Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站,它是在底盘上设有乳化油箱、减压水箱、水泵、油泵、单向阀和组合阀体;其中在减压水箱内还设有自动进水的浮球阀,其特征在于,它还包括一个连接在浮球阀进水口上的阻水阀,在该泵站的高压管路上再连接一个三通;阻水阀的构造是,在阀腔内设有压力弹簧和活塞杆;阻水阀的上腔的顶部与自来水管连接,上腔的侧面与浮球阀接通,下腔的底部与三通连接;当泵站达到额定工作压力停机时,高压管路内的液压通过三通进入阻水阀下腔,推动活塞杆克服压力弹簧阻力向上移动,堵住上腔的自来水出口,从而切断进入浮球阀的自来水,防止减压水箱发生溢水。

具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站
技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿井下支护系统用的乳化液泵站。
背景技术
在煤矿井下液压支护系统中,需要乳化液泵站产生液压动力。目前用的乳化液泵站有气动式和电动式。不论气动式还是电动式,都是在底盘上至少设有乳化油箱、减压水箱、水泵、油泵、动力机和组合阀体;其中气动式的动力机为气动泵,电动式的动力机为电动泵,在减压水箱内还设有自动进水的浮球阀。在工作中,当泵站达到额定工作压力时就会需要自动停机,自动停机不再需要供水时减压水箱容易发生溢水现象,即影响井下环境,又浪费水源;分析原因,主要是井下几百米深,来自地面的自来水压力远远大于减压水箱浮球阀的压力(但小于泵站工作压力),泵站停机不再需要供水时浮球阀不能自动关闭,致使减压水箱发生溢水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提出一种具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站。
一种具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站,它是在底盘上设有乳化油箱、减压水箱、水泵、油泵、单向阀和组合阀体;其中在减压水箱内还设有自动进水的浮球阀,其特征在于,它还包括一个连接在浮球阀进水口上的阻水阀,在该泵站的高压管路上再连接一个三通;阻水阀的构造是,包括一个阀体,阀体内设有上、下腔,上腔内设有高于自来水进水压力且低于泵站额定工作压力的压力弹簧,下腔内设有装有密封圈的活塞杆,活塞杆顶在压力弹簧上;上腔的顶部设有与自来水管连接的进水接口,上腔的侧面设有与浮球阀连接的自来水出口,下腔的底部设有与三通连接高压液进口;当泵站达到额定工作压力停机时,高压管路内的液压通过三通进入阻水阀下腔,推动活塞杆克服压力弹簧阻力向上移动,堵住上腔的自来水出口,从而切断进入浮球阀的自来水,防止减压水箱发生溢水。
为了防止活塞杆将压力弹簧顶的太紧,阻水阀阀体的上腔内设有台阶或销钉,台阶或销钉对活塞杆起限位作用。
本发明利用泵站自身的压力巧妙地解决了减压水箱的溢水问题,即保护了井下环境,又节约了紧张的水资源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站,它是在底盘上设有乳化油箱2、减压水箱1、水泵6、油泵9、单向阀10和组合阀体7;其中在减压水箱1内还设有自动进水的浮球阀3,水泵6和油泵9是电动泵;它还包括一个连接在浮球阀3进水口上的阻水阀5,在该泵站的高压管路上再连接一个三通8;阻水阀5的构造如图2所示,包括一个阀体11,阀体11内设有上、下腔,上腔内设有高于自来水进水压力且低于泵站额定工作压力的压力弹簧12,下腔内设有装有密封圈23的活塞杆14,活塞杆14顶在压力弹簧12上;为了防止活塞杆14将压力弹簧12顶的太紧,阀体11的上腔内设有台阶19,台阶19对活塞杆14起限位作用;上腔的顶部设有与自来水管连接的进水接口17,上腔的侧面设有与浮球阀3连接的自来水出口16,下腔的底部设有与三通8连接高压液进口15;当泵站达到额定工作压力停机时,高压管路内的液压通过三通8进入阻水阀5下腔,推动活塞杆14克服压力弹簧12阻力向上移动,堵住上腔的自来水出口,从而切断进入浮球阀3的自来水,防止减压水箱1发生溢水。
上述阻水阀5的台阶19用销钉18代替(见图3)。

1.一种具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站,它是在底盘上设有乳化油箱、减压水箱、水泵、油泵、单向阀和组合阀体;其中在减压水箱内还设有自动进水的浮球阀,其特征在于,它还包括一个连接在浮球阀进水口上的阻水阀,在该泵站的高压管路上再连接一个三通;阻水阀的构造是,包括一个阀体,阀体内设有上、下腔,上腔内设有高于自来水进水压力且低于泵站额定工作压力的压力弹簧,下腔内设有装有密封圈的活塞杆,活塞杆顶在压力弹簧上;上腔的顶部设有与自来水管连接的进水接口,上腔的侧面设有与浮球阀连接的自来水出口,下腔的底部设有与三通连接的高压液进口;当泵站达到额定工作压力停机时,高压管路内的液压通过三通进入阻水阀下腔,推动活塞杆克服压力弹簧阻力向上移动,堵住上腔的自来水出口,从而切断进入浮球阀的自来水,防止减压水箱发生溢水。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防溢水功能的矿用乳化液移动泵站,其特征在于,阻水阀阀体的上腔内设有台阶或销钉,台阶或销钉对活塞杆起限位作用。
