本发明提供一种显示装置及其驱动方法,属于显示技术领域,其可解决现有的具有触控和3D显示功能的显示装置的厚度较厚、成本较高,以及透过率低的问题。本发明的显示装置,其包括显示面板以及与显示面板配合的光栅,所述光栅分为交替设置的遮光区和透光区,所述光栅包括依次设置在显示面板出光面侧的第一电极、与所述遮光区位置对应的电致变色层,以及具有多个电极块的第二电极;所述显示装置还包括:电压生成单元、触控感应单元、控制单元。本发明的显示装置中的第二电极不仅用于显示阶段,还用于触控阶段,因此本发明的显示装置的厚度薄、成本低、透过率高。

技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示装置及其驱动方法。
背景技术
立体显示即3D显示技术主要是根据人类的视觉,获得同一物体在不同角度上的两幅图像,并将这两幅图像分别投射至人的左眼和右眼中,从而使人左、右眼中图像具有一定的视差,大脑对具有视差的左眼图像和右眼图像进行合成,就会产生深度知觉,即形成立体图像的显示效果。
现有的3D显示技术主要分为眼镜式和裸眼式两大类。眼镜式3D显示技术需要佩戴专用的眼镜,因此不利于便携式设备使用。在可移动的电子产品中更注重裸眼式3D显示技术。而裸眼3D显示技术主要是分为柱状透镜式和光栅式,其中以光栅式裸眼3D显示技术为主。目前,具有触控功能的3D显示装置大多主要是由显示面板、光栅,以及触控模组构成,各个部分是相互独立的,并经过一定的排布以实现3D显示和触控功能,因此造成这个具有触控功能的3D显示装置的厚度较大,透过率较低且生产成本较高的问题。故亟需一种高集成度的具有触控功能的3D显示装置以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题包括,针对现有的显示装置存在的上述问题,提供一种厚度减薄、成本较低、开口率提高的显示装置及其驱动方法。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种显示装置,其包括显示面板以及与显示面板配合的光栅,所述光栅分为交替设置的遮光区和透光区,所述光栅包括依次设置在显示面板出光面侧的第一电极、与所述遮光区位置对应的电致变色层,以及具有多个电极块的第二电极;所述显示装置还包括:电压生成单元、触控感应单元、控制单元;
所述电压生成单元,用于为第一电极提供第一电压,为第二电极提供第二电压;
所述控制单元,用于控制所述电压生成单元所生成的第一电压和第二电压值的大小,以使所述电致变色层在2D显示阶段呈透明状态,在3D显示阶段呈遮光状态;
所述触控感应单元,用于在控制单元的控制下,在触控阶段为第二电极的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
优选的是,所述显示面板包括成行成列设置的多个像素单元,所述电致变色层的宽度与所述像素单元的宽度相同,且位置上下对应。
进一步优选的是,所述第二电极所包括的多个电极块成行成列设置,每一个所述电极块通过单独引线与所述触控感应单元连接。
进一步优选的是,任意两相邻列电极块之间的间隙与两相邻列像素单元之间的间隙对应,与位于同一列的所述电极块连接的各个引线设于两相邻列电极块之间的间隙处。
进一步优选的是,在触控阶段,所述触控感应单元依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,其它列所述电极块保持第二电压。
优选的是,所述显示装置还包括开关切换单元,
所述开关切换单元,用于在所述控制单元的控制下,将所述电压生成单元提供的第二电压传输给第二电极,或者将所述触控感应单元输出的触控扫描信号传输给第二电极。
优选的是,所述电压生成单元包括:第一电压生成模块和第二电压生成模块;
所述第一电压生成模块,用于生成第一电压给第一电极;
所述第二电压生成模块,用于生成第二电压给第二电极。
优选的是,在2D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压的电压值相等;在3D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压存的电压值不等。
优选的是,所述第一电极为面状电极。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种显示装置的驱动方法,其中显示装置为上述的显示装置,所述驱动方法包括:
显示阶段:为第一电极输出第一电压,为第二电极输入第二电压,并通过控制第一电压和第二电压的电压值的大小,以实现2D或3D画面的显示;
触控阶段:为第二电极的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
优选的是,所述触控阶段具体包括:依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且为其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,为其它列所述电极块输入第二电压。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的显示装置,不仅可以进行2D显示和3D显示,而且还具有触控功能,特别的是,本发明中的第二电极不仅用于对光栅的遮光区的调整,以实现2D显示和3D显示的切换;同时还用于显示装置的触控功能的实现,也即第二电极相当于触控电极(自电容电极)。由此可知,在本发明中第二电极既是显示电极又充当触控电极,与现有的具有2D、3D以及触控显示功能的显示装置相较而言,体积减薄、成本降低以及提高了产品的透过率。
