背景技术
现在一般在公司或者在工地吊很长的钢材料都是使用吊带挂在行车或起重设备上进行搬运和吊装的,其缺陷是吊带一定要吊在材料的正中间,否则材料会失去平衡,一头重一头轻弄不好会掉下来造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种用于起重机械卷筒钢管实现快速起吊的装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于起重机械卷筒钢管实现快速起吊的装置,包括吊环、绳扣、钢丝绳和吊钩,所述钢丝绳穿过吊环,并且通过绳扣连接在吊环上,所述吊钩设置在钢丝绳的两端,起吊时所述吊钩钩在钢管两端的管口上。
所述吊环两侧的钢丝绳的长度相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
一、装吊方便:不需要再用吊带来固定工件。
二、安全可靠:通过两端受力来保持平衡,避免了用吊带起吊重物时的倾斜造成的工伤和工件的破损。
三、工作效率高:比起吊带用吊钩来起吊速度快,劳动力成本降低。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种用于起重机械卷筒钢管实现快速起吊的装置,包括吊环1、绳扣2、钢丝绳3和吊钩4。钢丝绳3穿过吊环1,并且通过绳扣3连接在吊环1上,用于替代现有技术中的吊带,然后将两个吊钩4设置在钢丝绳3的两端。起吊时,将吊钩4钩在钢管两端的管口上,然后调节吊环1两侧的钢丝绳3的长度,使其相同,这样就能通过两端受力来保持平衡,避免了用吊带起吊重物时的倾斜造成的工伤和工件的破损。

1.一种用于起重机械卷筒钢管实现快速起吊的装置,其特征在于,包括吊环、绳扣、钢丝绳和吊钩,所述钢丝绳穿过吊环,并且通过绳扣连接在吊环上,所述吊钩设置在钢丝绳的两端,起吊时所述吊钩钩在钢管两端的管口上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于起重机械卷筒钢管实现快速起吊的装置,其特征在于,所述吊环两侧的钢丝绳的长度相同。
