本发明涉及金属首饰加工技术领域，尤其是一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种简为首饰带来幻影效果、增加美观的幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺，包括如下步骤：（A）将黄金原料或K金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金或K金在所需要的形状下冷却；（B）将冷却后的黄金或K金通过压片机挤压到需要的厚度与宽度；（C）用设备定形黄金或K金的毛坯形状；（D）将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；（E）5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒400至500转之间，再编写好程序，以88度至120度之间角度对毛胚进行切割。本发明的有益效果是给黄金或K金首饰带来镜面效果，让首饰在灯光照射下有光影。

本发明涉及金属首饰加工技术领域，尤其是一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中黄金或K金都是采用通用的加工工艺，加工出来的首饰效果单一，并且随着时代的进步，人们的审美观念越来越进步，单一的首饰选择已经不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种为首饰带来幻影效果、增加美观的幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺，包括如下步骤：（A）将黄金原料或K金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金或K金在所需要的形状下冷却；（B）将冷却后的黄金或K金通过压片机挤压到需要的厚度与宽度；（C）用设备定形黄金或K金的毛坯形状；（D）将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；（E）5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒400至500转之间，再编写好程序，以88度至120度之间角度对毛胚进行切割。
进一步的是，所述E步骤中5轴CNC机床的加工精度偏差在百分之二毫米之内。
本发明的有益效果是：通过该加工工艺制造出来的的黄金或K金首饰，会在垂直光线下散射出非常唯美的、经过设计后的光影效果，从而给珠宝首饰赋予全新的审美内涵。
具体实施方式
本发明一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺，包括如下步骤：（A）将黄金原料或K金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金或K金在所需要的形状下冷却；（B）将冷却后的黄金或K金通过压片机挤压到需要的厚度与宽度；（C）用设备定形黄金或K金的毛坯形状；（D）将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；（E）5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒400至500转之间，再编写好程序，以88度至120度之间角度对毛胚进行切割。
按照上述步骤制造出来的黄金或K金首饰产品会有镜面效果，因光的折射而产生光影效果，这样产品会在垂直光线下散射出非常唯美的，从而给珠宝首饰赋予全新的审美内涵。
不同转速与角度加工出来首饰会对光线的折射产生直接的影响，会呈现出聚光点的散射效果不同，有的光线折射出来的光点会比较集中，光点会很亮；有的光线折射出来的光点会比较发散，光点不会太亮。角度越大，光影距离产品越近，角度越小光影距离产品越远。那么会出现两种情况，离产品最远、或最近的光影里的“光点”都会出现散射情况。这时转速的作用就出现了，转速越快，散射的情况越小，也就是光点越亮。
进一步的是，所述E步骤中5轴CNC机床的加工精度偏差在百分之二毫米之内。
黄金首饰产品的加工  实施例1
将黄金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金在所需要的形状下冷却；将冷却后的黄金通过压片机挤压到所需要的厚度与宽度；用设备定形黄金的毛坯形状；将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀作为刀头，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒400转，再编写好程序，以88度角度对毛胚进行切割。
该工艺加工出来的产品会有镜面效果，且表面可以让光线折射而产生光影效果，该光影距离产品的距离较远，且光点灰暗。

该工艺加工出来的产品会有镜面效果，且表面可以让光线折射；产生光影效果，该光影距离产品的距离较近，且光点明亮。
实施例3

该工艺加工出来的产品会有镜面效果，且表面可以让光线折射产生光影效果，该光影距离产品的距离适中，且光点的亮度也适中。
实施例4
将黄金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金在所需要的形状下冷却；将冷却后的黄金通过压片机挤压到所需要的厚度与宽度；用设备定形黄金的毛坯形状；将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀作为刀头，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒399转，再编写好程序，以87度角度对毛胚进行切割。
该工艺加工出来的产品在光的照射下无光影效果，且与以前的产品效果相同。
实施例5
将黄金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金在所需要的形状下冷却；将冷却后的黄金通过压片机挤压到所需要的厚度与宽度；再用设备定形黄金的毛坯形状；后将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀作为刀头，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒501转，再编写好程序，以121度角度对毛胚进行切割。
该工艺加工出来的产品该工艺加工出来的产品在光的照射下无光影效果，且与以前的产品效果相同。
用上述实施例中的加工数据对K金首饰进行加工，得到的结果同黄金首饰的相同。

Claims (2)

1.一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
（A）将黄金原料或K金原料高温溶解，通过油槽让黄金或K金在所需要的形状下冷却；
（B）将冷却后的黄金或K金通过压片机挤压到需要的厚度与宽度；
（C）用设备定形黄金或K金的毛坯形状；
（D）将定形后的毛坯使用夹具固定住，放在5轴CNC机床上，并使其放置于水平零度位置；
（E）5轴CNC机床选用钻石刀，并将钻石刀的转速设置为每秒400至500转之间，再编写好程序，以88度至120度之间角度对毛坯进行切割。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种幻影黄金或K金首饰的加工工艺，其特征在于：所述E步骤中5轴CNC机床的加工精度偏差在百分之二毫米之内。
