Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,包括电机,所述电机通过紧固件安装在电机安装座上,在所述电机安装座上活动连接一对制动臂,各制动臂上安装制动片;所述电机的输出端通过挠性联轴器与蜗杆的一端连接,所述蜗杆的另一端伸入减速机箱体内,在所述蜗杆伸出减速机箱体的一端还安装制动盘。本发明通过采用蜗轮蜗杆及一对斜齿轮的传动组合,大大提高了本发明的承载能力,减速比范围增大,蜗杆采用ZC1型5头圆环面圆柱蜗杆,具有齿面接触应力小、制造工艺简单、传动效率及承载能力高的优点,利用该蜗杆使得传动平稳、效率高、噪音低、可靠性更高,使其能长期工作并且避免发生故障。

Description

一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构
技术领域
本发明涉及减速机,尤其涉及一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构。
背景技术
    减速机在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,其应用范围极为广泛,减速机的种类较多,根据用途可以将其分为通用减速机和专用减速机两类,按照传动的类型又可以分为齿轮减速机、蜗杆减速机、齿轮-蜗杆减速机、行星减速机等,随着减速机在工业上的应用和发展,我国减速机的设计和制造水平日趋完善,但是对于涡轮蜗杆-斜齿轮减速机,仍然存在体积过大、承载能力低、运动不平稳、噪音较大、装配麻烦等问题,影响了减速机实际应用的性能,使其不能长期工作或频繁发生故障。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,具有结构紧凑、承载性能好、运行平稳、噪音低和高寿命的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,包括电机,所述电机通过紧固件安装在电机安装座上,在所述电机安装座上活动连接一对制动臂,各制动臂上安装制动片;所述电机的输出端通过挠性联轴器与蜗杆的一端连接,所述蜗杆的另一端伸入减速机箱体内,在所述蜗杆伸出减速机箱体的一端还制动盘;在所述减速机箱体内还安装蜗轮,所述蜗轮与所述蜗杆互为啮合,所述蜗轮与蜗轮座互为配合,所述蜗轮座套装在齿轮轴上,在所述齿轮轴上还安装主动斜齿轮,从动斜齿轮通过输出轴安装在所述减速机箱体内、并与所述主动斜齿轮互为啮合,所述输出轴的伸出端连接输出法兰盘。
其进一步技术方案在于:
一对制动臂以所述电机为中心对称布置;
位于所述蜗杆伸入减速机箱体的一端、于所述减速机箱体内还设置轴承安装座孔,所述轴承安装座孔的孔壁上开有出油孔,在所述轴承安装座孔的下部,于所述减速机箱体内还开有与所述出油孔连通的导油槽,所述导油槽与放油孔连通;
在所述制动盘上开有螺纹孔,所述挠性联轴器通过螺纹孔、螺栓及内衬柱与所述制动盘连接;
所述蜗杆采用5头ZC1型圆环面圆柱蜗杆;
在所述减速机箱体上还设置吊耳;
在所述减速机箱体的底部和侧面均设置安装座;
在所述减速机箱体上开有观察孔、放气孔、加油孔、放油孔及游标指示器;
在所述齿轮轴及蜗杆的两端均安装圆锥滚子轴承,在所述输出轴的一端安装调心滚子轴承,在所述输出轴的另一端安装圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过采用蜗轮蜗杆及一对斜齿轮的传动组合,大大提高了本实用新型的承载能力,减速比范围增大,蜗杆采用ZC1型5头圆环面圆柱蜗杆,具有齿面接触应力小、制造工艺简单、传动效率及承载能力高的优点,利用该蜗杆使得传动平稳、效率高、噪音低、可靠性更高,使其能长期工作并且避免发生故障。同时整体铸铁结构的箱体结构使其具有较高的抗扭刚度和良好的散热性能,便于安装和维护,符合电梯、重载扶梯的技术要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构包括电机12,电机12通过紧固件安装在电机安装座19上,在电机安装座19上活动连接一对制动臂18(制动臂18在不工作时停止于某一位置),各制动臂18上安装制动片20,制动片20为弧形制动片,如图1所示,上述一对制动臂18以电机12为中心对称布置。如图1、图2所示,电机12的输出端通过挠性联轴器13与蜗杆10的一端键连接,上述电机12的输出端与挠性联轴器13也是键连接,蜗杆10的另一端伸入减速机箱体2内,蜗杆10采用5头ZC1型圆环圆柱蜗杆。在蜗杆10伸出减速机箱体2的一端还安装制动盘14。在制动盘14上开有螺纹孔(图中未示出),挠性联轴器13通过螺栓、螺纹孔及内衬柱(图中未示出,其中在挠性联轴器13上开有多个安装内衬柱的通孔)与制动盘14固接。如图1、图2所示,在减速机箱体2内还安装蜗轮9,蜗轮9与蜗杆10互为啮合,蜗轮9与蜗轮座5互为配合,蜗轮座5通过平键套装在齿轮轴4上,在齿轮轴4上还安装主动斜齿轮3,从动斜齿轮1通过输出轴15安装在减速机箱体2内、并与主动斜齿轮3互为啮合,输出轴15的伸出端连接输出法兰盘17。如图1所示,位于蜗杆10伸入减速机箱体2的一端、于减速机箱体2内还设置轴承安装座孔7,轴承安装座孔7的孔壁上开有出油孔,在轴承安装座孔7的下部,于减速机箱体2内还开有与出油孔连通的导油槽6,导油槽6与放油孔8连通。如图1所示,在上述减速机箱体2上还设置吊耳11,如图2所示,在减速机箱体2上还安装箱体盖板16。
