Description

用于牙科材料的分配装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于牙科材料的分配装置,其具有至少两个柱塞和一个行星齿轮传动,其中所述柱塞用于从容器中挤出牙科材料的组分,所述行星齿轮传动用于使柱塞和容器相对于彼此运动。在行星齿轮传动中,内齿圈相对于行星齿轮径向浮动安装。在另一方面,本发明涉及同一种分配装置,但其中内齿圈仅通过行星齿轮抵挡径向向内定向的力而被支撑。
背景技术
在牙科中,多种允许在牙科医生的操作中准备和/或施加牙科材料的装置是可用的。具体地,对于使用量通常较大的材料的准备,像例如牙科印模材料,已经开发出多种装置来提供自动从包装中分配和/或混合此类材料。一种用于混合和分配牙科印模材料的示例性装置例如可按品名3MTM ESPETM PentamixTM购自德国3M ESPE AG。通常该装置允许两种材料组分通过混合这些组分的搅拌器同时从包装中供应。通常,装置提供通过搅拌器连续挤出组分,其中这些组分在流经搅拌器时被混合并从出口释放。
装置通常还具有用于从容器中挤出材料的电机驱动活塞。针对以相对高的力来驱动活塞,已经提出多种不同的驱动概念,因为其可以是适当地分配牙科材料所要求的。
例如EP 1 700 639公开一种用于分配可流动物质的装置。所述装置包括至少一个传力构件(例如推拉式链条),其能够在朝向所述物质或与之相反的方向上传递可以非线性地聚集的推动力。
尽管市场上存在多种提供自动混合和分配的装置,人们仍期望将用于此类装置的制造和用于提供具有最大可靠性的装置的成本最小化。
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明涉及一种用于牙科材料的分配装置。装置包括用于接收用于牙科材料的容器的接收器,至少两个用于将牙科材料的两种组分从容器中挤出的柱塞,例如从容器中挤出至少部分组分,以及用于使柱塞和容器相对于彼此运动的行星齿轮传动。行星齿轮传动具有至少三个与内齿圈啮合的行星齿轮。内齿圈优选相对于行星齿轮被径向浮动地安装。具体地,内齿圈仅通过行星齿轮抵挡作用在内齿圈上的径向向内定向的力而被支撑。行星齿轮可通过行星齿轮架和/或太阳轮支撑,但优选地,不存在另外的轴承来相对于行星齿轮、太阳轮和/或行星齿轮架支撑内齿圈。装置还具有传动轴,其中行星齿轮传动能够通过行星齿轮架驱动传动轴从而移动柱塞和电机,所述电机与太阳轮啮合以用于通过电机功率使传动轴旋转。具体地,行星齿轮架可以旋转地锁定在传动轴上。另外,装置具有第二传动轴以用于驱动动态搅拌器的混合转子,所述动态搅拌器用于混合组分以形成牙科材料。第二传动轴可与行星齿轮传动联接,或者可以被独立地驱动。
在另一方面,本发明涉及一种行星齿轮传动,其包括行星齿轮架固定在其上的传动轴。行星齿轮传动还包括至少三个行星齿轮,这些行星齿轮可旋转地悬浮于行星齿轮架上并与内齿圈啮合。内齿圈相对于行星齿轮被径向浮动安装。
本发明的优势在于允许相对简易和紧凑的装置设计。具体地,行星齿轮传动的复杂性和使用的部件数可以最小化。另外,本发明提供相对坚固的装置,例如在恶劣的周边环境下操作时。
在一个实施例中,行星齿轮可旋转地悬浮于行星齿轮架之上,优选在一个通用的行星齿轮架上悬浮所有三个行星齿轮。行星齿轮和行星齿轮架的可旋转悬浮可通过柱销形成,所述柱销固定在行星齿轮架上,并且行星齿轮借助摩擦轴承或滚柱轴承布置在上面。
在另一个实施例中,分配装置,具体地行星齿轮传动,还包括太阳轮。太阳轮优选与行星齿轮中的每个啮合。
