Based on the same concept as the above method, the embodiment of the present invention further provides tariff information management apparatuses, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a receiving module 41, configured to receive a request message for requesting to obtain a version number of the current tariff information, where the request message is sent by a terminal; the updating request message is used for receiving the request sent by the terminal to acquire the tariff information of the current version; the system comprises a receiving terminal, a sending terminal and a receiving terminal, wherein the receiving terminal is used for receiving a request message sent by the receiving terminal for acquiring a package preference of a user; the system comprises a receiving terminal, a sending terminal and a receiving terminal, wherein the receiving terminal is used for receiving a request message which is sent by the receiving terminal and requests to acquire all package information used by a user before; when the access network is an operator network, the method and the device are used for analyzing the current network package expense information, the current user package information and the current network package information used by the user before according to the request message of the terminal to determine the package information suitable for the user;
a sending module 42, configured to send a response message to the terminal, where the response message carries a version number of the current tariff information; the terminal is used for returning an updating response message according to the updating request message of the terminal, wherein the updating response message carries the tariff information of the current version; the response message carrying the user package preference is returned to the terminal; the terminal is used for returning a response message according to the request message of the terminal, wherein the response message carries all package information used by the user before; for sending the package information suitable for the user to the terminal.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, a terminal detects network information according to a hardware network state, acquires a network access list, and determines access network information according to the network information; the terminal determines the current network package expense information and the current package information of the user through the request message, analyzes the access network information, the current network package expense information and the current package information of the user according to preset strategy information to determine an access network from the network access list, performs network access through the access network, and realizes the optimal access of the network by comprehensively considering relevant condition factors of the access network.
Based on the understanding that the technical solution of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product which is stored in storage media and includes several instructions for causing computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers, or network devices) to execute the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention, or in the form of a software product which is stored in storage media, the computer software product includes several instructions for causing computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers, or network devices).

the terminal detects network information according to the state of the hardware network and acquires a network access list;
the terminal determines access network information according to the network information;
the terminal determines the price information of the current network package, the current package information of the user and all package information used by the user before through the request message;
the terminal analyzes the access network information, the current network package expense information, the current package information of the user and the package information used by the user before according to preset strategy information so as to determine an access network from the network access list;
the terminal carries out network access through the access network;
in the step of determining the access network information by the terminal, the terminal provides the network information to a network side, the network side inquires the load condition of each current network according to the network information, and simultaneously, an optimal network selection strategy in the network is formulated according to the user condition and sent to the terminal, so that the terminal performs network access according to the optimal network selection strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the network access list, further comprising:
when the terminal comprises a preset priority network access list, the terminal judges whether an intersection exists between the acquired network access list and the preset priority network access list;
and when no intersection exists between the network access list and a preset priority network access list, the terminal executes the processing of determining the access network information, the current network package expense information and the current package information of the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the terminal is a dual-card dual-standby terminal and the terminal determines whether an intersection exists between the acquired network access list and a preset priority network access list, the method specifically includes:
and the terminal judges whether an intersection exists among the acquired network access list, a preset priority network access list and a network to which the priority access SIM card belongs.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal determining access network information comprises:
the terminal sends an ANDSF connection request message to a network side according to the hardware network state, wherein the ANDSF connection request message carries network information detected by the terminal;
and the terminal receives the access network information determined by the network side according to the network information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal determining current network package tariff information, user current package information, comprises:
the terminal sends a request message for requesting to acquire the version number of the current tariff information to a tariff information server;
the terminal receives a response message returned by the tariff information server, wherein the response message carries the version number of the current tariff information;
when the terminal determines that the version number of the acquired current tariff information is the latest version and the tariff information of the version is not stored, acquiring the tariff information of the current version through an update request message;
the terminal acquires the current package information of the user by sending a request message to the user information center.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal determines all package information previously used by the user, including:
the terminal sends a request message for requesting to acquire all package information used by the user before to a charge information server;
and the terminal receives a response message returned by the tariff information server, wherein the response message carries all package information used by the user before.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset policy information comprises: network rate and/or tariff information.

