技术领域
本发明涉及一种防振刀夹,尤其涉及一种用于车床上的防振刀夹。
背景技术
车床主要用于加工轴、盘、套和其他具有回转表面的工件,是机械制造中使用最广的一类机床。现有的普通车床在加工工件时会出现车床主轴和刀架的松动,导致直接固定在刀架上的刀片振动,影响工件的加工质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防振刀夹,防止车床上的刀片在使用时由于振动影响工件的加工质量。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防振刀夹,包括刀架和固定于刀架上的刀夹,所述刀夹的一端设有刀夹槽,刀夹的另一端固接有固定板,所述刀夹槽的底部设有若干个错开的销孔,所述固定板通过螺栓固定在刀架上。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明通过刀夹槽与固定板相结合的设计,刀片固接于刀夹槽中,避免了刀片直接固接于刀架上,受刀架影响而受到振动。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1,对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种防振刀夹,包括刀架6和固定于刀架6上的刀夹3,刀夹3的一端设有刀夹槽7,刀夹3的另一端固接有固定板8,刀夹槽7的底部设有若干个错开的销孔5,固定板8通过螺栓4固定在刀架6上。
本发明在使用时,刀片2纵向固定于刀夹槽7内,在刀夹槽7底部适合的销孔5中插入与之相配的销子来确定刀片2的高低位置。刀片向前倾斜,在对工件1进行加工时有一定的副后角,刀片不受弯曲力,不会受主轴和刀架影响产生振动。

1.一种防振刀夹,包括刀架(6)和固定于刀架(6)上的刀夹(3),其特征在于所述刀夹(3)的一端设有刀夹槽(7),刀夹(3)的另一端固接有固定板(8),所述刀夹槽(7)的底部设有若干个错开的销孔(5),所述固定板(8)通过螺栓(4)固定在刀架(6)上。
