Abstract

本发明是有关于一种多级磁力泵,吸入室固定安装在泵体前端,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮分别安装在轴上,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮的后面分别设有一级导叶、二级导叶及三级导叶,一级叶轮与轴之间设有滑动轴承及轴套,滑动轴承固定安装在一级导叶上,所述的吐出段内设有轴承体,轴承体上固定安装有滑动轴承,滑动轴承与三级叶轮之间设有止推盘,所述的轴承体后端设有平衡盘,平衡盘套装在轴上,平衡盘和轴承体之间设有平衡套,平衡盘后设有定位套,轴上还安装有内磁钢,内磁钢外安装有外磁钢。本发明能够完全的消除轴向力,减小了机械摩擦,提高磁力泵运行效率,同时使磁力泵运行更可靠稳定,增加磁力泵的实用寿命。

一种多级磁力泵
技术领域
本发明涉及驱动泵领域,特别是涉及一种多级磁力泵。
背景技术
磁力泵是指利用磁力驱动的泵,它是利用磁感应原理传递扭矩,主要由泵头、外磁钢、内磁钢和隔离套组成,原动机带动外磁钢转动,由于磁场的作用,内磁钢随之同步转动。外磁钢与内磁钢之间为隔离套,抽送的液体被封闭在隔离套内部,使得磁力泵没有泄露,所以应用广泛。然而,现有的磁力泵在使用过程中由于叶轮的不对称结构使得叶轮在运行时会产生朝进口方向的轴向力,使整个转子部分向进口方向移动,所以对轴向力的平衡是磁力泵的关键,现在消除轴向力主要有添加平衡孔结构、平衡毂、平衡盘、加副叶片或者将叶轮设计成浮动叶轮等方法。
然而,现有的磁力泵添加部分平衡结构后对轴向力有抵消作用但是没有完全平衡,使多级磁力泵在运行时,驱动端的轴套摩擦滑动轴承,不但增加了运行功率、降低效率,而且减小了磁力泵的使用寿命,由于轴上径向通孔的原因使得冷却液泄掉,不能流经磁钢,起不到冷却的作用,如何创设一种可完全消除轴向力又能冷却磁钢的多级磁力泵,具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多级磁力泵,使其可完全消除轴向力,磁钢冷却效果好,摩擦小,使用寿命长。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种多级磁力泵,包括吸入室、吐出段、一级叶轮、二级叶轮、三级叶轮、一级导叶、二级导叶、三级导叶、 内磁钢、外磁钢、轴、止推盘、滑动轴承、轴套、轴承体、平衡套、平衡盘、中段及定位套,所述的吸入室固定安装在泵体前端,泵体内安装有轴,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮分别安装在轴上,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮的后面分别设有一级导叶、二级导叶及三级导叶,一级叶轮与轴之间设有滑动轴承及轴套,滑动轴承固定安装在一级导叶上,所述的吐出段内设有轴承体,轴承体上固定安装有滑动轴承,滑动轴承与轴之间设有轴套,滑动轴承与三级叶轮之间设有止推盘,所述的轴承体后端设有平衡盘,平衡盘套装在轴上,平衡盘和轴承体之间设有平衡套,平衡盘靠近驱动端一侧设有定位套,通过定位套将平衡盘固定在轴上,轴上还安装有内磁钢,内磁钢外安装有外磁钢。
进一步的,所述的滑动轴承通过内六角紧定螺钉与轴承体连接。
进一步的,所述的一级叶轮上设有叶轮螺母,叶轮螺母的顶端设有通孔。
进一步的,所述的吸入室采用直锥型吸入室。
进一步的,所述的吸入室通过穿杠组件固定在泵体上,所述的穿杠组件包括穿杠螺母、穿杠螺栓和穿杠螺母垫圈。
进一步的,所述的平衡套的内侧设有多条凹槽,所述的凹槽为矩形凹槽。
进一步的,所述的轴承体与平衡套之间通过内六角螺钉固定连接,轴承体与平衡套配合的端面上设有螺纹孔。
采用这样的设计后,本发明至少具有以下优点:
可以消除多级磁力泵的轴向力,在一定的范围内可以适当的增加或减小叶轮的级数,也不会产生由于轴向力的不平衡而出现的摩擦现象,同时解决了由于冷却液不足,隔离套内产生汽化的现象。
采用内六角紧定螺钉将滑动轴承固定,防止滑动轴承在轴向方向上的 串动,增加定位套,可对平衡盘的轴向尺寸进行定位,改进后的磁力泵驱动端磁钢的冷却效果好。
与原来的结构相比较改进后的结构能够完全的消除轴向力,减小了机械摩擦,提高磁力泵运行效率,同时使磁力泵运行更可靠稳定,增加磁力泵的实用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2所示,本发明提供一种多级磁力泵,包括吸入室11、吐出段20、一级叶轮13、二级叶轮14、三级叶轮17、一级导叶15、二级导叶16、三级导叶18、内磁钢20、外磁钢19、轴1、止推盘2、滑动轴承3、轴套5、轴承体6、平衡套7、平衡盘9、中段22及定位套10,所述的吸入室11固定安装在泵体前端,泵体内安装有轴1,一级叶轮13、二级叶轮14和三级叶轮17分别安装在轴上,一级叶轮13、二级叶轮14和三级叶轮17的后面分别设有一级导叶15、二级导叶16及三级导叶18,一级导叶15与轴1之间设有滑动轴承3及轴套5,滑动轴承3固定安装在一级 导叶15上,所述的吐出段21内设有轴承体6,轴承体6上固定安装有滑动轴承3,滑动轴承3与轴之间设有轴套5,滑动轴承3与三级叶轮17之间设有止推盘2,所述的轴承体6后端设有平衡盘9,平衡盘9套装在轴1上,平衡盘9和轴承体6之间设有平衡套7,平衡盘9靠近驱动端一侧设有定位套10,通过定位套10将平衡盘9固定在轴上,轴1上还安装有内磁钢20,内磁钢20外安装有外磁钢19。
所述的滑动轴承3通过内六角紧定螺钉4与轴承体6连接。
所述的一级叶轮13上设有叶轮螺母12,叶轮螺母12的顶端设有通孔,可以使水流通过。
所述的吸入室1采用直锥型吸入室,水流的进口分方向平行于泵轴的方向。吸入室1通过穿杠组件与泵体固定连接,所述的穿杠组件包括穿杠螺母、穿杠螺栓和穿杠螺母垫圈。
较佳的,所述的平衡套7的内侧设有多条凹槽,所述的凹槽为矩形凹槽。
轴承体6与平衡套7之间通过内六角螺钉8固定连接,轴承体6与平衡套7配合的端面上设有螺纹孔,便于跟平衡套7进行连接。
相应的,轴1的轴向尺寸要比现有的轴的轴向尺寸小,以配合平衡盘9与平衡套7,将原来径向上的通孔堵死,加强驱动端磁钢的冷却效果。
较优的,内六角平端紧定螺钉4的规格为M6×8,内六角螺钉8为内六角圆柱头螺钉,其规格为M8×16。

