本发明涉及膏型化妆品容器，更具体而言，涉及一种构成为当使用者加压按钮部时，按钮部根据自身的弹性力朝下方向移动并重新复原，而且通过改变容器本体内部的压力以使内容物排出，从而无需另设置抽吸部件也能够通过简单的结构容易地排出高粘度的内容物，因此不仅能够缩短组装时间、还能够节减制造费用的膏型化妆品容器。

用于储藏高粘度膏体的膏型化妆品容器，通常构成为，阻断容纳于化妆品容器的内容物与空气的接触，然而这种真空型化妆品容器已被本申请人在先申请的注册实用新型第20-0311503号公开。

另外，提供一种膏型化妆品容器，其通过内容物吸入部向抽吸引导盖与内容物吸入部形成的空间吸入一定量的内容物并储藏其内容物，从而每做一次抽吸作用时总是能够排出定量的内容物。

为了解决上述问题，根据本发明的膏型化妆品容器，其特征在于，包括：用于容纳内容物的容器本体(100)，其具备有根据内容物的使用上升的活塞(110)；结合于所述容器本体(100)的上部的抽吸引导盖(200)，所述抽吸引导盖(200)能够根据使用者的加压与否而弹性变形，并通过抽吸作用而排出容纳于所述容器本体(100)的内容物；结合于所述容器本体(100)内侧的内容物吸入部(300)，所述内容物吸入部(300)在所述抽吸引导盖(200)的下部形成能够储藏内容物的空间，以根据所述抽吸引导盖(200)的弹性变形以一定量吸入容纳在所述容器本体(100)的内容物。
进一步地，其特征在于，所述抽吸引导盖(200)在其上端的一侧能够根据使用者的加压与否朝下方向移动并重新复原，其还包括弹性材质的按钮部(220)，所述按钮部(220)通过改变所述抽吸引导盖(200)与内容物吸入部(300)形成的空间的压力而引导抽吸作用。

参照图1至图3，本发明的优选实施例的膏型化妆品容器包括：容器本体(100)、抽吸引导盖(200)、内容物吸入部(300)、顶盖(400)。
