一种防火阻燃材料裁切刀具，涉及防火阻燃材料安装施工领域，其结构为：手柄（1）的中部设置有弯曲部（2），弯曲部（2）的前端与载物台（9）通过销轴（7）活动连接，载物台（9）固定在底座（10）上，底座（10）的底部固定有支腿（8），弯曲部（2）上通过销轴A（3）与连接杆（4）活动连接，连接杆（4）的端部固定连接有模型刀具（5），模型刀具（5）的正下方载物台（9）上放置有防火阻燃材料（6）。本发明的有益效果在于：不需二次加工大大的缩短了电气设备防火阻燃材料安装施工工作周期，解决了防火阻燃材料安装施工缺乏有效工具的难题，在实际工作中，由于施工周期的缩短，有效解决了电气设备停电时间的限制，缩短了停电时间，提高了供电可靠性。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及防火阻燃材料安装施工领域，特别涉及一种防火阻燃材料裁切刀具。
二、背景技术
目前，电力系统中用于电气设备防火阻燃的材料大多为液体材料，并且一般不会直接用于电气设备的带电部位，直接用于电气设备的带电部位的多数是绝缘材料，无良好的防火阻燃效果，直接使用液体材料有可能导致导电体发热或形成恶性循环最终烧坏电气设备酿成事故。在新材料的使用中，一般采用往复锯来完成块状材料的切割，还没有现成的工具可用。
三、发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供一种防火阻燃材料裁切刀具，其结构为：手柄（1）的中部设置有弯曲部（2），弯曲部（2）的前端与载物台（9）通过销轴（7）活动连接，载物台（9）固定在底座（10）上，底座（10）的底部固定有支腿（8），弯曲部（2）上通过销轴A（3）与连接杆（4）活动连接，连接杆（4）的端部固定连接有模型刀具（5），模型刀具（5）的正下方载物台（9）上放置有防火阻燃材料（6）。
本发明是这样使用的：将防火阻燃材料（6）放置在模型刀具（5）的正下方载物台（9）上，下压手柄（1）就可以切出需要的防火阻燃材料模型，模型刀具（5）的大小，形状可以根据需要更换。
本发明的有益效果在于：该新型发泡阻燃块状材料专用的模型刀具，可以在发泡阻燃块状材料安装工作过程中，快速完成块状阻燃材料的切割，利用模型刀具一次切割成型安装所需的阻燃材料，切割后的成型阻燃材料使用可直接安装，提高了人员功效。不需二次加工大大的缩短了电气设备防火阻燃材料安装施工工作周期，解决了防火阻燃材料安装施工缺乏有效工具的难题，在实际工作中，由于施工周期的缩短，有效解决了电气设备停电时间的限制，缩短了停电时间，提高了供电可靠性。

实施例1，一种防火阻燃材料裁切刀具，其结构为：手柄（1）的中部设置有弯曲部（2），弯曲部（2）的前端与载物台（9）通过销轴（7）活动连接，载物台（9）固定在底座（10）上，底座（10）的底部固定有支腿（8），弯曲部（2）上通过销轴A（3）与连接杆（4）活动连接，连接杆（4）的端部固定连接有模型刀具（5），模型刀具（5）的正下方载物台（9）上放置有防火阻燃材料（6）。
本发明是这样使用的：将防火阻燃材料（6）放置在模型刀具（5）的正下方载物台（9）上，下压手柄（1）就可以切出需要的防火阻燃材料模型，模型刀具（5）的大小，形状可以根据需要更换。
