本发明公开了一种具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料及其制备方法,该材料主要包含以下重量份的原料:均聚聚丙烯树脂30~70份,共聚聚丙烯树脂10~50份,增韧剂0~10份,填料0~30份,玻璃纤维0~8份,结晶成核剂0.05~0.5份,发泡剂母粒0.5~5份,抗氧化剂0.1~3份。本发明同时还公开了这种结构发泡聚丙烯材料的制备方法。1、本发明材料拥有较高的流动性、结晶速度、熔体强度,减少破孔率。2、通过添加结晶成核剂提高材料的结晶度和结晶速度,使塑料在较高温度时表面就以固化,防止泡孔跑至表面,另一方面通过加入玻璃纤维提高材料的高温强度防止表面出现破孔现象,从而制得泡孔均匀、密度低、强度高的结构发泡聚丙烯材料,在汽车零部件的减重和隔音方面具有广泛的应用。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,涉及具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯材料是世界上第二大通用塑料,在改性塑料行业,其品种是最为丰富的,涉及的应用领域也十分广泛。由于来源广泛、价格便宜、密度低和加工成型优良等特点,聚丙烯改性材料在汽车行业得到广泛的应用,取代了很多原先用ABS或PA成型的部件。随着汽车轻量化节奏的加快,主机厂对聚丙烯材料在轻量化方面也提出了要求。结构发泡为聚丙烯改性材料的轻量化提供了一个可行的方案。
目前,聚丙烯发泡材料的制备大都采用气体过饱和技术和超临界技术。近些年,国内外许多研究机构和企业都开展了微孔发泡材料的成型方法及理论研究。但是该方法存在两个缺点:一方面设备费用投入大,另一方面高压气体的存在容易出现安全隐患。本发明采用在改性聚丙烯材料中加入化学发泡剂后直接通过螺杆混合塑化注塑的方法制备发泡材料,无须对注塑机进行改造或配备临界气体产生设备,减少设备的投入。
另外,对于填充改性的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,常常容易出现表面破孔等不良外观现象。本发明一方面通过添加结晶成核剂提高材料的结晶度和结晶温度,使塑料在较高温度时表面就已固化,防止泡孔跑至表面,另一方面通过加入玻璃纤维提高材料的高温强度防止表面出现破孔现象,从而制得泡孔均匀、密度低、强度高的结构发泡聚丙烯材料,为汽车轻量化提供了有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对目前技术上的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,该材料具有外观良好、密度低、强度高、泡孔均匀等优点,可起到材料轻量化的作用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述聚丙烯结构发泡材料的制备方法,该方法设备投入低、工艺简单。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,主要包含以下重量份的原材料:
均聚聚丙烯树脂:30-70份,
共聚聚丙烯树脂:10-50份,
增韧剂:0-10份,
填料:0-30份,
玻璃纤维:0-8份,
结晶成核剂:0.05-0.5份,
发泡剂母粒:0.5-5份,
抗氧化剂:0.1-3份。

所述的均聚聚丙烯树脂优选熔融指数为40g/10min(230℃,2.16kg)以上的聚丙烯;所述的共聚聚丙烯树脂优选为熔融指数为2g/10min(230℃,2.16kg)以下的聚丙烯。
所述的增韧剂为乙烯和碳原子数为3-10的α-烯烃的共聚物,其熔融指数为1-20g/min(190℃,2.16kg)。
所述的填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、硅灰石和镁盐晶须中的一种。优选目数大于3000目的填料。
所述的玻璃纤维为扁平玻璃纤维。
所述的结晶成核剂选自苯甲酸钠或磷酸酯盐类成核剂。

具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂30-70份,共聚聚丙烯树脂10-50份;增韧剂0-10份,填料0-30份,结晶成核剂0.05-0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维0-8份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将0.5-5份发泡剂母粒、95-99.5份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料。
所述步骤(2)中,双螺杆挤出机的温度设置为180℃-240℃,螺杆转速为200-1000r/min;所述步骤(3)中,注塑机一区温度为100℃-150℃,二区温度为180℃-240℃,三区温度为180-240℃,保压压力为0Mpa,先冷却0-5s,进行第一次定距离开模,再冷却0-0s,再进行第二次开模,得到聚丙烯结构发泡材料。
所述步骤(3)中,第一次开模的距离为0.1-2mm。

