本发明是涉及法兰,特别是无螺纹、不焊接法兰结构的改进。
目前的无螺纹、不焊接法兰主要结构是法兰盘内设置有密封垫,使用时是在管件的接头上置于密封垫,通过法兰盘使密封垫紧密地包在管接头上,不仅密封了管件的接头处,而且对管件具有一定的连接强度。但该结构的缺点是同管件连接强度仅能通过密封垫施力,而密封垫是橡胶等软性物质,因此由密封垫施加的连接力是非常有限,往往满足不了连接强度的需要、影响了工程的质量。
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种具有很好连接强度的无螺纹、不焊接法兰。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明包括法兰盘,法兰盘外为螺栓,法兰盘内为密封垫,密封垫外分别具有档圈、隔垫,隔垫与法兰盘之间为楔铁,其结构要点是密封垫内设置有限位柱。
本发明的主要优点:
1.连接强度好:
由于密封垫内设置有限位柱,在密封垫达到设定的尺寸后,限位柱就可同隔垫相接触、限定密封垫不再被压缩,此时通过法兰盘、楔铁对管件施力,即充分保证了连接强度;
2.结构简单适用:
本发明就是在保留现有无螺纹、不焊接法兰结构基础上,仅增加了限位柱零件,其结构简单,制作工艺也极简单,易于推广普及。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体结构作进一步说明:
本发明包括法兰盘2,法兰盘2外为螺栓1,法兰盘2内为密封垫6,密封垫6外分别具有档圈8、隔垫5,隔垫5与法兰盘2之间为楔铁4,密封垫6内设置有限位柱7。
限位柱7可为对称分布;限位柱7为圆柱体。
使用时,将本发明置于管件接头3处,然后以螺栓1对密封垫6施力,当密封垫6达到设定压缩尺寸后,再对螺栓1施力,就可增加管件接头3的连接强度,达到要求后即可停止对螺栓1施力。

1.无螺纹、不焊接法兰包括法兰盘2,法兰盘2外为螺栓1,法兰盘2内为密封垫6,密封垫6外分别具有档圈8、隔垫5,隔垫5与法兰盘2之间为楔铁4,其特征在于密封垫6内设置有限位柱7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无螺纹、不焊接法兰,其特征在于限位柱7为对称分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无螺纹、不焊接法兰,其特征在于限位柱7为圆柱体。
