本发明公开了一种车细长轴专用跟刀架使用方法,包括如下步骤:将跟刀架固定在车床刀架(7)上,调节支承螺栓(1),使其与车床溜板(8)接触。架体(5)上开有三个槽,滑板(6)可沿槽作径向调动后,用螺钉固定,车刀(3)由螺钉(4)垂直固定在架体(5)上,车削时,径向车削力主要由溜板承受。三个支承轴承(2)稳定往工件,不使振动。这样的使用方式使得车削平稳,加工质量高。

    本发明涉及一种机械加工部件使用方法。
背景技术
   现有的刀架车削不平稳,出现摆动现象,影响了加工质量。
发明内容
   为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括如下步骤:将跟刀架固定在车床刀架上,调节支承螺栓,使其与车床溜板接触。架体上开有三个槽,滑板可沿槽作径向调动后,用螺钉固定,车刀由螺钉垂直固定在架体上,车削时,径向车削力主要由溜板承受。三个支承轴稳定往工件,不使振动。这样的使用方式使得车削平稳,加工质量高。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,本发明包括如下步骤:将跟刀架固定在车床刀架7上,调节支承螺栓1,使其与车床溜板8接触。架体5上开有三个槽,滑板6可沿槽作径向调动后,用螺钉固定,车刀3由螺钉4垂直固定在架体5上,车削时,径向车削力主要由溜板承受。三个支承轴承2稳定往工件,不使振动。这样的使用方式使得车削平稳,加工质量高。
