Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, a detailed description is given below, with reference to the accompanying drawings, of a method for managing and controlling usage of a terminal mobile network and a detection server provided by the present invention.
The method for managing and controlling the use of the mobile network of the terminal is used for managing and controlling the use condition of the mobile network of the terminal, and particularly for managing and controlling the condition that the terminal can share the mobile network with other terminals without limit by starting a hotspot service function.
Example one
The embodiment provides a method for managing and controlling the use of a terminal mobile network, which is executed by a detection server, as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
and step S101, receiving the equipment information.
In this embodiment, after the terminal to be tested starts its own hotspot service function, it acquires its own device information and sends the device information to the detection server; the device information includes an IMSI number of a built-in SIM card of the terminal to be tested and hotspot service use information of the terminal to be tested, where the hotspot service use information of the terminal to be tested refers to related information of accessing a mobile network by using a hotspot provided by the terminal to be tested after the terminal to be tested starts a hotspot service, and for example, the hotspot service use information of the terminal to be tested may be the number of downlink access devices accessing to hotspots of the terminal to be tested, or may be the duration of starting the hotspot service by the terminal to be tested, and the like; and periodically acquiring the equipment information of the terminal to be detected at a preset time interval, and sending the equipment information to the detection server.
And S102, inquiring whether the flow package ordered by the SIM card is a non-flow-limiting package according to the IMSI number of the built-in SIM card of the terminal to be tested.
After the detection server receives the equipment information, inquiring an operator charging management system according to the IMSI number of the built-in SIM card of the terminal to be detected contained in the equipment information so as to determine whether the flow package ordered by the SIM card of the terminal to be detected is an unlimited flow package.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the flow package ordered by the SIM card is an unlimited flow package, it indicates that the terminal to be tested may possibly use the mobile network without limitation by starting the hot service, at this time, step S103 should be executed to further detect the terminal to be tested, and when the flow package ordered by the SIM card is a limited flow package, it indicates that the probability that the terminal to be tested uses the mobile network without limitation by starting the hot service is low, so that management and control are not required, and thus the process is ended.
Step S103, determining whether the terminal to be tested is a terminal which abnormally uses the hotspot service or not based on the hotspot service use information of the terminal to be tested.
And executing the step S104 when the terminal to be tested is determined to be the terminal which does not normally use the hot spot service, and ending the process of the method when the terminal to be tested is determined to be the terminal which normally uses the hot spot service.
And step S104, sending a speed limit instruction to the GGSN gateway to limit the internet speed of the terminal to be tested.
The GGSN Gateway (Gateway GPRS Support Node, GPRS Support Node) is responsible for converting protocols in different communication networks and can limit the network speed of the access device after accessing the mobile network. In this embodiment, when the detection server determines that the terminal to be detected is a terminal that does not normally use the hotspot service, the detection server sends a speed limit instruction to the GGSN gateway, so that the GGSN gateway limits the internet access speed of the terminal to be detected.
In the method for managing and controlling the mobile network usage of the terminal provided in this embodiment, after the terminal to be tested starts the hotspot service, acquiring self equipment information and uploading the self equipment information to a detection server, determining whether the terminal to be detected is a terminal which abnormally uses the hot spot service or not by the detection server according to the equipment information, and when the terminal to be tested is determined to be the terminal which abnormally uses the hot spot service, a speed limit instruction is sent to the GGSN gateway to limit the internet speed of the terminal to be tested, thereby the terminal to be tested which abnormally uses the hot spot service can be detected in time and the internet speed is limited, thereby reducing the excessive occupation of the mobile network by the terminal which abnormally uses the hot spot service, protecting the benefit of the operator, and network congestion of nearby base stations is avoided, normal use of the mobile network by other users is guaranteed, and meanwhile the occurrence probability of illegal criminal behaviors is reduced.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, a method for managing and controlling usage of a mobile network of a terminal may further include, between steps S101 and S102:
step S101', whether the attributive operator of the terminal to be tested is a preset operator is judged according to the MNC number of the terminal to be tested.