在一个实施例中,分配装置包括传力构件,例如链条、一个或多个齿轮和心轴中的至少一个,以用于移动柱塞。优选地,行星齿轮传动能够操作以经由传动轴来驱动所述链传动。例如,传动轴可具有一个或多个链轮齿以用于分别驱动所述装置的一个或多个柱塞。
在一个实施例中,分配装置包括轴承,其用于在分配装置中径向地支撑行星齿轮架。行星齿轮架可通过轴承相对于分配装置被支撑。例如传动轴可通过轴承相对于所述装置被支撑,并且行星齿轮架由传动轴支撑。在本示例中,行星齿轮架通过轴承相对于分配装置被间接支撑。又如,太阳轮可通过轴承相对于所述装置被支撑,并且太阳轮支撑传动轴。在本示例中,行星齿轮架通过轴承相对于分配装置被直接支撑。技术人员将认识到相对于所述装置来支撑行星齿轮的一部分的进一步可能性。通常至少传动轴可悬浮在装置中的固定位置处,尽管传动轴本身优选能够相对于所述装置旋转。因此可以确保柱塞的精确运动。
在一个实施例中,装置包括可与内齿圈啮合的手轮。手轮优选允许手动地转动传动轴。例如手轮可与内齿圈联接使得内齿圈可借助手轮的旋转而转动。由于太阳轮被保持成阻止旋转,因此内齿圈的旋转使得行星齿轮旋转并因此使行星齿轮架旋转,使得传动轴也旋转。因此装置优选地允许手动地移动柱塞。
在另一个实施例中,电机经由蜗轮与太阳轮啮合。因此,在电机的停用阶段,通过蜗轮自动阻止太阳轮旋转。在该阶段,柱塞的手动运动可被启用。
在一个实施例中,分配装置能够使行星齿轮传动在分配模式和定位模式之间切换,其中在所述分配模式下,内齿圈被旋转地锁定并且太阳轮能够相对于所述装置旋转,而在所述定位模式下,太阳轮被旋转地锁定并且内齿圈能够相对于所述装置旋转。分配装置可例如具有锁定机构,其用于在分配模式下旋转地锁定内齿圈和在定位模式下解锁内齿圈。该锁定机构可包括制动器、棘轮、或允许内齿圈被保持成阻止旋转并且选择性地允许内齿圈被释放以便相对于所述装置旋转的任何其他装置。
在一个实施例中,锁定机构包括磁驱动的制转杆,其悬浮在装置处并能够相对于在内齿圈的外周上的棘轮旋转。为锁定内齿圈,制转杆可定位成朝向棘轮,以便提供在制转杆和棘轮之间的啮合。并且为解锁内齿圈,可将制转杆从棘轮中收回,以便提供在制转杆和棘轮之间的啮合。装置可包括用于控制制转杆运动的致动器。因此,使用者可操作致动器以用于在分配模式和定位模式之间切换。
在一个实施例中,至少在分配模式下,内齿圈和其上布置有行星齿轮的虚圆彼此为偏心关系。因此优选地,当行星齿轮传动运转时,在内齿圈和行星齿轮中的每个之间的间隙发生变化。另外,在行星齿轮和内齿圈相对于彼此的某个旋转位置处,在特定的行星齿轮和内齿圈之间的间隙通常可以完全消除。然而在该旋转位置,在行星齿轮中的另一个与内齿圈之间存在间隙。在行星齿轮和内齿圈的齿接之间的这种变化的间隙可有助于去除粉尘,并因此可允许在恶劣的周围环境下操作行星齿轮传动。偏心关系可由内齿圈的中心轴线和其上布置有行星齿轮的虚圆之间的径向偏移限定。该偏移可以在约0.1mm和约1mm之间。
在一个优选的实施例中,两种组分在至少一个容器中提供并挤出。该容器可具有两个用于保持组分的隔室。另外,两种组分可在两个容器中提供并从中挤出,其中所述容器各自具有一个隔室以用于保持组分中的一种。技术人员将认识到该装置可同样具有三个或更多柱塞以用于挤出牙科材料的三种或更多种组分。该装置可使用具有三个或更多隔室的容器或具有至少一个隔室的多个容器。
在一个实施例中,分配装置包括用于混合组分的动态搅拌器。该动态搅拌器能够通过搅拌器入口持续地接收组分,用于在引导组分的搅拌器中的混合室中对组分进行电机驱动搅拌,以及用于通过搅拌器出口持续地释放混合物。
