Abstract

芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金及其生产工艺,包括芳纶骨架和壳体,壳体为超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳,超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳包覆在芳纶骨架表面,首先将芳纶粉末经涂胶和除静电工艺处理后,再经过高温高压压制形成芳纶骨架,然后将超高分子量聚乙烯包覆在芳纶骨架表面,使超高分子量聚乙烯与内部芳纶粉末融为一体。本发明将芳纶材料作为骨架材料用于履带芯金中,大大提高了履带芯金的强度和使用寿命,经检测本发明的履带芯金相对于普通的履带芯金,强度提高了2倍,寿命提高了3倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子复合型材技术领域,具体涉及一种芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金及其生产工艺。
背景技术
橡胶履带属于行走部件,因为其具有对地接触面大,拥有防滑、防陷以及对路面损坏小等优点,所有其被广泛用于沙滩车、雪地车、全地形车等工程机械以及农业机械领域。橡胶履带主要由芯金、连接销和橡胶体组成,目前橡胶履带的芯金多为铸钢件材质或复合材料,目前的铸钢件材质或复合材料芯金强度不足,容易产生变形,导致塑钢型材产品的使用寿命较短,影响了塑钢型材的使用效果。
芳纶全称为“聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺”,是一种新型高科技合成纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能,广泛应用于复合材料、防弹制品、建材、特种防护服装、电子设备等领域。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金及其生产工艺,以解决现有技术存在的强度不足和使用寿命较短的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金,包括芳纶骨架和壳体,壳体为超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳,超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳包覆在芳纶骨架表面。
上述芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金的生产工艺,首先将芳纶粉末经涂胶和除静电工艺处理后,再经过高温130℃~180℃,10MPa~16MPa压力环境下压制形成芳纶骨架,然后在120℃~150℃、9MPa~12MPa的压力下将超高分子量聚乙烯包覆在芳纶骨架表面,使超高分子量聚乙烯与内部芳纶粉末融为一体。
本发明将芳纶材料作为骨架材料用于履带芯金中,大大提高了履带芯金的强度和使用寿命,经检测本发明的履带芯金相对于普通的履带芯金,强度提高了2倍,寿命提高了3倍。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金,包括芳纶骨架和壳体,壳体为超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳,超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳包覆在芳纶骨架表面。
上述芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金的生产工艺,首先将芳纶粉末经涂胶和除静电工艺处理后,再经过高温130℃~180℃,10MPa~16MPa压力环境下压制形成芳纶骨架,然后在120℃~150℃、9MPa~12MPa的压力下将超高分子量聚乙烯包覆在芳纶骨架表面,使超高分子量聚乙烯与内部芳纶粉末融为一体。

1. 一种芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金,其特征是包括芳纶骨架和壳体,壳体为超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳,超高分子量聚乙烯材质外壳包覆在芳纶骨架表面。
2.权利要求1所述的芳纶粉末复合注塑履带芯金的生产工艺,其特征是首先将芳纶粉末经涂胶和除静电工艺处理后,再经过高温130℃~180℃,10MPa~16MPa压力环境下压制形成芳纶骨架,然后在120℃~150℃、9MPa~12MPa的压力下将超高分子量聚乙烯包覆在芳纶骨架表面,使超高分子量聚乙烯与内部芳纶粉末融为一体。
