本发明公开了一种离心铸造优质锡青铜套筒工艺,采用无芯工频感应电炉熔炼,用卧式离心铸造机铸造,材料为ZQSn6-6-3,模具经200℃预热,工作温度为60-80℃,铜液出炉温度为1170-1220℃,浇注温度为1120-1140℃,铸型转速为770转/分,先快后慢浇注,浇注时间7-8秒,模具涂料ZnO和SiO2粉各50%,在450℃下脱模。工艺简单,易于控制,减少了气孔和冷离,提高了成品率。

技术领域
本发明属于锡青铜套筒铸造工艺,具体涉及一种离心铸造优质锡青铜套筒工艺。
 
背景技术
以前锡青铜套筒采用砂型铸造,废品率在50%以上,后来采用离心铸造,但废品率仍高达41.7%。其铸造缺陷主要是气孔、冷离。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种离心铸造优质锡青铜套筒工艺,提高成品率。
本发明提供的离心铸造优质锡青铜套筒工艺,采用无芯工频感应电炉熔炼,用卧式离心铸造机铸造,材料为ZQSn6-6-3,模具经200℃预热,工作温度为60-80℃,铜液出炉温度为1170-1220℃,浇注温度为1120-1140℃,铸型转速为770转/分,先快后慢浇注,浇注时间7-8秒,模具涂料ZnO和SiO2粉各50%,在450℃下脱模。
本发明提供的离心铸造优质锡青铜套筒工艺,其有益效果在于,工艺简单,易于控制,减少了气孔和冷离,提高了成品率。