在上述蜗杆10和减速机箱体2之间、以及齿轮轴4与减速机箱体2之间都设置圆锥滚子轴承,在输出轴承15与减速机箱体2之间分别设置圆锥滚子轴承和调心滚子轴承(图中未示出)。在上述齿轮轴4、输出轴15的各轴端还安装密封圈(图中未示出),防止油液从减速机箱体2外漏,同时防止灰尘进入减速机箱体2。
在上述减速机箱体2的底部和侧面均设置安装座(图中未示出),使本发明可以根据工作空间进行卧式和立式安装,从而对于驱动装置的电机实现卧置或立置的安装。在减速机箱体2上还开有观察孔、放气孔、加油孔及游标指示器(图中未示出),上述各孔均采用不同颜色加以区分。在上述齿轮轴4及蜗杆10的两端均安装圆锥滚子轴承,在所述输出轴15的一端安装调心滚子轴承,在所述输出轴15的另一端安装圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明的具体工作过程如下:
电机12工作通过挠性联轴器13带动蜗杆10转动,由于蜗杆10与蜗轮9啮合,因此带动蜗轮9转动,由于蜗轮9与齿轮轴4联动配合,因此安装在齿轮轴4上的主动斜齿轮3也转动,由于主动斜齿轮3与从动斜齿轮1啮合,因此带动从动斜齿轮1转动,从而带动输出轴15转动并输出动力。当断电情况发生时,通过双瓦制动器实现断电制动,一对制动臂18通过上述制动器实现抱紧,从而使制动臂18上的制动片20卡住制动盘14,从而实现减速机整体的减速传动和断电制动。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,包括电机(12),所述电机(12)通过紧固件安装在电机安装座(19)上,其特征在于:在所述电机安装座(19)上活动连接一对制动臂(18),各制动臂(18)上安装制动片(20);所述电机(12)的输出端通过挠性联轴器(13)与蜗杆(10)的一端连接,所述蜗杆(10)的另一端伸入减速机箱体(2)内,在所述蜗杆(10)伸出减速机箱体(2)的一端还安装制动盘(14);在所述减速机箱体(2)内还安装蜗轮(9),所述蜗轮(9)与所述蜗杆(10)互为啮合,所述蜗轮(9)与蜗轮座(5)互为配合,所述蜗轮座(5)套装在齿轮轴(4)上,在所述齿轮轴(4)上还安装主动斜齿轮(3),从动斜齿轮(1)通过输出轴(15)安装在所述减速机箱体(2)内、并与所述主动斜齿轮(3)互为啮合,所述输出轴(15)的伸出端连接输出法兰盘(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:所述一对制动臂(18)以所述电机(12)为中心对称布置。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:位于所述蜗杆(10)伸入减速机箱体(2)的一端、于所述减速机箱体(2)内还设置轴承安装座孔(7),所述轴承安装座孔(7)的孔壁上开有出油孔,在所述轴承安装座孔(7)的下部,于所述减速机箱体(2)内还开有与所述出油孔连通的导油槽(6),所述导油槽(6)与放油孔(8)连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:在所述制动盘(14)上开有螺纹孔,所述挠性联轴器(13)通过套有缓冲橡胶的内衬柱和六角螺母与所述制动盘(14)连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:所述蜗杆(10)采用5头ZC1型圆环面圆柱蜗杆。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:在所述减速机箱体(2)上还设置吊耳(11)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:在所述减速机箱体(2)的底部和侧面均设置安装座。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:在所述减速机箱体(2)上开有观察孔、放气孔、加油孔及游标指示器。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种用于重载扶梯的ZC1型蜗杆减速机结构,其特征在于:在所述齿轮轴(4)及蜗杆(10)的两端均安装圆锥滚子轴承,在所述输出轴(15)的一端安装调心滚子轴承,在所述输出轴(15)的另一端安装圆锥滚子轴承。
