Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种提供管状保护套筒的方法和一种套筒。
背景技术
本领域已知的管状保护套筒由具有三种不同组分的丝(filament)的经向编织的织物制成,第一组分包括第一聚合物单丝及/或第一聚合物多丝,第三组分包括一种导电材料。
在由与本申请相同的申请人申请的欧洲专利申请11382361中,公开了一种上述特征的套筒。
然而,它是在表面之间的导线,并且当需要将这种缆线绝缘时,必须加上另外的一个绝缘套,这产生了成本、体积及额外的重量。
发明内容
为此,本发明提出了一种制造管状保护套筒的方法,包括如下步骤:
-使用拉舍尔织机提供由三种丝组分制成的经向编织的织物;
-塑形所述组织,使得该组织的纵向边缘朝向彼此会聚并相互重叠,由此限定一个管状的形状;
-第一组分包括第一聚合物单丝及/或第一聚合物多丝;
-第三组分包括导电材料;
-所述组分分布在所述组织的整个厚度,使得:
○所述第一聚合物组分存在于整个所述厚度;
○所述第二组分在整个所述厚度关于所述组织的中间平面呈对称分布或不对称分布;
○所述第三组分从所述组织的一侧延伸到所述组织的内部,但不到达相对的一侧;
-最小重量百分比如下:
○所述第一组分为7%;
○所述第二组分为10%;
○所述第三组分为40%。
有了这些特征,获得了了一种重量和体积减小的绝缘套筒,该绝缘套筒用作防护,并在纵向方向是导电的。尤其,导电部分可保持在某一侧或内部。
第一组分集结并结合其它组分,第二组分具有绝缘功能,第三组分导电。
根据多种可选的特征,在本发明的方法中:
-组分都是不同的,或者第一组分和第二组分由相同的材料制成。
-第二组分是第二聚合物多丝。
-第一聚合物选自:聚苯硫醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、PEEK,PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
-第二聚合物选自:聚酯、聚酰胺、pps、PEEK、间位芳纶、对位芳纶、粘胶纤维、PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
-导电材料选自:铜、镀锡铜、镍铜、铝及不锈钢。
-具有纵向方向的边缘的带(strip)不包括第三组分。
本发明还涉及一种管状保护套筒,由具有三种不同组分的丝的经向编织的织物构成:
-第一组分包括第一聚合物单丝及/或第一聚合物多丝;
-第三组分包括导电材料;
其特征在于,第一组分、第二组分和第三组分分布在组织的整个厚度,使得
○第一组分存在于整个所述厚度;
○第二组分在整个所述厚度关于该组织的中间平面呈对称分布或不对称分布;
○第三组分从组织的一侧延伸到组织的内部,但不达到相对的一侧;
-最小重量百分比如下:
○第一组分为7%;
○第二组分为10%;
○第三组分为40%。
根据多种可选的特征,在上述创新型套管中:
-组分都是不同的,或者第一组分和第二组分由相同的材料制成。
-第二组分是第二聚合物多丝。
-第一聚合物选自:聚苯硫醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、PEEK,PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
-第二聚合物选自:聚酯、聚酰胺、pps、PEEK、间位芳纶、对位芳纶、粘胶纤维、PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
-导电材料选自:铜、镀锡铜、镍铜、铝及不锈钢。
-具有纵向方向的边缘的带不包括第三组分。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种制造管状保护套筒的方法,包括如下步骤:
-使用拉舍尔织机提供三种组分1、2、3的丝的经向编织的组织T;及
-塑形所述组织T,使得该组织T的纵向边缘朝向彼此会聚并重叠,由此限定一个管状的形状;
-第一组分1包括第一聚合物单丝及/或第一聚合物多丝;
-第三组分3包括一种导电材料;
-所述组分1、2、3分布在组织T的整个厚度,使得:
○第一聚合物组分1存在于整个所述厚度;
○第二组分2在整个所述厚度关于组织T的中间平面呈对称分布或不对称分布;
○第三组分3从组织T的一侧延伸到组织T内部,但不到达相对的一侧;
-最小重量百分比如下:
○第一组分1为7%;
○第二组分2为10%;
○第三组分3为40%。
材料范围:
●单丝塑料纤维的纤度在0.10mm到0.50mm之间。
