Abstract

本发明提供了一种高强度抗老化的新型链条,其特征在于:该链条为注塑材料,由尼龙和水,并辅以增强剂、耐磨剂、减水剂、紫外线吸收剂等助剂混合而成,上述原料按质量百分比分别为:尼龙40-60%、增强剂5-10%、耐磨剂8-12%、减水剂3-6%、紫外线吸收剂0.2-0.5%,其余为水。本发明的新型链条强度高,具有高抗磨性、低吸水性、抗紫外线的特点,提高了链条的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新型链条,特别是涉及一种高强度抗老化的新型链条。
技术背景
非金属链板刮泥机的输送链条长期运行在污水中,由于水中含有大量的微小颗粒,在刮泥机运行过程中,微小颗粒必将进入链销与链节的空隙,对链节造成磨损,严重缩减了链条的使用寿命.
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种高强度抗老化的新型链条,其特征在于:该链条为注塑材料,由尼龙和水,并辅以增强剂、耐磨剂、减水剂、紫外线吸收剂等助剂混合而成,上述原料按质量百分比分别为:尼龙40-60%、增强剂5-10%、耐磨剂8-12%、减水剂3-6%、紫外线吸收剂0.2-0.5%,其余为水。
所述增强剂为丁二烯类三元共聚物。
所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯微粉或氧化锌晶须或氟缘硅中的其中一种。
所述减水剂为磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂磺酸盐类减水剂。
所述紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯或2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮或2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
本发明的新型链条强度高,具有高抗磨性、低吸水性、抗紫外线的特点,提高了链条的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
取20g尼龙和15g水混合放入搅拌器内,然后加入3g丁二烯类三元共聚物、5g聚四氟乙烯微粉、2g磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂磺酸盐、0.01g邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯进行搅拌,即得链条的注塑材料,该材料的耐磨系数为0.09。
实施例2
取30g尼龙和18g水混合放入搅拌器内,然后加入6g丁二烯类三元共聚物、8g氧化锌晶须、3g磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂磺酸盐、0.03g2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮进行搅拌,即得链条的注塑材料,该材料的耐磨系数为0.1。
实施例3
取15g尼龙和10g水混合放入搅拌器内,然后加入2g丁二烯类三元共聚物、6g氟缘硅、1g磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂磺酸盐、0.01g2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮进行搅拌,即得链条的注塑材料,该材料的耐磨系数为0.08。

1.一种高强度抗老化的新型链条,其特征在于:该链条为注塑材料,由尼龙和水,并辅以增强剂、耐磨剂、减水剂、紫外线吸收剂等助剂混合而成,上述原料按质量百分比分别为:尼龙40-60%、增强剂5-10%、耐磨剂8-12%、减水剂3-6%、紫外线吸收剂0.2-0.5%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型链条,其特征在于:所述增强剂为丁二烯类三元共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型链条,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯微粉或氧化锌晶须或氟缘硅中的其中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型链条,其特征在于:所述减水剂为磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂磺酸盐类减水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型链条,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯或2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮或2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种。
