    本专利涉及电力设备安全维护设备,具体是一种电力电缆安全保护结构。 
背景技术
    电力电缆转接箱因为空间狭小、接触点多最容易因为电流大,接触点电阻发热造成火情,随着温度的上升,电阻大的部位电阻更高,这种情况是电路火灾中比例最高的情况,现有的设备可及时进行断电,但不能针对火情进行控制。 
发明内容
    本专利的目的在于针对以上技术问题,提供一种电力电缆安全保护结构,设置在转接箱内,可对电阻造成的发热火情在第一时间进行双重控制。 
    本专利的具体技术方案如下: 
    电力电缆安全保护结构,由温度探头、脉冲触发器、电力断路器、干粉灭火器组成,其特征在于:温度探头设置在电缆表面,温度探头与脉冲触发器、电力断路器连接,脉冲触发器连接干粉灭火器。
    温度探头感知电缆表皮的温度,当电流过大在电缆内产生超过设定的温度后,电缆表皮会出现燃烧造成险情,温度探头测量的温度超过设定值后向连接的脉冲触发器、电力断路器发出信号,脉冲触发器连接的干粉灭火器启动进行控制火势,电力断路器切断电流。本专利的优势在于有温度探头、脉冲触发器、电力断路器直接监视控制线缆,避免了人工的高成本和反映速度慢,同时解决了断电和灭火两项操作。现有的设备可实现及时断电,但一旦出现火情后,即使断电已经出现的明火仍然会造成严重的后果。脉冲触发器、干粉灭火器的设置解决了断电后,救援人员到达之前的灭火工作,经过试验发现起始阶段的火苗不大,通过灭火器的处理都能及时避免大的火情发展。

具体实施方式
    下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本实用新型专利作进一步说明。 
    电力电缆安全保护结构,由温度探头、脉冲触发器、电力断路器、干粉灭火器组成,温度探头设置在电缆表面,温度探头与脉冲触发器、电力断路器连接,脉冲触发器连接干粉灭火器。电力电缆转接箱内的电缆接头表面设置温度探头,电缆接头的电阻不均匀是最容易出现发热的部位。 
    温度探头感知电缆表皮的温度,当电流过大在电缆内产生超过设定的温度后,电缆表皮会出现燃烧造成险情,温度探头测量的温度超过设定值后向连接的脉冲触发器、电力断路器发出信号,脉冲触发器连接的干粉灭火器启动进行控制火势,电力断路器切断电流。干粉灭火器作用于电力电缆转接箱内,通过粉末能将设备与空气隔离实现阻燃效果。

1. 电力电缆安全保护结构,由温度探头、脉冲触发器、电力断路器、干粉灭火器组成,其特征在于:温度探头设置在电缆表面,温度探头与脉冲触发器、电力断路器连接,脉冲触发器连接干粉灭火器。