1.一种多级磁力泵,其特征在于,包括吸入室、吐出段、一级叶轮、二级叶轮、三级叶轮、一级导叶、二级导叶、三级导叶、内磁钢、外磁钢、轴、止推盘、滑动轴承、轴套、轴承体、平衡套、平衡盘、中段及定位套,所述的吸入室固定安装在泵体前端,泵体内安装有轴,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮分别安装在轴上,一级叶轮、二级叶轮和三级叶轮的后面分别设有一级导叶、二级导叶及三级导叶,一级叶轮与轴之间设有滑动轴承及轴套,滑动轴承固定安装在一级导叶上,所述的吐出段内设有轴承体,轴承体上固定安装有滑动轴承,滑动轴承与轴之间设有轴套,滑动轴承与三级叶轮之间设有止推盘,所述的轴承体后端设有平衡盘,平衡盘套装在轴上,平衡盘和轴承体之间设有平衡套,平衡盘靠近驱动端一侧设有定位套,通过定位套将平衡盘固定在轴上,轴上还安装有内磁钢,内磁钢外安装有外磁钢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的滑动轴承通过内六角紧定螺钉与轴承体连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的一级叶轮上设有叶轮螺母,叶轮螺母的顶端设有通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的吸入室采用直锥型吸入室。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的吸入室通过穿杠组件固定在泵体上,所述的穿杠组件包括穿杠螺母、穿杠螺栓和穿杠螺母垫圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的平衡套的内侧设有多条凹槽,所述的凹槽为矩形凹槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多级磁力泵,其特征在于,所述的轴承体与平衡套之间通过内六角螺钉固定连接,轴承体与平衡套配合的端面上设有螺纹孔。
