Abstract
一种立式纸箱，它包括上盖、底面，其特制在于底面的两个侧边分别设置纸箱的两个侧面，其中一个侧面的外侧边设置别扣，另一个侧面的外侧边设置上盖；所述上盖、底面及两个侧面的顶边和底边设有相互配合的连接部，所述连接部连接后构成纸箱的另外两个侧面。本发明的优越性：组装后的纸箱承重质量高且不易损坏，上部的别扣设计能有效保护产品不外露，而且不用任何方式封和纸盒，直接折叠成型，方便快捷。

（一）技术领域：
本发明涉及一种立式纸箱及纸箱的成形模具。
（二）背景技术：
随着各行各业对包装的日趋重视，各厂家对精美纸箱的需求量越来愈大，因而对纸箱的模切、压痕、成型提出了更高的质量要求。对于别插式纸箱，由于其组装拆卸方便，现在应用非常广泛，不但容量大，而且承重质量高且不易损坏。
（三）发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种结实立式纸箱及其模切模具，它能够解决现有技术的不足，制成的纸箱使用方便，结实耐用。
本发明的技术方案：一种立式纸箱，它包括上盖、底面，其特制在于底面的两个侧边分别设置纸箱的两个侧面，其中一个侧面的外侧边设置别扣，另一个侧面的外侧边设置上盖；所述上盖、底面及两个侧面的顶边和底边设有相互配合的连接部，所述连接部连接后构成纸箱的另外两个侧面。
一种实现上述纸箱的专用模切模具，包括与纸箱外形相同的面板，其特征在于所述面板外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片，所述刀片两边设有海绵垫块。
所述刀片与面板镶嵌连接。
本发明的优越性：组装后的纸箱承重质量高且不易损坏，上部的别扣设计能有效保护产品不外露，而且不用任何方式封和纸盒，直接折叠成型，方便快捷。

其中，1为侧面，2为连接部，3为上盖，4为底面，5为别扣，6为面板，7为刀片，8为海绵垫块。
（五）具体实施方式:
实施例：一种立式纸箱（见图1），它包括上盖3、底面4，其特制在于底面4的两个侧边分别设置纸箱的两个侧面1，其中一个侧面的外侧边设置别扣5，另一个侧面的外侧边设置上盖3；所述上盖3、底面4及两个侧面1的顶边和底边设有相互配合的连接部2，所述连接部2连接后构成纸箱的另外两个侧面。
一种实现上述纸箱的专用模切模具（见图2），包括与纸箱外形相同的面板6，其特征在于所述面板6外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片7，所述刀片7两边设有海绵垫块8。
所述刀片7与面板6镶嵌连接。
本发明采用平板刀模，模切的精度高，成本较低；在刀片7两边设有海绵垫块8，起到隐藏，覆盖多余刀片7的作用；模切纸板具有压缩性，在模切时容易变形，因而不能采用太硬的海绵垫块8。一般刀片7两旁使用的海绵垫块8硬度为35—40HS；狭窄的地方使用硬度高一些的海绵，一般为60HS为宜。通常海绵垫块8高于刀锋高度2mm，狭窄地方放置的海绵垫块8高出刀锋0.5mm，在放置海绵垫块8时应将其连续不断地貼于嵌刀线两边，一般以离刀线1mm为宜。

1.一种立式纸箱，它包括上盖、底面，其特制在于底面的两个侧边分别设置纸箱的两个侧面，其中一个侧面的外侧边设置别扣，另一个侧面的外侧边设置上盖；所述上盖、底面及两个侧面的顶边和底边设有相互配合的连接部，所述连接部连接后构成纸箱的另外两个侧面。
2.一种实现权利要求1所述纸箱的专用模切模具，包括与纸箱外形相同的面板，其特征在于所述面板外端面设有若干连续连接的刀片，所述刀片两边设有海绵垫块。
3.根据权利要求2所述模切模具，其特征在于所述刀片与面板镶嵌连接。