In the first embodiment, the detection server is not limited to be set for a specific operator, that is, the detection server may manage and control the SIM cards operated by all operators, however, when the detection server is set for a specific operator, step S101' is added to the method flow of the first embodiment to screen the terminal to be tested, so as to filter out the terminals that do not belong to the operation of the terminal; the preset operator is the operator for setting the detection server.
In this embodiment, the device information acquired by the terminal to be tested further includes an MNC number of the terminal to be tested, where the MNC number (Mobile Network Code, Mobile Network number) is used to identify an affiliation operator of the terminal; in step S101', the detection server queries a preset MNC number database according to the MNC number in the device information to determine an operator to which the terminal to be detected belongs, and determines whether the operator corresponding to the MNC number is the preset operator.
In step S101', when the home operator of the terminal to be tested is determined to be the preset operator, step S102 is continuously executed, and when the home operator of the terminal to be tested is determined not to be the preset operator, the process of the method is ended.
In addition, the embodiment of determining whether the terminal to be tested is a terminal that does not normally use the hotspot service in step S103 is further defined in this embodiment.
As one preferred embodiment, when determining whether the terminal to be tested is a terminal that does not normally use the hotspot service, the determination is made by judging whether the number of devices that access the terminal to be tested exceeds a preset threshold, where the number of devices that access the terminal to be tested refers to devices that access the hotspot of the terminal to be tested after the hotspot service function is started by the terminal to be tested, and the parameter is obtained by the terminal to be tested after the hotspot service function is started by the terminal to be tested, specifically, after the hotspot service function is started by the terminal to be tested for a period of time, for example, 5 minutes, information of access devices that access the terminal to be tested, including IP addresses and MAC addresses, is obtained, and the obtained number of access devices is sent to the detection server as part of content of the device information.
In practical application, a user who normally uses the hotspot service function generally does not allow a large number of access terminals to share the mobile network of the user unless the user is used for abnormal use, so that when the detection server judges that the number of the access devices exceeds a preset threshold value, the user can determine that the terminal to be detected is currently abnormally using the hotspot service function; the preset threshold value may be determined empirically by a person skilled in the art, and may be, for example, 10, 20, etc.
As another embodiment, when determining whether the terminal to be tested is a terminal which does not normally use the hotspot service, the determination is made by judging whether the duration for starting the hotspot service by the terminal to be tested exceeds a preset threshold, where the preset threshold may be determined by a person skilled in the art according to experience values, for example, 12 hours, 24 hours, and the like, and the duration for starting the hotspot service by the terminal to be tested may be determined by timing after the terminal to be tested starts the hotspot service function, and is sent to the detection server as part of content of the device information. In practical application, the time length for the normal terminal to start the hotspot service is not particularly long, generally several minutes or at most several hours, so that when the time length for the terminal to be tested to start the hotspot service is judged to exceed the preset threshold, the terminal to be tested which is not normally using the hotspot service can be determined.
In this embodiment, when it is determined in step S103 that the terminal to be tested is a terminal that uses the hotspot service abnormally, the method further includes, while executing step S104:
and step S105, sending speed limit notification information to the terminal to be tested.
When the detection server determines that the terminal to be detected is the terminal which abnormally uses the hot spot service, the speed limit instruction is sent to the GGSN gateway to limit the speed, and meanwhile, the notification information is sent to the terminal to be detected to inform a user that the hot spot service function is excessively used at present, and the speed limit is carried out.
In addition, in the present invention, the device information acquired by the terminal to be tested may further include: the method comprises the steps that base station information of a terminal to be detected and GPS (global positioning system) position information of the terminal to be detected are obtained, wherein the base station information of the terminal to be detected refers to a position area code LAC and a CellID of a base station to which the terminal to be detected is currently accessed, and the base station information and the GPS position information are used for providing a basis for positioning the terminal to be detected under certain specific conditions, for example, when the terminal to be detected is determined to be an illegal terminal, so that the illegal terminal can be conveniently and quickly found.
