料制作,两者之间通过上、下两个轴承连接,螺旋推进操作杆可在轴承的内孔中上、下移动。
所述套筒模具的上部为套筒,下部为连接方榫,套筒的轴向中心孔形状与所述螺钉的头部形状匹配。
所述螺旋推进操作杆上端的沿轴向中心有与所述连接方榫匹配的方型孔、下端垂直连接有可左、右移动的操作手柄。
本发明引下线构件的分支线夹设计为上、下分体结构,盖板和托线板的圆弧段包覆母线后通过螺栓将盖板和托线板对接紧固,在托线板的下侧设置连接螺孔,接线鼻通过螺钉与托线板连接紧固,分支导线终端裸露的电缆芯插入压接管内压接导电,绝缘剥口处的绝缘层插入防水管内压接避免雨水及灰尘进入。
本发明的操作机构将螺旋推进操作杆通过轴承内置于支撑操作杆内,将卡具连接于支撑操作杆的上端,螺旋推进操作杆可在轴承的内孔中稳定的螺旋推进,轴承具有导向作用。套筒模具下部的方榫插入旋推进操作杆上端的方型孔中。
先将母线断电后在其上预装分支线夹,然后通电。将压接好分支母线的接线鼻的竖直段置于弹性卡箍中,将连接接线鼻与托线板的螺钉头部插入旋推进操作杆上端的套筒模具中,接线鼻的连接板套在螺钉上,卡具卡住托线板下侧的突台、螺钉对准突台上的连接螺孔,然后操作螺旋推进操作杆将螺钉拧入托线板下侧的连接螺孔中即分步将引下线构件带电安装操作完成。
分支线夹与母线的接触面积大,其盖板和托线板之间的对接紧固、接线鼻与分支线夹的连接紧固、接线鼻与分支导线的压接均具有机械性能稳定的特性,从而保证实现提高供电安全性的目的。压接分支导线的接线鼻与分支线夹托线板的连接带电安装完成,操作人员通过操作机构在地面操作即可,无需进入电场,操作简单快捷和安全。接线鼻的拆卸反向操作即可。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本发明公开了一种架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,包括引下线构件1、套筒模具2和操作机构3。
引下线构件1包括分支线夹11和接线鼻12。分支线夹11为上、下分体结构,包括相互配合的托线板111和盖板112。盖板112和托线板111的横截面中间段为外突的圆弧段,两侧为连接翼板,连接翼板上沿长度方向布置有对接孔,两圆弧段将母线4包覆,通过穿过对接孔的螺栓及相应的螺母将盖板112和托线板111连接紧固。托线板111圆弧段的外侧有沿长度方向的突台1111,突台1111上沿厚度方向布置有接线螺孔。接线鼻12为连接板121、压接管122和防水管123依次排布的一体化整体件。连接板121为L型板,其水平段上有连接孔,压接管122位于连接板121竖直段的下端,防水管123位于压接管122的下端。连接板121通过穿过连接孔的螺钉5与托线板111下侧的连接螺孔连接紧固。
套筒模具2的上部为套筒21,下部为连接方榫22,套筒21的轴向中心孔形状与螺钉5的头部形状匹配。
操作机构3包括分支线夹卡具31、支撑操作杆32和螺旋推进操作杆33。支撑操作杆32为中空的圆管,其上端外壁有连接螺纹,螺旋推进操作杆33和支撑操作杆32之间通过上、下两个轴承34连接,螺旋推进操作杆33可在轴承34的内孔中上、下移动,轴承34具有导向功能。螺旋推进操作杆33的上端有沿轴向中心的方型孔,下端垂直连接有可左、右移动的操作手柄331。分支线夹卡具31从下往上依次包括连接圆管311、方型底板312和卡接支腿313,四个卡接支腿313分立于方型底板312的四角上,连接圆管311的内壁有螺纹,方型底板312的中心位置处有贯穿其厚度的圆孔3121、侧面有弹性卡箍314。分支线夹卡具31下端的连接圆管311与支撑操作杆32的上端通过螺纹连接。
引下线构件的分支线夹设计为上、下分体结构,盖板和托线板的圆弧段包覆母线后通过螺栓将盖板和托线板对接紧固,在托线板的下侧设置连接螺孔,接线鼻通过螺钉与托线板连接紧固,分支导线终端裸露的电缆芯插入压接管内压接导电,绝缘剥口处的绝缘层插入防水管内压接避免雨水及灰尘进入。
本发明的操作机构将螺旋推进操作杆通过轴承内置于支撑操作杆内,将卡具连接于支撑操作杆的上端,螺旋推进操作杆可在轴承的内孔中稳定的螺旋推进,轴承具有导向作用。套筒模具下部的方榫插入旋推进操作杆上端的方型孔中。

分支线夹与母线的接触面积大,其盖板和托线板之间的对接紧固、接线鼻与分支线夹的连接紧固、接线鼻与分支导线的压接均具有机械性能稳定的特性,从而保证实现提高供电安全性的目的。压接分支导线的接线鼻与分支线夹托线板的连接带电安装完成,操作人员通过操作机构在地面操作即可,无需进入电场,操作简单快捷和安全。接线鼻的拆卸反向操作即可。
Claims (8)
1.一种架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:它包括引下线构件和操作机构,引下线构件包括分支线夹和接线鼻,分支线夹包括上、下对接的托线板和盖板,接线鼻与托线板的下侧之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接,托线板的下侧有连接螺孔;操作机构包括卡具、支撑操作杆和螺旋推进操作杆,支撑操作杆为空心圆管,螺旋推进操作杆装配于支撑操作杆内,可上、下移动,卡具连接于支撑操作杆的上端,螺旋推进操作杆的上端连接有穿过卡具、用于拧紧螺钉的套筒模具,卡具卡住托线板,以使套筒模具将螺钉连接紧固接线鼻和托线板时防止托线板转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述盖板和托线板的横截面中间段为外突的圆弧段,两侧为连接翼板,连接翼板上沿长度方向布置有对接孔,两圆弧段将母线包覆,通过穿过对接孔的螺栓及相应的螺母将盖板和托线板连接紧固;托线板圆弧段的外侧有沿长度方向的突台,突台上沿厚度方向布置有螺孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述接线鼻为连接板、压接管和防水管依次排布的整体件,连接板为L型板,其水平段上有连接孔,压接管位于连接板竖直段的下端,防水管位于压接管的下端;连接板通过穿过连接孔的螺钉与所述托线板下侧的连接螺孔连接紧固。
4.如权利要求1所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构 ,其特征在于:所述卡具从下往上依次包括连接圆管、方型底板和卡接支腿,四个卡接支腿分立于方型底板的四角上;连接圆管的内壁有螺纹,方型底板的中心位置处有贯穿其厚度的圆孔、侧面有弹性卡箍。
5.如权利要求4所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述卡具的连接圆管与支撑操作杆的上端通过螺纹连接,支撑操作杆的上端外壁有与连接圆管相应的连接螺纹。
6.如权利要求1所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋推进操作杆和支撑操作杆均采用绝缘材料制作,两者之间通过上、下两个轴承连接,螺旋推进操作杆可在轴承的内孔中上、下移动。
7.如权利要求1所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述套筒模具的上部为套筒,下部为连接方榫,套筒的轴向中心孔形状与所述螺钉的头部形状匹配。
8.如权利要求7所述的架空线路大电流带电引下线构件及其操作机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋推进操作杆上端的沿轴向中心有与所述连接方榫匹配的方型孔、下端垂直连接有可左、右移动的操作手柄。
