本发明公开了一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,它由下列质量分数的原材料组成:氯性溶剂3%~15%、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5~15%、碳酸钠3%~10%、增稠剂1~5%、三元氯醋树脂5%~10%,硅烷偶联剂3%~7%,硅酸钠3%—10%,去离子水40~60%。该种方案,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,使用简单,在有效的提升塑料薄膜材料的表面洁净度及表面分子活性,从而有效的提高油墨分子在印刷物表面的附着能力,提高油墨的印刷牢固强度的同时,还与传统的提升印刷物表面活性提升操作相比,提高了工作效率,并有效降低了工人的劳动强度及能耗,节约了生产成本,且具有环保性。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜印刷领域,具体涉及一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂。
背景技术
在进行薄膜印刷时,随着市场需求的发展,目前经常遇到材料的表面分子活性不高,甚至存在着大量的油脂、灰尘、氧化物层等污染物的情况,从而大大降低了油墨的附着力和印刷后油墨的牢固程度,造成印刷品质量质量低下、印刷成本率低、印刷难度大等问题,严重影响了印刷业的正常生产活动,而目前又无专业的产品来解决这一问题,因此生产中,往往通过生产人员对印刷材料手动处理或利用静电进行处理,但这些传统的操作方法需要耗费较多的人力物力,且所能得到的效果一般,因此急需一种油墨助剂解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种薄膜油墨助剂,以解决现有技术中存在的诸多缺陷。
一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,它由下列质量分数的原材料组成:氯性溶剂3%~15%、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5~15%、碳酸钠3%~10%、增稠剂1~5%、三元氯醋树脂5%~10%,硅烷偶联剂3%~7%,硅酸钠3%—10%,去离子水40~60%。
优选的,所述的氯性溶剂为二氯戌烷与五氯乙烷的混合物。
优选的,所述的增稠剂为阴离子水性聚氨酯。
本发明的优点在于,本发明生产工艺简单,成本低廉,使用简单,在有效的提升塑料薄膜材料的表面洁净度及表面分子活性,从而有效的提高油墨分子在印刷物表面的附着能力,提高油墨的印刷牢固强度的同时,还与传统的提升印刷物表面活性提升操作相比,提高了工作效率,并有效降低了工人的劳动强度及能耗,节约了生产成本,且具有环保性。

一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,它由下列质量分数的原材料组成:氯性溶剂12%、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物13%、碳酸钠8%、增稠剂2%、三元氯醋树脂8%,硅烷偶联剂6%,硅酸钠4%,去离子水47%。
在本实例中,所述的氯性溶剂为二氯戌烷与五氯乙烷的混合物。
此外,所述的增稠剂为阴离子水性聚氨酯。
基于上述,本发明生产工艺简单,成本低廉,使用简单,在有效的提升塑料薄膜材料的表面洁净度及表面分子活性,从而有效的提高油墨分子在印刷物表面的附着能力,提高油墨的印刷牢固强度的同时,还与传统的提升印刷物表面活性提升操作相比,提高了工作效率,并有效降低了工人的劳动强度及能耗,节约了生产成本,且具有环保性。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,其特征在于,它由下列质量分数的原材料组成:氯性溶剂3%~15%、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5~15%、碳酸钠3%~10%、增稠剂1~5%、三元氯醋树脂5%~10%,硅烷偶联剂3%~7%,硅酸钠3%—10%,去离子水40~60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,其特征在于,所述的氯性溶剂为二氯戌烷与五氯乙烷的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜印刷油墨助剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为阴离子水性聚氨酯。
