Abstract
本发明吊臂本身是平衡的，吊物处于吊点正下方，对于吊臂的平衡不会造成影响，货物可以放置到集装箱端头位置。其结构简单、经久耐用、便于操作、可以快速的起吊货物装箱。不但提高了装箱效率，节省了使用开顶箱的费用，还大大提高了操作的安全性。便于人员进入绑扎固定货物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吊具，尤其涉及一种集装箱的装箱专用吊具。
背景技术
在一些大型货物或部件的装箱过程当中需要进行吊装作业。但是对于非开顶箱来说，吊装作业十分困难，因此需要使用一种可重复使用的辅助吊装工具。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种操作安全的装箱用吊装工具，可方便用于非开顶的集装箱进行货物装箱工作。该装置是采用一种“U”型结构的吊具，根据其结构特点，用吊车吊住其一条腿，另一条腿吊住货物，通过增加配重块以保持整体平衡。这样就能够顺利的将货物装入非开顶的集装箱内。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明结构简单、经久耐用、便于操作、可以快速的起吊货物装箱。不但提高了装箱效率，节省了使用开顶箱的费用，还大大提高了操作的安全性。便于人员进入绑扎固定货物。

具体实施方式
根据图2所示对本发明进行进一步说明：
在操作的时候，操作人员把货物平稳的用吊绳连接固定到吊爪（2）上。保证了货物的重心在吊点正下方，从而保证了货物在吊起过程当中的平稳性，这样也更加确保了操作的安全性，避免了货物的倾斜。用吊车吊住吊鼻（1），缓缓的将货物（6）吊起。根据货物重量的不同增加配重块（3）的数量，以保证吊臂（4）的平衡。移动吊车臂（4），将货物（6）装进集装箱（5）中，卸掉固定在吊爪（2）上的绳子，将本发明移出，从而完成整个装箱过程。这种方式不但保证了装箱过程的安全完成，而且这种方式也大大提高了装箱的效率，从而提高了集装箱的利用率。

Claims (2)
1.一种装箱用吊装工具，由吊鼻（1）、吊爪（2）、配重块（3）、吊臂（4）组成，其特征在于其整体形状呈“U”型，且吊爪（2）所在部分较短。
2.如权利要求1所述，吊鼻（1）上平均分布若干个可用于起吊绳穿过的孔，所述配重块（3）上有用于用螺栓使配重块（3）固定在吊臂（4）上的孔。