在另一个实施例中,搅拌器优选可拆卸地放置,其中搅拌器的入口放置在容器或隔室的出口上。因此从容器或隔室挤出的组分可以被挤入搅拌器中,在所述搅拌器中,组分在通过搅拌器出口被释放之前进行混合。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于分配牙科材料的装置100。装置100能够在装置100的接收器(在此视图中不可见)中接收材料,所述材料优选采用两种单独的组分的形式。装置100上还附接有搅拌器102以用于混合组分。材料组分优选被包含在单独的容器(未示出)中,组分可以从该容器挤入搅拌器102内。搅拌器102与容器连接,使得单独的组分可前进到可进行组分混合的搅拌器的混合室内,例如借助使组分合并以形成混合物的旋转的混合转子。该混合物可通过搅拌器120的出口103排出。例如,示出的装置100可用于混合并分配可硬化的牙科印模材料。混合的牙科印模材料可例如用于填充牙托,然后将牙托置于患者口部以获取牙科印模。示出的装置100的搅拌器102可替换地附接到装置100。因此当混合的材料硬化并因此堵塞搅拌器时,使用过的搅拌器可以被未使用的搅拌器替换以便于装置100的下一次使用。类似的装置可以按品名3MTM ESPETM PentamixTM购自德国3M ESPE AG。
图2示出根据本发明的行星齿轮传动10。太阳轮11形成行星齿轮传动10的一个输入。太阳轮11因此优选地间接或直接地联接到装置(图1所示)的电机(未示出)。另外,行星齿轮传动10具有行星齿轮12a、12b、12c(后两个在该视图中不可见),这些行星齿轮可旋转地布置在行星齿轮架13上。行星齿轮12a、12b、12c和行星齿轮架13一起形成行星齿轮组件。行星齿轮架13形成行星齿轮传动10的输出。因此,行星齿轮架13旋转地锁定在装置10的传动轴20上。例如,行星齿轮架13可经由键块接头连接安装在传动轴20上。作为另外一种选择,传动轴20和行星齿轮架13可由单个工件形成(这意味着不是由分开的工件组装),胶合或焊接到彼此上面。技术人员将认识到用于使传动轴20和行星齿轮架13彼此旋转地锁定的其他解决方案。
相比之下,太阳轮11能够相对于传动轴20旋转;具体地,太阳轮11不与传动轴20旋转地锁定。太阳轮11可以被径向地支撑在传动轴上。例如,太阳轮11可通过摩擦轴承或滚柱轴承支撑在传动轴20上。因此,太阳轮11和行星齿轮架13能够相对于彼此旋转。另外,太阳轮11和传动轴20能够相对于彼此旋转。太阳轮11具有与行星齿轮12a、12b、12c啮合的太阳轮11a。因此,太阳轮11的旋转使得行星齿轮12a、12b、12c被太阳轮11a驱动。
另外,行星齿轮传动10具有内齿圈14,其形成行星齿轮传动14的替代输入。内齿圈14还与行星齿轮12a、12b、12c中的每个啮合。因此,太阳轮11a、以及行星齿轮12a、12b、12c中的每个、以及内齿圈14彼此呈齿轮传动连接。因此,太阳轮11a和内齿圈14相对于彼此旋转使得行星齿轮12a、12b、12c旋转并因此相对于太阳轮11a和/或内齿圈14环行。行星齿轮12a、12b、12c的环行使得行星齿轮架13旋转,进而使传动轴20旋转。