本发明的显示装置的驱动方法,时序简单,易于控制。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
结合图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示面板1以及和显示面板1相配合的光栅2;所述光栅2分为交替设置的遮光区和透光区,所述光栅2包括依次设置在显示面板1出光面侧的第一电极21、与所述遮光区位置对应的电致变色层23,以及具有多个电极块的第二电极22;所述显示装置还包括:电压生成单元5、触控感应单元6、控制单元4;所述电压生成单元5,用于为第一电极21提供第一电压,为第二电极22提供第二电压;所述控制单元4,用于控制所述电压生成单元5所生成的第一电压和第二电压值的大小,以使所述电致变色层23在2D显示阶段呈透明状态,在3D显示阶段呈遮光状态;所述触控感应单元6,用于在控制单元4的控制下,在触控阶段为第二电极22的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
需要说明的是,显示面板1通常包括阵列基板11、彩膜基板12以及设置在阵列基板11和彩膜基板12之间的液晶分子13。而且在光栅2的出光面侧还设置有保护玻璃,即盖板玻璃3。在本实施例中的电压生成单元5所生成的第一电压和第二电压的电压值均非唯一的一个值,可以根据不同的需要通过控制单元4控制电压生成单元5所生成的第一电压和第二电压的电压值的大小。第二电极22的每个电极块相当于一个触控点的坐标,每个电极块为一个自电容电极。
综上,本实施例所提供的显示装置不仅可以进行2D显示和3D显示,而且还具有触控功能,特别的是,本实施例中的第二电极22不仅用于对光栅2的遮光区的调整,以实现2D显示和3D显示的切换;同时还用于显示装置的触控功能的实现,也即第二电极22相当于触控电极(自电容电极)。由此可知,在本实施例中第二电极22即使显示电极又充当触控电极,与现有的具有2D、3D以及触控显示功能的显示装置相较而言,厚度减薄、成本降低以及提高了产品的透过率。
优选地,本实施中的第一电极21为面状电极,面状电极不仅容易制备,而且布线简单,时序易于控制。
优选地,所述电压生成单元5包括:第一电压生成模块51和第二电压生成模块52;所述第一电压生成模块51,用于生成第一电压给第一电极21;所述第二电压生成模块52,用于生成第二电压给第二电极22。从而使得所生成的第一电压和第二电压单独控制,互不干扰。
优选地,在本实施例中的电致变色层23的状态是通过第一电极21和第二电极22之间的电场控制的,作为本实施例中的一种实现方式,在2D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压的电压值相等,此时,在第一电极21和第二电极22之间无电场,电致变色层23呈透明状态,当来自显示面板1的光透过该光栅2时,呈现2D显示画面。在3D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压存的电压值不等,此时在第一电极21和第二电极22之间形成电场,此时电致变色层23呈遮光状态,以形成光栅2的遮光区和透光区,当来自显示面板1的光透过该光栅2时,呈现3D显示画面。
优选地,本实施例中的显示面板1包括成行成列设置的多个像素单元,所述电致变色层23的宽度与所述像素单元的宽度相同,且位置上下对应。也就是说每一列电致变色层23对应一列像素单元。通过对电致变色层23和像素单元的合理设置,可以实现裸眼3D显示的功能。
其中,第二电极22所包括的多个电极块成行成列设置,每一个所述电极块通过单独引线与所述触控感应单元连接。此时,在触控阶段,为每一个电极块输出触控扫描信号,当其中一个电极块感应到触控时,可以通过与其连接的单独的引线传递给触控感应单元,以准确的确定出发生触控的位置。
其中,任意两相邻列电极块之间的间隙与两相邻列像素单元之间的间隙对应,与位于同一列的所述电极块连接的各个引线设于两相邻列电极块之间的间隙处。由于两相邻列电极块之间的间隙为非透光区,因此,将各个引线设置在此处,可以避免引线影响显示面板1的开口率。
其中,在触控阶段,所述触控感应单元6依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,其它列所述电极块保持第二电压。此时,触控感应单元6无需设置多个信号输出端口,因此不仅布线简单,易于实现且成本较低。
优选地,本实施例的显示装置还包括开关切换单元7,该开关切换单元7用于在所述控制单元4的控制下,将所述电压生成单元5提供的第二电压传输给第二电极22,或者将所述触控感应单元6输出的触控扫描信号传输给第二电极22。由此可知,开关切换单元7可以切换触控阶段和显示阶段第二电极22的电压信号的输入。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种显示装置的驱动方法,其中显示装置为实施例1中所述的显示装置,结合图3所示,该驱动方法包括:
显示阶段:为第一电极21输出第一电压,为第二电极22输入第二电压,并通过控制第一电压和第二电压的电压值的大小,以实现2D或3D画面的显示。
