Abstract
本发明提供了一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料的组成及其制备方法。该种防火涂料由去离子水、阻燃剂、可膨胀乳液、成炭剂、起泡剂、颜料、增强剂、助溶剂、流变助剂、分散剂、湿润剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂按照一定配比组合而成。采用本发明中提及的组成与制备方法制得的防火涂料其特点在于:环保无毒无卤素、超薄型成本低、微溶剂含量、粘结力与抗开裂性佳、防火性优异、防腐性良好、容易施工、低甲醛含量等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料的组成及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,钢结构建筑做为一种全新的建筑形式,以其施工灵活、结构多变、自重较轻、跨度大、强度高、抗震性好、工期短、耐久性强等优点,正在逐渐成为高层建筑、大型建筑、桥梁、车站、场馆等方面建筑的首选结构。但其自身也存在着致命的缺点就是耐腐蚀性和耐火性能不良,在失火、高化学腐蚀等高温条件下,其钢结构的性能会严重下降,有资料显示虽然钢本身的熔点在1400度以上,但是当环境温度达到300~400度时,其自身的力学特性就会降低50%,当环境温度达到548度及以上时,钢结构基本上就丧失了其力学特性。而一般的火灾现场温度均能够达到500~1000度,在这样的环境下,钢结构会很快的失去支撑能力而造成重大的事故。所以对钢结构的防火要求一直非常高,一般对其防护的方法分为内腔通水降温法和外面涂覆防火涂层法。而涂防火涂料的方法由于其施工简单、效果好、成本低、保护时间长、兼具防火和防腐两个优点已经成为了目前钢结构防护的主流方法。而目前市场上的主流产品多为溶剂型的防火漆,这些漆种不但不环保、严重污染环境、毒害操作人,特别是在火灾发生时会分解出强腐蚀性、剧毒性物质,造成大量的人员伤亡事故。近年来一些厂家推出了水性漆的产品,但普遍存在膜厚厚、档次低,其使用材料的功能性、防火性、防腐性能等亦不良,尤其是阻燃采用重金属材料、卤素材料等对环境仍会造成不必要的二次污染。因此,发明一种无铅无卤素水性环保超薄型钢结构防火涂料是大势所趋。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料的组成及其制备方法。
采用本发明中提及的组成与制备方法制得的防火涂料其特点在于:环保无毒、超薄型成本低、微溶剂含量、粘结力与抗开裂性佳、防火性与防腐性良好、容易施工。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,由以下原料制成,按质量份数计:阻燃剂15-30%,乳液10-20%,成炭剂15-25%,起泡剂10-20%,颜料5-10%,增强剂1-5%,助溶剂1-5%,流变助剂0.1-1%,分散剂及润湿剂0.1-1%,增稠剂0.1-1%,杀菌剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-1%,防冻剂0.1-1%,去离子水10-20%。
本发明所述的乳液为可膨胀型防火乳液,其固含为49-51%,粘度为2000-5000cP。
本发明所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵,成炭剂为双季戊四醇,起泡剂为三聚氰胺。
本发明所述的增强剂为纤维素,助溶剂为成膜助剂,防冻剂为丙二醇。
本发明所述的增稠剂为丙烯酸类增稠剂,分散剂与润湿剂为铵盐,流变剂为聚脲类流变剂,杀菌剂为微生物杀菌剂,消泡剂为非硅酮类消泡剂。
本发明所述的所有本采用两步法制成,先将部分原料经高速搅拌均匀后入砂磨机研磨,待细度合格即制得预分散浆,再将预分散浆打入调和罐在低速搅拌的情况下向预分散浆中加入助溶剂、乳液、消泡剂、增稠剂,最后加入去离子水和色浆调制粘度达标过滤即制得成品。
本发明所述的预分散浆,制备其所需原料为,按质量分数计:去离子水7-15%,分散剂0.1-1%,润湿剂0.1-1%,防冻剂0.1-1%,杀菌剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.07-0.7%,颜料5-10%,阻燃剂15-30%,成炭剂15-25%,起泡剂10-20%,增强剂1-5%,流变助剂1-5%;第二步所需加入的原料为,按质量分数计:助溶剂1-5%,乳液10-20%,消泡剂0.02-0.2%,增稠剂0.1-1%,去离子水1-3%。
具体实施例
以下给出本发明一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料的具体实施方式,但须指出,本发明的实施不限于以下实施方式。
表1 实施例1原料组成表
制备方法为:
(1)将原料1-12一起加入烧杯中,经高速搅拌使其均匀混合;
(2)再将混合好的原料进砂磨机砂磨,待细度合格后,得到与分散浆;
(3)再在低速搅拌(转速控制在700-800转/min)的情况下依次分别加入13-17号原料;
(4)最后用水调至粘度合格(35000-55000mPa.S),过滤,便制得成品。
采用此种配方与工艺制得的涂层,当膜厚为2mm时,经有关部门测试其高温耐烧灼时间可达到2小时,其余性能见表2。
尽管按照以上说明的材料选用最优搭配的实施方案详细说明了本发明的研发过程及配方、工艺、标准、结果,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白一个道理,在不脱离所附权利要求书中所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上、细节上、配比上、工艺上可以对本专利发明做出各种搭配与变化,这些变化均在本发明专利的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按质量分数计,其配比为:阻燃剂15-30%,乳液10-20%,成炭剂15-25%,起泡剂10-20%,颜料5-10%,增强剂1-5%,助溶剂1-5%,流变助剂0.1-1%,分散剂及润湿剂0.1-1%,增稠剂0.1-1%,杀菌剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-1%,防冻剂0.1-1%,去离子水10-20%;
所述的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵,成炭剂为双季戊四醇,起泡剂为三聚氰胺;
所述增强剂为纤维素,助溶剂为成膜助剂,防冻剂为丙二醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的无铅无卤素水性环保室内用超薄型钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸类增稠剂,分散剂与润湿剂为铵盐,流变助剂为聚脲类流变剂,杀菌剂为微生物杀菌剂,消泡剂为非硅酮类消泡剂。
