本发明公开了一种太阳能背板膜用色母粒,包括以下重量百分比组分:聚偏二氟乙烯50%-55%,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%-10%,无机钛白粉28%-40%,低分子量的聚乙烯蜡3%-15%,含氟活性分散剂2%-10%,所述组分中还包括抗粘连剂,所述抗粘连剂的占组分重量的5-8%;粘连剂的添加有利于提高后期制成的薄膜表面粗糙度,提高的表面粗糙度减小了薄膜的透光率。粘连剂中CaCO3在空气中稳定,有较好的遮盖力,有助于减小薄膜的透光率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种色母粒,具体是一种太阳能背板膜用色母粒。
背景技术
我单位的发明专利CN102516691A公开了一种聚偏二氟乙烯太阳能背板膜专用白色母粒的制造方法,该方法中公开了一种色母粒,利用低分子量的聚乙烯蜡对无机钛白粉的吸附性比较好的特性和含氟活性分散剂对聚偏二氟乙烯分子具有很好改性混合分散作用特性,首先用低分子量的聚乙烯蜡和含氟活性分散剂处理无机钛白粉,提高无机钛白粉与聚偏二氟乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的亲和性和分散性,再与部分聚偏二氟乙烯熔融由双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制成可用于流延制聚偏二氟乙烯薄膜制品的专用色母粒。
虽然这种色母粒具有较低的透光率,但这种透光率仍然满足不了日益提高的性能要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能背板膜用色母粒,该色母粒具有更低的透光率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种太阳能背板膜用色母粒,包括以下重量百分比组分:
聚偏二氟乙烯             50%-55%
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯         5%-10%
无机钛白粉               28%-40%
利用低分子量的聚乙烯蜡、含氟活性分散剂作为无机钛白粉的表面改性剂,上述低分子量的聚乙烯蜡、含氟活性分散剂的质量百分比为:
低分子量的聚乙烯蜡       3%-15%
含氟活性分散剂           2%-10%,
所述组分中还包括抗粘连剂,所述抗粘连剂的占组分重量的5-8%。
所述粘连剂为CaCO3与A12O3的混合物,所述粘连剂中CaCO3重量比为20-45%。
粘连剂的添加有利于提高后期制成的薄膜表面粗糙度,提高的表面粗糙度减小了薄膜的透光率。粘连剂中CaCO3在空气中稳定,有较好的遮盖力,有助于减小薄膜的透光率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将300g的钛白粉加入到高速混合机中,然后加入500g的聚偏二氟乙烯,加入50g CaCO3和60g A12O3,50g的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,30g的低分子量的聚乙烯蜡和20g的全氟辛酸铵,搅拌混合10分钟,然后在80℃,用三辊密炼机进行密炼20分钟。将密炼的产物用破碎机破碎,然后在200℃用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。
获得的色母粒制成太阳能背板膜,经试验其透光率为17%。
实施例2
将400g的钛白粉加入到高速混合机中,然后加入550g的聚偏二氟乙烯,加入45g CaCO3和50g A12O3,100g的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,150g的低分子量的聚乙烯蜡和100g的全氟辛酸铵,搅拌混合10分钟,然后在100℃,用三辊密炼机进行密炼20分钟。将密炼的产物用破碎机破碎,然后在180℃用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。
获得的色母粒制成太阳能背板膜,经试验其透光率为16%。
实施例3
将380g的钛白粉加入到高速混合机中,然后加入500g的聚偏二氟乙烯,加入20g CaCO3和75g A12O3,50g的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,30g的低分子量的聚乙烯蜡和20g的全氟辛酸铵,搅拌混合10分钟,然后在90℃,用三辊密炼机进行密炼20分钟。将密炼的产物用破碎机破碎,然后在160℃用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。
获得的色母粒制成太阳能背板膜,经试验其透光率为17%。
上述实施例不以任何方式限制本发明,凡是采用等同替换或等效变换的方式获得的技术方案均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能背板膜用色母粒,包括以下重量百分比组分:
聚偏二氟乙烯             50%-55%
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯         5%-10%
无机钛白粉               28%-40%
利用低分子量的聚乙烯蜡、含氟活性分散剂作为无机钛白粉的表面改性剂,上述低分子量的聚乙烯蜡、含氟活性分散剂的质量百分比为:
低分子量的聚乙烯蜡       3%-15%
含氟活性分散剂           2%-10%,
其特征在于:所述组分中还包括抗粘连剂,所述抗粘连剂的占组分重量的5-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能背板膜用色母粒,其特征在于:所述粘连剂为CaCO3与A12O3的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能背板膜用色母粒,其特征在于:所述粘连剂中CaCO3重量比为20-45%。