●多丝塑料纤维的纤度在86dTex到2200dTex之间。
●单丝金属纤维的纤度在0.05mm到0.30mm之间。
●多丝金属纤维的纤度在10dTex到10000dTex之间。
●金属片材(sheet)的尺寸为:厚度在0.05mm到0.50mm之间,宽度在0.50mm到5mm之间。
●芳纶纤维的纤度在10dTex到5000dTex之间。
实施方案表
表中及附图中,P1意为第一梳栉,P2为第二梳栉,P3为第三梳栉,P4为第四梳栉,P5为第五梳栉,P6为第六梳栉。
虽然已经参考了本发明的具体实施方案,但是对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,能够对本发明描述的步骤及套筒进行大量的改变和改型,并且所有提到的具体细节可由其他同等技术条件的等同物代替,而不超出本发明随附的权利要求限定的范围。
Claims (14)
1.用于制造管状保护套筒的方法,包括如下步骤:
-使用拉舍尔织机提供由三种组分的丝制成的经向编织的织物;
-塑形所述组织,使得该组织的纵向边缘朝向彼此会聚并重叠,由此限定一个管状的形状;
-第一组分包括第一聚合物单丝线及/或第一聚合物多丝线;
-第三组分包括导电材料;
-所述组分分布在所述组织的整个厚度,使得:
○所述第一聚合物组分存在于整个所述厚度;
○所述第二组分在整个所述厚度关于所述组织的中间平面呈对称分布或不对称分布;
○所述第三组分从所述组织的一侧延伸到所述组织的内部,但不到达相对的一侧;
-最小重量百分比如下:
○所述第一组分为7%;
○所述第二组分为10%;
○所述第三组分为40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述组分是不同的,或其中所述第一组分和所述第二组分由相同的材料制成。
3.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中所述第二组分(2)是第二聚合物多丝。
4.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中所述第一聚合物选自:聚苯硫醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、PEEK,PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
5.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中所述第二聚合物选自:聚酯、聚酰胺、pps、PEEK、间位芳纶、对位芳纶、粘胶纤维、PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
6.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中所述导电材料选自:铜、镀锡铜、镍铜、铝及不锈钢。
7.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中所述具有纵向方向的边缘的带不包括第三组分。
8.一种管状保护套筒,由具有三种不同组分的丝的经向编织的织物构成:
-第一组分包括第一聚合物单丝及/或第一聚合物多丝;
-第三组分包括导电材料;
其特征在于,所述组分分布在组织的整个厚度,使得:
○第一组分存在于整个所述厚度;
○第二组分在整个所述厚度关于该组织的中间平面呈对称分布或不对称分布;
○第三组分从组织的一侧延伸到组织的内部,而不达到相对的一侧;
-最小重量百分比如下:
○第一组分为7%;
○第二组分为10%;
○第三组分为40%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述组分是不同的,或其中所述第一组分和所述第二组分由相同的材料制成。
10.根据上述权利要求8-9任一项所述的方法,其中所述第二组分(2)是第二聚合物多丝。
11.根据上述权利要求8-10任一项所述的方法,其中所述第一聚合物选自:聚苯硫醚、聚酯、聚酰胺、PEEK,PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
12.根据上述权利要求8-11任一项所述的方法,其中所述第二聚合物选自:聚酯、聚酰胺、pps、PEEK、间位芳纶、对位芳纶、粘胶纤维、PTFE,ECTFE及PFA。
13.根据上述权利要求8-12任一项所述的方法,其中所述导电材料选自:铜、镀锡铜、镍铜、铝及不锈钢。
14.根据上述权利要求8-13任一项所述的方法,其中具有纵向方向的边缘的带不包括第三组分。
