Abstract

本发明公开了一种泵车臂架液压油缸,其特征在于,在缸筒的一端焊接有缸底,导向套设在缸筒的一端内壁上,活塞杆从导向套的内孔插入缸筒的内腔,活塞通过其一侧的锁紧螺栓固定在活塞杆的插入端。通过以上设置,本发明采用耐高压、薄壁的27SiMn作为缸筒,采用硬度高的27SiMn管作为活塞杆,保证油缸性能的同时,又减轻了整体油缸重量,符合轻量化标准要求,降低了企业生产成本。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种油缸,具体说是一种用于泵车臂架上的液压油缸。
背景技术
目前用于泵车臂架上的油缸,其活塞杆多为实心圆柱结构,这样增加了油缸的重量,不符合轻量化标准要求,且浪费原材料,给企业生产提高了成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重量轻、工作性能稳定的泵车臂架液压油缸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明在缸筒的一端焊接有缸底,导向套设在缸筒的一端内壁上,活塞杆从导向套的内孔插入缸筒的内腔,活塞通过其一侧的锁紧螺栓固定在活塞杆的插入端。所述活塞杆为中空管状结构。
通过以上设置,本发明采用耐高压、薄壁的27SiMn作为缸筒,采用硬度高的27SiMn 管作为活塞杆,保证油缸性能的同时,又减轻了整体油缸重量,符合轻量化标准要求,降低了企业生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明在缸筒1的一端焊接有缸底2,导向套3设在缸筒1的一端内壁上,活塞杆4从导向套3的内孔插入缸筒1的内腔,活塞5通过其一侧的锁紧螺栓6固定在活塞杆4的插入端。所述活塞杆4为中空管状结构。通过以上设置,本发明保证油缸性能的同时,又减轻了整体油缸重量,符合轻量化标准要求,降低了企业生产成本。

1.泵车臂架液压油缸,其特征在于:在缸筒的一端焊接有缸底,导向套设在缸筒的一端内壁上,活塞杆从导向套的内孔插入缸筒的内腔,活塞通过其一侧的锁紧螺栓固定在活塞杆的插入端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵车臂架液压油缸,其特征在于:所述活塞杆为中空管状结构。
