本发明属于装配工具领域，特别涉及一种密封头塞装机。
背景技术
在一起特定的产品生产过中，经常涉及塑料塞的装配，比如对密封头安装防护套，目前来说一般采用人力手工装配，这种方式对人手的损伤严重和生产效率低下，导致产能无法保证，目前针对这一问师，也出现了一些相关的设备，但其制造和使用成本高、耗能大，而且操作不便，导致其无法全面铺开运转，所以能够开发一款结构简单，使用方便的机器显得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提出一种密封头塞装机，其结构简单、操作方便、实现机器自动运转，无需人力进行密封头保护套的安装，既避免人员受伤，又可以提高工作效率。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现：一种密封头塞装机，包括机架主体、转盘、转盘动力装置、冲压装置及密封头护套定位装置，所述转盘设置于机架主体表面 ，所述转盘与转盘动力装置相连接，所述密封头护套定位装置设置于转盘上，所述冲压装置设置于转盘上部。
这样的设置，通过将密封头护套定位装置固定在转盘上，当其中装有预装了密封头的密封头护套转动到冲压装置下方时，通过冲压装置的作用，使密封头进入密封头护套内部，然后转盘继续转动并在密封头护套定位装置的运动导向装置的导向下，使密封头护套定位装置沿转盘径向方向倾斜，并水平置于转盘之上，此时在顶出机构的作用下，将装好的产品顶出密封头护套定位装置，并沿跌落导向面落入收纳箱中，而转盘继续转动，使在密封头护套定位装置在密封头护套定位装置的运动导向装置的作用下，由与转盘表面平行，逐渐变为与转盘垂直，从而往复实现装配工作。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述冲压装置通过连接于机架主体上的支架设置于转盘上部，所述冲压装置由冲压气缸和冲压头组成，所述冲压头连接于气缸推杆之上，这样的设置，使冲压的动作实现自动化，而且可根据实际的需要更换不同的冲压头。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述密封头护套定位装置通过万向转向装置连接于转盘之上，这样根据转盘的旋转实现待冲压的密封头护套定位装置位置交替。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述转盘上部还设置有密封头护套定位装置的运动导向装置，这样的设置可以改变密封头护套定位装置在竖直平面的位置变化。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述运动导向装置由导倒板和导起板组成，所述导倒板在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置之上，所述导起板在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置之下，这样可以使密封头护套定位装置首先从竖直变化为水平，然后又从水平变化成竖直，以便进行卸料操作。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述转盘上表面中部还设置有顶出机构，这样的设置使卸料操作实现自动化。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述转盘动力装置为电机或液压马达，这样的设置使运动更加的平稳和可控。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述机架主体上表面靠近密封头护套定位装置运动导向装置处，还设置有跌落导向面，这样便于将加工完成后的产品集中导向收集。
本发明的一种密封头塞装机，所述跌落导向面下方还设置有收纳箱，将加工完成后的产品收集以便于转移和打包。
根据上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：提出一种密封头塞装机，其结构简单、操作方便、实现机器自动运转，无需人力进行密封头保护套的安装，既避免人员受伤，又可以提高工作效率。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至3所示为本发明一种密封头塞装机，包括机架主体1、转盘5、转盘动力装置、冲压装置及密封头护套定位装置6，所述转盘5设置于机架主体1表面 ，所述转盘5与转盘动力装置相连接，所述密封头护套定位装置7设置于转盘5上，所述冲压装置设置于转盘5上部，所述冲压装置通过连接于机架主体1上的支架2设置于转盘5上部，所述冲压装置由冲压气缸3和冲压头4组成，所述冲压头4连接于气缸推杆之上，这样的设置，使冲压的动作实现自动化，而且可根据实际的需要更换不同的冲压头，所述密封头护套定位装置6通过万向转向装置12连接于转盘5之上，这样根据转盘5的旋转实现待冲压的密封头护套定位装置6位置交替，所述转盘5上部还设置有密封头护套定位装置6的运动导向装置，这样的设置可以改变密封头护套定位装置6在竖直平面的位置变化，所述运动导向装置由导倒板7和导起板8组成，所述导倒板7在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置6之上，所述导起板8在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置6之下，这样可以使密封头护套定位装置6首先从竖直变化为水平，然后又从水平变化成竖直，以便进行卸料操作，这是也可以为其他可以改变密封头护套定位装置6的相对位置的机构，所述转盘5上表面中部还设置有顶出机构13，这样的设置使卸料操作实现自动化，所述转盘动力装置为电机11或液压马达，这样的设置使运动更加的平稳和可控。所述机架主体1上表面靠近密封头护套定位装置运动导向装置处，还设置有跌落导向面9，这样便于将加工完成后的产品集中导向收集，所述跌落导向面9下方还设置有收纳箱10，这样的设置可以，将加工完成后的产品收集以便于转移和打包。综上，本发明的工作原理为：通过将密封头护套定位装置6固定在转盘5上，当其中装有预装了密封头的密封头护套转动到冲压装置下方时，通过冲压装置的作用，使密封头进入密封头护套内部，然后转盘5继续转动并在密封头护套定位装置6的运动导向装置的导向下，使密封头护套定位装置沿转盘径向方向倾斜，并水平置于转盘之上，此时在顶出机构的作用下，将装好的产品顶出密封头护套定位装置，并沿跌落导向面9落入收纳箱中，而转盘继续转动，使在密封头护套定位装置在密封头护套定位装置的运动导向装置的作用下，由与转盘表面平行，逐渐变为与转盘垂直，从而往复实现装配工作。

1.一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：包括机架主体（1）、转盘（5）、转盘动力装置、冲压装置及密封头护套定位装置（6），所述转盘（5）设置于机架主体（1）表面 ，所述转盘（5）与转盘动力装置相连接，所述密封头护套定位装置（7）设置于转盘（5）上，所述冲压装置设置于转盘（5）上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述冲压装置通过连接于机架主体（1）上的支架（2）设置于转盘（5）上部，所述冲压装置由冲压气缸（3）和冲压头（4）组成，所述冲压头（4）连接于气缸推杆之上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述密封头护套定位装置（6）通过万向转向装置（12）连接于转盘（5）之上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述转盘（5）上部还设置有密封头护套定位装置（6）的运动导向装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述运动导向装置由导倒板（7）和导起板（8）组成，所述导倒板（7）在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置（6）之上，所述导起板（8）在俯视方向位于密封头护套定位装置（6）之下。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述转盘（5）上表面中部还设置有顶出机构（13）。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述转盘动力装置为电机（11）或液压马达。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述机架主体（1）上表面靠近密封头护套定位装置运动导向装置处，还设置有跌落导向面（9）。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种密封头塞装机，其特征在于：所述跌落导向面（9）下方还设置有收纳箱（10）。