1,本发明采用结晶成核剂和玻璃纤维来提高结构发泡聚丙烯材料冷却过程中的表皮的高温强度,阻止泡孔逸出和破孔现象,提高制件的外观性能。
2,本发明制备的结构发泡聚丙烯材料外观良好,减重率高,强度高,泡孔均匀。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的阐述。
以下实施例中,如无特别说明,所有组分均采用重量份计量。
实施例1
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂58份,共聚聚丙烯树脂10份;增韧剂7份,填料15份,结晶成核剂0.1份,1010抗氧化剂0.2份,168抗氧剂0.2份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维8份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将1.5份发泡剂母粒、98.5份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。
实施例2
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂39.2份,共聚聚丙烯树脂28份;增韧剂5份,填料20份,结晶成核剂0.2份,1010抗氧化剂0.3份,168抗氧剂0.3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维5份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将2份发泡剂母粒、98份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。
实施例3
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂40份,共聚聚丙烯树脂40份;增韧剂3份,填料10份,结晶成核剂0.2份,1010抗氧化剂0.3份,168抗氧剂0.3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维5份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将1.2份发泡剂母粒、98.8份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。
实施例4
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂30份,共聚聚丙烯树脂31.2份;增韧剂5份,填料25份,结晶成核剂0.25份,1010抗氧化剂0.25份,168抗氧剂0.3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维5份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将3份发泡剂母粒、97份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。
实施例5
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂25份,共聚聚丙烯树脂42.1份;增韧剂5份,填料20份,结晶成核剂0.3份,1010抗氧化剂0.3份,168抗氧剂0.3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维6份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将1份发泡剂母粒、99份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。
实施例6
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂15份,共聚聚丙烯树脂43.2份;增韧剂2份,填料30份,结晶成核剂0.2份,1010抗氧化剂0.3份,168抗氧剂0.3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维7份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将2份发泡剂母粒、98份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料,其性能测试结果见表1。

从表1结果可以看出,本发明以聚丙烯、增韧剂、填料、玻纤、成核剂以及发泡剂母粒为原材料,成功制备了聚丙烯结构发泡材料,该材料具有良好的外观、泡孔均匀、减重率高、强度高,在汽车零部件的减重和隔音方面具有广泛的应用前景。

Claims (13)

1.一种具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:主要包含以下重量份的原材料:
均聚聚丙烯树脂:30-70份,
共聚聚丙烯树脂:10-50份,
增韧剂:0-10份,
填料:0-30份,
玻璃纤维:0-8份,
结晶成核剂:0.05-0.5份,
发泡剂母粒:0.5-5份,
抗氧化剂:0.1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的均聚聚丙烯树脂在230℃,2.16kg的测试条件下,熔融指数为40g/10min以上的聚丙烯;所述的共聚聚丙烯树脂在230℃,2.16kg的测试条件下,为熔融指数为2g/10min以下的聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂为乙烯和碳原子数为3-10的α-烯烃的共聚物,在190℃,2.16kg的测试条件下,其熔融指数为1-20g/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、硅灰石和镁盐晶须中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的填料为目数大于3000目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维为扁平玻璃纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的结晶成核剂选自苯甲酸钠或磷酸酯盐类成核剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂母粒为发泡剂、助发泡剂与乙烯-辛烯共聚物在80-150℃下混炼而成的母粒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂母粒包含物理发泡组分和化学发泡组分;所述的发泡剂母粒中物理发泡组分为由小分子烷烃与丙烯酸类树脂制成的可发性微球,其发泡温度为150℃-230℃;所述的发泡剂母粒中化学发泡组分选自偶氮二甲酰胺、4,4-二磺酰肼二苯醚、和N,N——二亚硝基五次甲基四胺中的一种或两种以上组合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂选自四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯、硫代二丙酸双十二醇酯、双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二磷酸酯和双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种组合。
11.权利要求1所述的具有良好外观的聚丙烯结构发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)部分原材料的预混合:首先将均聚聚丙烯树脂30-70份,共聚聚丙烯树脂10-50份;增韧剂0-10份,填料0-30份,结晶成核剂0.05-0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-3份,于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)发泡用聚丙烯改性材料的制备:将混匀的料粒由双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口加入,玻璃纤维0-8份由侧喂料口加入,进行熔融共混挤出造粒,得到发泡用聚丙烯改性材料;
(3)注塑发泡:将0.5-5份发泡剂母粒、95-99.5份步骤(2)中所得的发泡用聚丙烯改性材料于高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀;然后投入注塑机中,进行注塑发泡,得到结构发泡聚丙烯材料。
12.根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,双螺杆挤出机的温度设置为180℃-240℃,螺杆转速为200-1000r/min;所述步骤(3)中,注塑机一区温度为100℃-150℃,二区温度为180℃-240℃,三区温度为180-240℃,保压压力为0Mpa,先冷却0-5s,进行第一次定距离开模,再冷却0-0s,再进行第二次开模,得到聚丙烯结构发泡材料。
13.根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,第一次开模的距离为0.1-2mm。