根据本发明,内齿圈14相对于行星齿轮组件径向浮动安装,并因此也相对于传动轴20径向浮动安装。具体地,内齿圈14仅通过行星齿轮组件(通过行星齿轮架13与行星齿轮12a、12b、12c)相对于传动轴20被径向支撑。另外,在行星齿轮12a、12b、12c和内齿圈14之间的间隙使内齿圈14能够相对于传动轴20和/或行星齿轮组件径向地浮动。这与现有技术截然相反,根据现有技术,内齿圈和行星齿轮架和/或传动轴相对于彼此是同轴引导的,以便提供行星齿轮传动在更长时间段上的正确操作。然而已发现,本发明允许行星齿轮传动具有足够长的使用寿命,尤其如果行星齿轮传动是永久润滑的或如果是干燥运行的。另外发现,根据本发明的行星齿轮传动在恶劣的环境条件下操作时相对稳固。
传动轴20具有一个或多个链轮齿22以用于针对装置的每个柱塞来驱动链条。优选地,推拉式链条与本发明的装置一起使用。该推拉式链条适于使得链条的伸长部分仅被允许在一个维度方向上折叠,其中所述维度侧向于链条沿其延伸的另一维度。另外,推拉式链条适于使得链条的伸长部分在暴露于维度(链条在其中延伸)中的推动力时自维持伸长。因此,推拉式链条的相同部分允许推动力(伸长部分的端部朝向彼此推进)和拉力(伸长部分的端部远离彼此推进)的传递并允许被折叠。但是技术人员将认识到,传动轴可用于驱动一个或多个标准的牵引链或者一个或多个用于移动柱塞的心轴。
图3在示意性的前视图中示出行星齿轮传动10。行星齿轮传动10具有中心轴线A,该轴线优选地对应于传动轴20的旋转轴线。行星齿轮架13通过键块连接21安装在传动轴20上。因此,行星齿轮架13和传动轴20彼此被防扭地锁定。另外,行星齿轮架13承载行星齿轮12a、12b和12c。行星齿轮12a、12b和12c具有大致相等的直径,并且相对于中心轴线A以大致相等的距离可旋转地布置在行星架13上。行星齿轮12a、12b和12c中的每个另外与太阳轮11a以及与内齿圈14啮合。因此,行星齿轮12a、12b、12c在太阳轮11a和内齿圈14之间建立齿轮传动的连接。在操作中,太阳轮11a,或者作为另外一种选择,内齿圈14可用作输入以驱动传动轴20。从而行星齿轮12a、12b、12c中的每个被旋转,并因此导致在围绕中心轴线A的虚圆上运动。行星齿轮12a、12b、12c的该圆周运动使行星齿轮架13运动,从而使传动轴20运动。
优选地,所述装置能够使行星齿轮传动在分配模式和定位模式之间切换,其中在所述分配模式下,活塞可以在相对高的力下运动以用于从装置中分配牙科材料,在所述定位模式下,活塞可以相对迅速地在期望位置处运动。
在分配模式下,优选地内齿圈14相对于所述装置锁定,并且太阳轮11a(经由太阳轮,其在该视图中不可见)被用作输入,例如通过电机相对于所述装置旋转。作为另外一种选择,在定位模式下,具有太阳轮11a的太阳轮相对于所述装置被锁定,并且内齿圈14被用作输入,例如用手转动。因此,基于在不同输入的相同转速,行星齿轮传动提供传动轴20在分配模式下的第一转速和传动轴20在定位模式下的不同的第二转速。优选地,第一转速小于第二转速。内齿圈14可例如联接到手轮以用于在定位模式下经由行星齿轮传动10手动地驱动传动轴20,但在分配模式下电机可驱动传动轴20。技术人员将认识到定位模式尽管可提供某些优势,但其是任选的。例如,定位模式可允许活塞被迅速收回以便更换用于牙科材料的容器,并朝向被置换到装置中的另一个容器来同样迅速重新定位活塞。
在示例中,内齿圈迅速被径向力F径向地推向中心轴线A。该径向力可由相对于所述装置锁定内齿圈14以启用分配模式而引起。由于内齿圈14被相对于行星齿轮架13径向浮动安装,因此内齿圈14被推动至相对于中心轴线A呈偏心关系。因此,内齿圈14的中心轴线B与行星齿轮传动10的中心轴线大致平行地错开。
