Abstract

本发明公开了一种拉力传感控制装置,包括位置不锁定而可移动的定型台,所述定型台的移动方向为挤出机的挤出推力方向,所述定型台与挤出机之间设有感应定型台的移动量并将感应信号于控制系统的显示器上显示的拉力传感器。本发明通过拉力传感器感应定型台的移动量,间接检测出挤出机的挤出推力,以此为依据调节牵引机的牵引速度来控制生产,相对传统只凭经验来控制牵引力,大大提高了产品的合格率。

本发明涉及塑料制品挤出定型生产控制技术,具体为一种拉力传感控制装置。
背景技术
塑料制品的生产涉及挤出和定型,塑料原料经挤出机挤出,并经定型机定型台上的多块定型板定型并冷却后成为成型产品。挤出和定型生产过程中,由于牵引力的大小受挤出机的挤出力和定型机定型台的摩擦力影响,牵引机产生的牵引力设定全凭工人经验来控制,如遇经验不足或员工责任心不到位,牵引力经常会设定为不匹配,生产过程中易造成废品。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种拉力传感控制装置,以确保在塑料制品的挤出和定型生产中的产品合格率。
能够解决上述技术问题的拉力传感控制装置,其技术方案包括位置不锁定而可移动的定型台,所述定型台的移动方向为挤出机的挤出推力方向,所述定型台与挤出机之间设有感应定型台的移动量并将感应信号于控制系统的显示器上显示的拉力传感器。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明拉力传感控制装置通过拉力传感器感应定型台的移动量,间接检测出挤出机的挤出推力,以此为依据调节牵引机的牵引速度来控制生产,相对传统只凭经验来控制牵引力,直观方便,便于操作,大大提高了产品的合格率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明拉力传感控制装置包括定型台1和拉力传感器3。
所述定型台1通过滚轮安装,工作时滚轮不锁紧而使定型台1具有在外力作用下沿受力方向的移动,所述外力为挤出机2的挤出推力,在挤出机2的挤出推力作用下,定型台1有一个沿挤出推力方向的移动量,如图1所示。
所述定型台1的移动量与挤出机2的挤出推力大小有关,检测出移动量的多少即可相应了解挤出机2挤出推力的大小。
如图1所示,所述拉力传感器3设置在定型台1与挤出机2之间,塑料制品在挤出定型时,挤出机2的挤出推力作用在定型台1上,使定型台1通过滚轮沿挤出推力向有一个移动量,所述拉力传感器3感应到该移动量,并将感应信号转化为挤出推力的大小并于控制系统的显示器上显示,操作工人可通过显示器上的显示数据调节牵引机的牵引速度来控制生产,从而有效保障了产品的合格率。

1.拉力传感控制装置,其特征在于:包括位置不锁定而可移动的定型台(1),所述定型台(1)的移动方向为挤出机(2)的挤出推力方向,所述定型台(1)与挤出机(2)之间设有感应定型台(1)的移动量并将感应信号于控制系统的显示器上显示的拉力传感器(3)。
