一种灵芝孢籽粉破壁工艺技术,属营养保健品的加工工艺领域,其工艺流程是:粗品提纯、化学溶剂浸泡,机械研磨、干燥、球磨制粉以及清毒封装;本工艺技术是采用化学方法使灵芝孢籽粉壁软化处理,再经研磨,使其完全破壁,对人服后能充分吸收其有效成份,以达到营养保健增强人体免疫功能。

灵芝孢子粉破壁方法
本发明涉及一种营养保健品的加工领域,确切地说是灵芝孢子粉破壁方法。
当前对灵芝孢子粉的破壁传统的方法是采用机械研磨破壁,由于灵芝孢子粉壁是胶联蛋白质纤素非常牢固,故采用传统的技术方法不能达到破壁的目的,致使其中的多糖肽、18种氨基酸和微量元素不能被人体充分吸收的缺点。
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术之不足,提供一种使灵芝孢子粉中的有效成份完全释放出来,以达到被人体充分吸收的灵芝孢子粉破壁方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
技术过程是:
粗品提纯、化学溶剂浸泡、机械研磨、干燥、球磨制粉以及清毒封装。所述的化学溶剂浸泡是采用重量比50%乙二醇、2%稀乙酸、48%水混合液,将提纯的灵芝孢子粉浸泡其中3-5小时,取出滤干后,再在重量比20%乙醇,80%水的混合液中浸泡3-5小时。
本发明的优点是:采用化学方法使灵芝孢子粉壁软化处理,同时,不破坏其中的有效成份,再经研磨后,能使人服用后充分吸收,以完全发挥它对人体的营养保健,并防治肿瘤增强人体免疫功能。
实施例:本发明的方法是:粗品提纯、化学溶剂浸泡、机械研磨、干燥、球磨制粉以及清毒封装。
所述的粗品提纯是:采用循环水反复清洗除去杂质。所述的化学溶剂浸泡是采用重量比50%乙二醇,2%稀乙酸,48%水混合成溶液,将提纯后的灵芝孢子粉浸泡其中4小时;取出滤干;再在重量比20%乙醇,80%水的混合液中浸泡4小时,使灵芝孢子粉壁充分软化。所述的机械研磨是采用研磨机湿磨。所述的干燥是在烘箱中80℃中烘干,并使残留的化学溶液挥发掉。所述的球磨制粉是使烘干后结成块状的孢子粉放入球磨机中磨成粉状,同时增大破壁率。所述的清毒封装是公知技术消毒包装即成。

1.一种灵芝孢子粉破壁方法,其特征在于技术过程是:粗品提纯,化学溶剂浸泡、机械研磨、干燥、球磨制粉以及清毒封装;所述的化学溶剂浸泡是采用重量比50%乙二醇、2%稀乙酸、48%水混合液,将提纯的灵芝孢子粉浸泡其中3-5小时,取出滤干后,再在重量比20%乙醇,80%水的混合液中浸泡3-5小时。
