Abstract

一种三高气流切断阀,涉及一种阀门,阀体中央设有阀杆,阀杆与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与手轮连接,阀体空腔内装有球体,球体顶端与阀杆连接,阀杆底部与阀体接触处设有填料箱,填料箱上部设有填料压盖,阀杆中部与阀体接触处设有防飞对开环,密封阀座经阀体侧通道压入阀体内,再横向先后装入球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环,并用卡簧固定。本阀为四分之一转自密封阀门,开关迅速,冲刷磨损小,开关扭矩轻,较易实现自控,且工作流阻小,节能环保。其阀体为整体式结构,无阀体和阀盖密封,不存在因温度变化,材料蠕变等因素引起的泄漏隐患。其阀杆为一整体,避免两节式阀杆连接处磨损或松动造成开关不到位,密封面被加速磨损等缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种三高气流切断阀,适用于高温、高压和高速气体等管路。
背景技术
我国改革开放以来,国民经济快速增长,科技创新,自主创新已成为国内工业发展的主流,我国工业正逐步地向集约型、节能减排、低碳的方向发展。截止阀,也叫截门,是使用最广泛的阀门之一,由于开闭过程中密封面之间摩擦力小,比较耐用,开启高度不大,制造容易,维修方便,不仅适用于中低压,而且适用于高压。截止阀的闭合原理是,依靠阀杆压力,使阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合,阻止介质流通。传统的直流式截止阀为多回转升降杆关闭阀,外力矩产生的密封力需克服管道压力,因此存在开关慢,填料易磨损,开启瞬间阀门冲刷严重,自动控制结构复杂,操作扭矩大等缺陷。且直流式截止阀在开启位置,主要密封件暴露在流道中,在高速气体流道时易被快速冲蚀。科研单位与企业的技术人员在不断地探索、研究,希望研制出一种性能优越的阀门,虽然在技术上取得了一些进步,但在实际运用中仍然存在着尚未克服的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上不足,提供一种三高气流切断阀,兼具截止阀和球阀的优点,适用于高温、高压和高速气体管路,具有流阻小、密封可靠、寿命长、操作安全方便、结构紧凑等优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:含有阀体、密封阀座、球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环、卡簧、阀杆下轴套、密封填料、填料压套、填料压盖、阀杆、防飞对开环、限位板、齿轮箱、手轮,阀体的流道为圆筒形,其中部为空腔,阀体上部设有限位板,限位板上设有齿轮箱,阀体中央设有阀杆,阀杆与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与手轮连接,阀体空腔内装有球体,球体顶端与阀杆连接,阀杆底部与阀体接触处设有阀杆下轴套,阀杆下轴套上部设有密封填料,密封填料上部设有填料压套,填料压套上部设有填料压盖,阀杆中部与阀体接触处设有用于防止阀杆被管道压力冲出的防飞对开环,密封阀座经阀体侧通道压入阀体内,再横向先后装入球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环,并用卡簧固定。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术原理是:球阀主要供开启关闭管道和设备介质之用,是用带有圆形通道的球体做启闭件,通过转动手轮,球体随阀杆转动90°,实现阀门的启闭。球阀的启闭件是一个有孔的球体,该球体绕垂直于通道的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭通道的目的。截止阀是依靠阀杆压力,使阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合,阻止介质流通。本阀兼具截止阀和球阀的优点,密封阀座经阀体侧通道压入阀体内,与阀体形成纯金属密封,从阀体上部装入阀杆,再装上防飞对开环,防止由于误操作或因阀杆意外断裂,阀杆被管道压力冲出的事故发生,再横向先后装入球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环,并用卡簧固定,使弹簧受到压缩产生预紧密封力,保证管道介质压力低时能实现可靠密封。本阀的操作原理是:外力90度转动阀杆驱动球体旋转,当球体通道与阀体通道对齐时,阀门全开,管路接通。当球体通道与阀体通道垂直时,阀门全关,管路截断。本阀为压力自密封阀,球体在关闭位置是轴向自由浮动的,介质压力低时靠阀座弹簧的压缩力将球体推向密封阀座形成初始密封,介质压力增加,球体压向密封阀座越紧,压力越大,密封力越大。阀杆轴承设计在阀体外,离开热源,降低了阀杆在高温工况下的扭矩。阀体内为纯金属密封,不存在传统高温球阀密封石墨被高速气流冲刷而泄露的隐患。本阀在全开位置,密封面与流道隔开而受到保护,本阀执行器安装支架上,与阀体为一整体,避免螺栓连接松动造成球体开关不到位,密封面被加速磨损的隐患。
本发明的有益效果是:本阀为四分之一转自密封阀门,开关迅速,冲刷磨损小,开关扭矩轻,较易实现自控,且工作流阻小,节能环保。其阀体为整体式结构,无阀体和阀盖密封,不存在因温度变化,材料蠕变等因素引起的泄漏隐患。其阀杆为一整体,避免两节式阀杆连接处磨损或松动造成开关不到位,密封面被加速磨损等缺陷。

在图中,三高气流切断阀,含有阀体1、密封阀座2、球体3、支撑阀座4、阀座弹簧5、压环6、卡簧7、阀杆下轴套8、密封填料9、填料压套10、填料压盖11、阀杆12、防飞对开环13、限位板14、齿轮箱15、手轮16,阀体1的流道为圆筒形,其中部为空腔,阀体1上部设有限位板14,限位板14上设有齿轮箱15,阀体1中央设有阀杆12,阀杆12与齿轮箱15连接,齿轮箱15与手轮16连接,阀体1空腔内装有球体3,球体3顶端与阀杆12连接,阀杆12底部与阀体1接触处设有阀杆下轴套8,阀杆下轴套8上部设有密封填料9,密封填料9上部设有填料压套10,填料压套10上部设有填料压盖11,阀杆12中部与阀体1接触处设有用于防止阀杆12被管道压力冲出的防飞对开环13,密封阀座2经阀体1侧通道压入阀体1内,再横向先后装入球体3、支撑阀座4、阀座弹簧5、压环6,并用卡簧7固定。

1.一种三高气流切断阀,含有阀体、密封阀座、球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环、卡簧、阀杆下轴套、密封填料、填料压套、填料压盖、阀杆、防飞对开环、限位板、齿轮箱、手轮,其特征是:阀体的流道为圆筒形,其中部为空腔,阀体上部设有限位板,限位板上设有齿轮箱,阀体中央设有阀杆,阀杆与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与手轮连接,阀体空腔内装有球体,球体顶端与阀杆连接,阀杆底部与阀体接触处设有阀杆下轴套,阀杆下轴套上部设有密封填料,密封填料上部设有填料压套,填料压套上部设有填料压盖,阀杆中部与阀体接触处设有用于防止阀杆被管道压力冲出的防飞对开环,密封阀座经阀体侧通道压入阀体内,再横向先后装入球体、支撑阀座、阀座弹簧、压环,并用卡簧固定。
