一种新型纸箱及其模切模具
 
（一）技术领域：
本发明涉及一种纸箱及纸箱的成形模具。
（二）背景技术：
随着各行各业对包装的日趋重视，各厂家对精美纸箱的需求量越来愈大，因而对纸箱的模切、压痕、成型提出了更高的质量要求。对于别插式纸箱，由于其组装拆卸方便，现在应用非常广泛，不但容量大，而且承重质量高且不易损坏。
（三）发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种新型纸箱及其模切模具，它能够解决现有技术的不足，制成的纸箱使用方便，结实耐用。
本发明的技术方案：一种纸箱，它包括四个面积相同的长方形侧面、上盖；其特制在于在每个长方形侧面的底边有相互配合插接的插接边，插接边相互插接后构成纸箱底面；所述上盖设置于其中一个长方形侧面的顶边，上盖的顶边设有别扣Ⅰ；与设有上盖的长方形侧面相邻的两个长方形侧面上设有别扣Ⅱ，另外一个长方形侧面的侧边上设有连接部。
一种实现上述纸箱的专用模切模具，包括与纸箱外形相同的面板，其特征在于所述面板外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片，所述刀片两边设有海绵垫块。
所述刀片与面板镶嵌连接。
本发明的优越性：组装后的纸箱承重质量高且不易损坏，上部的别扣设计能有效保护产品不外露，而且不用任何方式封和纸盒，直接折叠成型，方便快捷。

其中，1为侧面，2为插接边，3为上盖，4为别扣Ⅰ，5为别扣Ⅱ，6为连接部，7为面板，8为刀片，9为海绵垫块。
（五）具体实施方式:
实施例：一种纸箱（见图1），它包括四个面积相同的长方形侧面1、上盖3；其特制在于在每个长方形侧面1的底边有相互配合插接的插接边2，插接边2相互插接后构成纸箱底面；所述上盖3设置于其中一个长方形侧面的顶边，上盖3的顶边设有别扣Ⅰ4；与设有上盖3的长方形侧面相邻的两个长方形侧面上设有别扣Ⅱ5，另外一个长方形侧面的侧边上设有连接部6。
一种实现上述纸箱的专用模切模具（见图2），包括与纸箱外形相同的面板7，其特征在于所述面板7外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片8，所述刀片8两边设有海绵垫块9。
所述刀片8与面板7镶嵌连接。
本发明采用平板刀模，模切的精度高，成本较低；在刀片8两边设有海绵垫块9，起到隐藏，覆盖多余刀片8的作用；模切纸板具有压缩性，在模切时容易变形，因而不能采用太硬的海绵垫块9。一般刀片8两旁使用的海绵垫块9硬度为35—40HS；狭窄的地方使用硬度高一些的海绵，一般为60HS为宜。通常海绵垫块9高于刀锋高度2mm，狭窄地方放置的海绵垫块9高出刀锋0.5mm，在放置海绵垫块9时应将其连续不断地貼于嵌刀线两边，一般以离刀线1mm为宜。

2.一种实现权利要求1所述纸箱的专用模切模具，包括与纸箱外形相同的面板，其特征在于所述面板外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片，所述刀片两边设有海绵垫块。
3.根据权利要求2所述模切模具，其特征在于所述刀片与面板镶嵌连接。
