本实用新型涉及一种用于离心泵的轴向力平衡叶轮。
背景技术
目前一般的离心泵叶轮分为闭式、半开式、以及开式叶轮。闭式和开式两种叶轮由于后墙板面积大于前墙板面积,在泵工作时会产生向前的轴向力,半开式叶轮由于没有前墙板,轴向力更大,轴向力的产生会使轴承的负荷加大,加快了轴承的磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轴向力平衡叶轮,叶轮的轴向力平衡,轴承的负荷减小,延长轴承使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种轴向力平衡叶轮,包括有装配在转轴上的后墙板、前墙板、数个叶片,其特征在于:叶片的左侧固定连接着前墙板,叶片的右侧下部固定连接着后墙板,所述的后墙板与前墙板的轴向投影面积大体相等。
所述的数个叶片均匀分布且为螺旋状。
本实用新型的轴向力平衡叶轮的前墙板与后墙板轴向投影大体相等,叶轮的轴向力平衡,轴承的负荷减小。
本实用新型的轴向力平衡叶轮的叶片右侧下部固定连接着后墙板,叶轮右侧边缘为开放状态,有利于含固体的液体输送。

1.轴向力平衡叶轮,包括有装配在转轴上的后墙板、前墙板、数个叶片,其特征在于:叶片的左侧固定连接着前墙板,叶片的右侧下部固定连接着后墙板,所述的后墙板与前墙板的轴向投影面积大体相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴向力平衡叶轮,其特征在于:所述的数个叶片均匀分布且为螺旋状。