The method of claim 7, wherein the terminal analyzes the access network information, the current network package tariff information, the current package information of the user, and the package information used by the user before according to preset policy information to determine an access network from the network access list, specifically comprising:
when the preset strategy information is the network rate, the terminal comprehensively analyzes access network information, current network package expense information, current package information of a user and package information used by the user before according to a network rate priority principle, and selects a high-quality access network with a priority network rate from the network access list;
when the preset strategy information is tariff information, the terminal comprehensively analyzes access network information, current network package tariff information, current user package information and package information used by a user before according to a tariff information priority principle, and selects a high-quality access network with the tariff information priority from the network access list;
when the preset strategy information is network rate and tariff information, the terminal comprehensively analyzes access network information, current network package tariff information, current user package information and package information used by the user before according to a synchronous reference principle of the network rate and the tariff information, and selects an access network with high network rate and high tariff information from the network access list.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein when the access network is an operator network, the terminal performs network access through the access network, and thereafter comprising:
providing appropriate package information for a user, specifically comprising:
if the current user orders the package and the package residual information is smaller than a preset threshold value, the expense information server receives request information of the terminal;
the price information server analyzes the price information of the current network package, the current user package information and the current network package information used by the user before, and provides proper package information for the user through a terminal;
if the current user does not order the package and the terminal does not access the access network within a preset period, the terminal analyzes the price information of the current network package to determine package information suitable for the user and provides the package information suitable for the user to the user.
10, terminal, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for detecting network information according to the hardware network state and acquiring a network access list;
the determining module is used for determining access network information according to the network information; the system comprises a request message sending unit, a service provider and a service provider, wherein the request message is used for determining current network package expense information, current package information of a user and package information used by the user before; the network access list is used for analyzing the access network information, the current network package expense information, the current package information of the user and the package information used by the user before according to preset strategy information so as to determine an access network from the network access list;
the access module is used for carrying out network access through the access network;
when determining access network information, the terminal provides the network information to a network side, the network side inquires the load condition of each current network according to the network information, and simultaneously, an optimal network selection strategy in the network is formulated according to the user condition and sent to the terminal, so that the terminal performs network access according to the optimal network selection strategy.
11. The terminal of claim 10, further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether an intersection exists between the acquired network access list and a preset priority network access list when the terminal comprises the preset priority network access list;
and when no intersection exists between the network access list and the preset priority network access list, the determining module executes the processing of determining the access network information, the current network package tariff information and the current package information of the user.
12. The terminal of claim 11,
the judging module is specifically configured to judge whether an intersection exists between the acquired network access list, a preset priority network access list and a network to which the priority access SIM card belongs when the terminal is a dual-card dual-standby terminal.
13. The terminal of claim 10,
the determining module is specifically configured to send an ANDSF connection request message to a network side according to the hardware network state, where the ANDSF connection request message carries network information detected by the terminal; and the access network information is used for receiving the access network information determined by the network side according to the network information.
14. The terminal of claim 10,
the determining module is specifically used for sending a request message for requesting to acquire the version number of the current tariff information to the tariff information server; the system comprises a charging information server, a charging information server and a charging information server, wherein the charging information server is used for charging the charging information server; the system comprises a version number updating module, a version number updating module and a charging module, wherein the version number updating module is used for updating the version number of the acquired current tariff information to be the latest version and not storing the tariff information of the version; the system is used for acquiring the current package information of the user by sending a request message to the user information center.

the determining module is specifically configured to, when the preset policy information is a network rate, comprehensively analyze access network information, current network package tariff information, current package information of a user, and package information used by the user before according to a network rate priority principle, and select a high-quality access network with a priority on the network rate from the network access list; when the preset strategy information is tariff information, comprehensively analyzing access network information, current network package tariff information, current user package information and package information used by a user before according to a tariff information priority principle, and selecting a high-quality access network with the tariff information priority from the network access list; and when the preset strategy information is network rate and tariff information, comprehensively analyzing access network information, current network package tariff information, current user package information and package information used by the user before according to a synchronous reference principle of the network rate and the tariff information, and selecting an access network with high network rate and high tariff information from the network access list.
18. The terminal of claim 10, further comprising:
the determining module is further configured to provide appropriate package information for the user when the access network is an operator network;
the method is particularly used for analyzing the price information of the current network package, the package information of the current user and the package information suitable for the user determined by the current network package information used by the user before by a price information receiving server and sending the package information suitable for the user to the user if the current user orders the package and the package residual information is less than a preset threshold value;
the method and the device are particularly used for analyzing the price information of the current network package to determine package information suitable for the user and providing the package information suitable for the user if the current user does not order the package and the terminal does not access the access network within a preset period.
