Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动电容器流程卡号标印生产线,包括输送带(3)、自动喷码机(1)和感应器(2)。感应器(2)固定连接在输送带(3)上,并与自动喷码机(1)电连接,用于控制自动喷码机(1)在产品上喷出相应的流程卡号。输送带(3)将需要标印的产品送到自动喷码机(1)处后,感应器(2)在感应到输送带上的产品后,控制自动喷码机(1)在产品上进行流程卡号的喷印。这样,本生产线将原来的人工标印方式变为机器的自动喷印方式,提高了速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械设备,尤其是一种流程卡号标印生产线。 
背景技术
CBB65、CBB60型电容器为了保证产品的可追溯性,在产品的底部盖上产品的身份证(流程卡号)之前,须要采用人工用号码章在每个产品底部标印,再放入烘箱内烘干。这种人工标印的方式速度慢,导致产品的生产效率低。而且使用烘箱耗费电能巨大。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括:输送带、自动喷码机和感应器。感应器固定连接在输送带上,并与自动喷码机电连接,用于控制自动喷码机在产品上喷出相应的流程卡号。输送带将需要标印的产品送到自动喷码机处后,感应器在感应到输送带上的产品后,控制自动喷码机在产品上进行流程卡号的喷印。 
  图2、图3是该产品的生产流程的改进前后的对比。这样,本生产线将原来的人工标印方式变为机器的自动喷印方式,提高了速度。每200只产品的生产时间由原来的15分钟时间缩短到目前3的分钟,产品的生产效率提高500%。另外,由于喷印标印的方式取消了烘干的步骤,节省了电能。改进后,约节约了工人工资及烘箱电能12万元/年。 
  作为进一步改进,自动喷码机为数台,都与感应器电连接。数台自动喷码机采用间歇式方式轮流工作。在一台自动喷码机工作时,其它喷码机处于停机状态。这样,可以保证在有一台自动喷码机出现问题时不间断喷码的流程。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,本发明包括:输送带3、自动喷码机1和感应器2。感应器2固定连接在输送带3上,并与自动喷码机1电连接,用于控制自动喷码机1在产品上喷出相应的流程卡号。输送带3将需要标印的产品送到自动喷码机1处后,感应器2在感应到输送带上的产品后,控制自动喷码机1在产品上进行流程卡号的喷印。这样,本生产线将原来的人工标印方式变为机器的自动喷印方式,提高了速度。另外,由于喷印标印的方式取消了烘干的步骤,节省了电能。 
   作为进一步改进,自动喷码机1为数台,都与感应器2电连接。数台自动喷码机1采用间歇式方式轮流工作。在一台自动喷码机1工作时,其它喷码机处于停机状态。这样,可以保证在有一台自动喷码机1故障时使用其它自动喷码机1喷印,从而避免间断喷码流程。

1.一种自动电容器流程卡号标印生产线,其特征是:包括输送带(3)、自动喷码机(1)和感应器(2),该感应器(2)固定连接在该输送带(3)上,并与该自动喷码机(1)电连接,在该输送带(3)将需要标印的产品送到该自动喷码机(1)处后,该感应器(2)在感应到输送带上的产品后,控制该自动喷码机(1)在产品上进行流程卡号的喷印。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动电容器流程卡号标印生产线,其特征是:该自动喷码机(1)为若干台。
