本发明涉及一种家具涂料，特别涉及一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料。
背景技术
木器涂料是涂料工业的重要组成部分，是指用于实木板、木纹面板、胶木板、纤维板等原材料制备的器材上的涂料，主要适用于家具、地板、文体用品、乐器及建筑装修材料等。目前，高性能和低VOC含量相结合的水性聚氨酯涂料，由于聚氨酯分子具有裁剪性，结合新的合成和交联技术，可以有效控制涂料的组成和结构，从而使其具有良好的低温成膜性、耐高温回黏性、高强度、耐磨性、环保性等，因此成为发展最快的涂料品种之一。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，提供一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料。（针对现有技术中所存在的问题，依次指明本发明的目）
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供了以下技术方案：
一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：聚碳酸酯二醇15-25份，甲苯二异氰酸酯10-15份，四氢呋喃30-35份，二羟甲基丙酸1.5-2份，环己酮2-6份，聚羧酸甜菜碱甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-9份，巯基乙二醇12-13份，丁酮5-9份，2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮0.1-0.3份，醋酸丁酯6-9份，N，N -二甲基甲酰胺10-15份，稀释剂1.5-2.0份。
本发明所述的家具涂料，所述稀释剂由以下重量份数的原料组成：环已酮30-55份、醋酸丁酯20-45份、无水二甲苯10-20份。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：保持涂层的附着力、耐水性和力学性能同时良好的抗菌性能。

实施例1：
一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：聚碳酸酯二醇15份，甲苯二异氰酸酯11份，四氢呋喃32份，二羟甲基丙酸1.5份，环己酮3份，聚羧酸甜菜碱甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份，巯基乙二醇12份，丁酮5份，2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮0.2份，醋酸丁酯6份，N，N-二甲基甲酰胺10份，稀释剂1.5份。

1.一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：聚碳酸酯二醇15-25份，甲苯二异氰酸酯10-15份，四氢呋喃30-35份，二羟甲基丙酸1.5-2份，环己酮2-6份，聚羧酸甜菜碱甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-9份，巯基乙二醇12-13份，丁酮5-9份，2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮0.1-0.3份，醋酸丁酯6-9份，N，N-二甲基甲酰胺10-15份，稀释剂1.5-2.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯木器涂料，其特征在于，所述稀释剂由以下重量份数的原料组成：环已酮30-55份、醋酸丁酯20-45份、无水二甲苯10-20份。
