Abstract
本发明涉及风力发电技术领域,具体涉及一种铁路货车电源装置。由前集风罩、叶轮罩、叶轮、后集风罩、发电机以及支撑架构成,所述前集风罩、后集风罩和发电机固定在所述支撑架上,支撑架固定在铁路货车车体上,叶轮罩位于前集风罩和后集风罩之间,叶轮在叶轮罩内,叶轮通过传动轴连接到发电机上。本发明结构简单,安装使用方便,所用风能为可再生清洁能源,且装置的中心对称结构设计能够实现双向发电,可为铁路货车提供电能。

技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电技术领域,具体涉及一种铁路货车电源装置。
背景技术
随着铁路总公司货运改革的要求,门到门运输的快速发展,要求快捷货运转向架具有高度的运行可靠性和安全性。不仅需要在结构设计、系统设计中考虑运行安全、可靠性,也要在转向架系统的安全监控方面提供实时的监控解决方案。
长期以来,铁路货车车载动态监测设备由于电源的缺乏一直无法实现。近年来,随着太阳能、风能、蓄电池和其他电源的开发,货车车载智能监测系统的供电问题将得到逐步的解决,这为在快捷、重载和特殊车辆上安装电子监测系统提供了必要条件,比如快速转向架的电子防滑器等电子设备已经开始在欧洲新型快速货车上得到广泛运用。因此,开发一种安装简单,性能可靠的铁路货车电源装置,为架载智能监控系统提供电能,具有很高的实用价值,也是实现国内自主知识产权的架载智能监控系统的关键技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种安装简单,性能可靠的铁路货车电源装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种铁路货车电源装置,前集风罩、后集风罩、叶轮罩、发电机、支撑架,前集风罩和后集风罩都是喇叭状外形并且大口向外小口向内,前集风罩和后集风罩的小口连接在叶轮罩山上并以叶轮罩为中心成中心对称,叶轮罩内部有盘转叶轮,盘转叶轮的轴与发电机的轴处于同一直线上并固定连接在一起,前集风罩、后集风罩和发电机固定在支撑架上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明装置可以在铁路货车行进过程中产生电源供给铁路货车监测设备和其他用电设施使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的货车电源装置包括前集风罩 ,叶轮罩,叶轮,后集风罩,发电机以及支撑架。
所述前集风罩、后集风罩和发电机固定在所述支撑架上,叶轮罩位于喇叭形前集风罩和后集风罩的两个小口之间,叶轮在叶轮罩内,叶轮通过传动轴连接到发电机上。
如图2和图3所示,当铁路货车行驶方向使得气流从前集风罩进入时,喇叭形的前集风罩会使得气流加速,加速后的气流进入叶轮罩内后带动叶轮转动,叶轮的转动带动发电机转动产生电能,为铁路货车车载动态监测设备及储能装置供电,随后气流沿着喇叭形的后集风罩加速逸散。
如图2和图3所示,当铁路货车行驶方向使得气流从后集风罩进入时,喇叭形的后集风罩同样会使得气流加速,加速后的气流进入叶轮罩内后带动叶轮转动,同时带动发电机转动产生电能,转动方向保持不变,最后气流沿着喇叭形的前集风罩加速逸散。
所述铁路货车电源装置可以利用铁路货车行驶时产生的气流发电,提供给铁路货车车载动态监测设备及储能装置,且当铁路货车双向行驶时电机旋向不变,实现双向行驶稳定供电。

1.一种铁路货车电源装置,其特征在于:前集风罩、后集风罩、叶轮罩、发电机、支撑架,前集风罩和后集风罩都是喇叭状外形并且大口向外小口向内,前集风罩和后集风罩的小口连接在叶轮罩上并以叶轮罩为中心成中心对称,叶轮罩内部有旋转叶轮,旋转叶轮的轴与发电机的轴处于同一直线上并固定连接在一起,前集风罩、后集风罩和发电机固定在支撑架上。