具体的,在显示阶段包括2D显示阶段和3D显示阶段;在2D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压的电压值相等,此时,在第一电极21和第二电极22之间无电场,电致变色层23呈透明状态,当来自显示面板1的光透过该光栅2时,呈现2D显示画面。在3D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压存的电压值不等,此时在第一电极21和第二电极22之间形成电场,此时电致变色层23呈遮光状态,以形成光栅2的遮光区和透光区,当来自显示面板1的光透过该光栅2时,呈现3D显示画面。
触控阶段:为第二电极22的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
具体的,触控阶段发生在显示完一帧2D画面或者3D画面后,此时再为第二电极22的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
作为触控阶段的一种优选地实现方式,依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且为其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,为其它列所述电极块输入第二电压。此时对施加有触控扫描信号的各个电极块上的信号进行分析,以确定是否发生触控,而未施加触控扫描信号的各个电极块上仍然保持在显示阶段时的电压值,以保证原有的画面显示。而且采用逐列输入触控扫描信号的方式,此时,触控感应单元6无需设置多个信号输出端口,因此不仅布线简单,易于实现且成本较低。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种显示装置,其包括显示面板以及与显示面板配合的光栅,其特征在于,所述光栅分为交替设置的遮光区和透光区,所述光栅包括依次设置在显示面板出光面侧的第一电极、与所述遮光区位置对应的电致变色层,以及具有多个电极块的第二电极;所述显示装置还包括:电压生成单元、触控感应单元、控制单元;
所述电压生成单元,用于为第一电极提供第一电压,为第二电极提供第二电压;
所述控制单元,用于控制所述电压生成单元所生成的第一电压和第二电压值的大小,以使所述电致变色层在2D显示阶段呈透明状态,在3D显示阶段呈遮光状态;
所述触控感应单元,用于在控制单元的控制下,在触控阶段为第二电极的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括成行成列设置的多个像素单元,所述电致变色层的宽度与所述像素单元的宽度相同,且位置上下对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二电极所包括的多个电极块成行成列设置,每一个所述电极块通过单独引线与所述触控感应单元连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,任意两相邻列电极块之间的间隙与两相邻列像素单元之间的间隙对应,与位于同一列的所述电极块连接的各个引线设于两相邻列电极块之间的间隙处。
5.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,在触控阶段,所述触控感应单元依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,其它列所述电极块保持第二电压。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括开关切换单元,
所述开关切换单元,用于在所述控制单元的控制下,将所述电压生成单元提供的第二电压传输给第二电极,或者将所述触控感应单元输出的触控扫描信号传输给第二电极。
7.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电压生成单元包括:第一电压生成模块和第二电压生成模块;
所述第一电压生成模块,用于生成第一电压给第一电极;
所述第二电压生成模块,用于生成第二电压给第二电极。
8.根据权利要1-7中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,在2D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压的电压值相等;在3D显示阶段,所述第一电压与第二电压存的电压值不等。
9.根据权利要1-7中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一电极为面状电极。
10.一种显示装置的驱动方法,其特征在于:所述显示装置为权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的显示装置,所述驱动方法包括:
显示阶段:为第一电极输出第一电压,为第二电极输入第二电压,并通过控制第一电压和第二电压的电压值的大小,以实现2D或3D画面的显示;
触控阶段:为第二电极的各个电极块提供触控扫描信号,以及根据各个电极块所提供的反馈信号,以确定触控位置。
11.根据权利求10所述显示装置的驱动方法,其特征在于,所述触控阶段具体包括:依次为每一列所述电极块输入触控扫描信号,且为其中某一列所述电极块被输入触控扫描信号时,为其它列所述电极块输入第二电压。