在分配模式下的行星齿轮传动10的操作中,随着行星齿轮架13和内齿圈14相对于彼此转动,行星齿轮12a、12b、12c的旋转轴线中的每条轴线相对于内齿圈14的距离改变。因此,在行星齿轮12a、12b、12c和内齿圈14的齿状物之间的接触区域改变。因此,可提供齿轮齿接的自清洁效果并且可以最小化齿轮的磨损。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于牙科材料的分配装置,包括:
-接收器,其用于接收用于所述牙科材料的容器,
-至少两个柱塞,其用于从所述容器中挤出所述牙科材料的两种组分,和
-行星齿轮传动,其用于使所述柱塞和所述容器相对于彼此运动,
-其中所述行星齿轮传动包括具有至少三个行星齿轮的行星齿轮组件,所述行星齿轮可旋转地悬浮于行星齿轮架上,使得所述行星齿轮围绕关于所述行星齿轮架的中心轴线的虚圆旋转,其中所述行星齿轮组件中的每个行星齿轮与内齿圈啮合,并且其中所述内齿圈仅通过所述行星齿轮抵挡作用在所述内齿圈上的径向向内定向的力而被支撑;
其中所述行星齿轮组件能够旋转地锁定在第一传动轴上,使得所述内齿圈的旋转驱动所述行星齿轮,并且驱动所述第一传动轴,从而移动所述柱塞,并且其中所述内齿圈能够相对于所述第一传动轴和所述行星齿轮组件径向地浮动,并且其中施加在所述内齿圈上的径向力迫使所述内齿圈与其上布置有所述行星齿轮的虚圆彼此为偏心关系;
-电机,其能够与所述内齿圈啮合以用于通过电机功率来旋转所述第一传动轴;和
-第二传动轴,其用于驱动动态搅拌器的混合转子以便混合所述组分以形成所述牙科材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配装置,还包括与所述行星齿轮中的每个齿轮啮合的太阳轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分配装置,其中所述电机经由蜗轮与所述太阳轮啮合,使得在所述电机的停用阶段通过所述蜗轮自动阻止所述太阳轮旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分配装置,包括传力构件,所述传力构件包括链条、一个或多个齿轮和心轴中的至少一者,以用于移动所述柱塞。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分配装置,包括用于在所述分配装置中径向支撑所述行星齿轮架的轴承。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分配装置,包括能够与所述内齿圈啮合以用于手动地旋转所述第一传动轴的手轮。
7.根据权利要求2所述的分配装置,所述分配装置能够使所述行星齿轮传动在分配模式和定位模式之间切换,其中在所述分配模式下,所述内齿圈被旋转地锁定并且所述太阳轮能够相对于所述装置旋转,在所述定位模式下,所述太阳轮被旋转地锁定并且所述内齿圈能够相对于所述装置旋转。
8.根据权利要求7所述的分配装置,所述分配装置具有锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于在所述分配模式下旋转地锁定所述内齿圈并在所述定位模式下解锁所述内齿圈。
9.根据权利要求1所述的分配装置,其中所述偏心关系由所述内齿圈的中心轴线和所述虚圆的中心轴线之间的0.1mm至1mm的径向偏移限定。
10.根据权利要求9所述的分配装置,包括用于混合所述组分的动态搅拌器,其中所述动态搅拌器适于通过搅拌器入口连续地接收所述组分,在引导所述组分通过的混合室中对所述组分进行电机驱动搅拌,以及用于通过搅拌器出口连续地释放混合物。
