技术领域
本发明通常地涉及一种用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,并且更具体而言,涉及一种用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,其使用热电元件和热管道,因此能够在冬天冷启动时提高初始加热性能。
背景技术
通常地,加热器芯体为利用在发动机内加热的冷却剂预热冷的外部空气的装置。经预热的空气通过鼓风机供应至车辆的内部。因此,加热器芯体主要用作在冬天加热车辆的内部。
如图1所示,常规的加热器芯体包括入口箱2、出口箱4、多个导管5以及散热片6,其中,入口箱2具有将冷却剂引入其中的进入管道1,出口箱4具有通过其排放冷却剂的排出管道3,多个导管5将入口箱2连接到出口箱4以限定冷却剂路径,散热片6插入在导管5之间。
常规的加热器芯体配置成在发动机得以冷却后仅利用经加热的冷却剂预热空气,从而在冬天时冷启动的情况下需要时间来预热发动机,并且从而需要较长时间来充分地加热冷却剂。因此,常规加热器芯体的问题在于,在在冬天时冷启动的情况下,初始加热性能较差。
为了解决该问题,已经开发了辅助装置,例如,利用电力用于预热冷却剂的预加热器,利用电力用于预热围绕加热器芯体的空气的正温度系数(PTC)加热器等等。然而,上述辅助装置的问题在于需要额外的安装空间,从而在布局上是不利的,成本较高并且燃料效率较低。

发明内容
因此,本发明一直考虑发生在相关技术中的上述问题,并且本发明旨在提出用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,其利用热电元件和管道热电元件,以便允许冷的冷却剂在冬天时在冷启动下在较短的时间内被预热,因此能够提高在冬天时的初始加热性能。
为了实现以上目标,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,包括箱热电元件以及控制器,其中,所述箱热电元件联接到入口箱,冷却剂从发动机得以引入至所述入口箱;所述控制器控制供应至所述箱热电元件的电流和电流的方向。
加热器芯体装置可以进一步包括多个热管道以及管道热电元件,其中,设置所述多个加热管道以将入口箱连接到出口箱,通过所述出口箱得以排放所述冷却剂;所述管道热电元件联接到每一个加热管道,所述管道热电元件的操作由所述控制器进行控制。
加热器芯体装置可以进一步包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器检测引入到所述入口箱的冷却剂的温度,并且接着将检测到的温度传输至所述控制器。
加热器芯体装置可以进一步包括多个导管,所述多个导管将所述入口箱连接到所述出口箱,以便限定冷却剂路径,并且在所述入口箱的纵向方向上,所述箱热电元件可以联接到导管所联接的所述入口箱的底座。
所述控制器可以用作控制分别供应至所述箱热电元件和所述管道热电元件的电流以及电流方向。
可以设置所述加热管道以便与所述导管进行交替,每个加热管道设置有一个管道热电元件。
如根据以上描述清楚的是,用于车辆的加热器芯体装置的优势在于,所述装置利用箱热电元件和管道热电元件,以便允许冷的冷却剂在冬天时在冷启动下在较短的时间内被预热,因此能够显著地提高在冬天时的初始加热性能,并且优势在于,所述装置能够显著地降低用于提升冷却剂温度的空闲启动时间,特别是在冬天时在冷启动下,因此能够减少燃料消耗。

具体实施方式
接下来,将参考所附附图详细描述根据本发明的优选实施方案的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置。
如图2-3所示,根据本发明的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置包括入口箱10、出口箱20、多个导管30、散热片40、箱热电元件50以及控制器60,其中,入口箱10具有将冷却剂引入其中的进入管道11,出口箱20具有通过其排放冷却剂的排出管道21,多个导管30将入口箱10连接到出口箱20以限定冷却剂路径,散热片40插入在导管30之间,箱热电元件50联接到入口箱10,控制器60控制供应至箱热电元件50的电流和电流方向。
本发明的加热器芯体装置进一步包括多个加热管道70和管道热电元件80,设置多个加热管道70以将入口箱10连接到出口箱20,管道热电元件80联接到加热管道70。管道热电元件80的操作通过控制器60来进行控制。
加热器芯体装置进一步包括温度传感器90,其检测引入到入口箱10的冷却剂的温度,并且接着将检测到的温度传输至控制器60。
箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80为具有p型半导体和n型半导体的金属元件。也即,该元件为热电元件,如果DC电流流入元件,则该元件根据作为三个热电效应其中之一的珀尔帖效应吸收或释放热量。由于用于利用上述热电元件吸收或释放热量的构造对于本领域技术人员来说是公知的,因此在本文中将省略其具体描述。
在入口箱10的纵向方向上,箱热电元件50得以联接到导管30所联接的入口箱10的底座。这样的构造允许引入入口箱10的冷却剂通过入口箱10的整个长度以进行充分地预热。
控制器60用作控制分别供应至箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80的电流以及电流方向。必要的话,控制器60能够单独地控制箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80的操作。
根据本发明,设置加热管道70以便与导管30交替,并且每个加热管道70都设置有一个管道热电元件80。
在本发明中,在管道热电元件80中产生的热量应当在较短的时间内通过加热管道70的整个长度均匀地进行传输。为了这个目的,每个加热管道70优选地由具有优良热传导能力的材料制成。
下面,将描述本发明的实施方案的操作。
在冬天时的冷启动条件下,发动机无法进行充分地预热。因此,冷却剂也无法进行充分地预热。
在这样的情况下,控制器60既控制到达箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80的电流的供应又控制供应的电流的方向,从而箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80执行热量释放操作。
由于箱热电元件50释放热量,因此引入入口箱10的冷却剂在较短的时间内得以进行预热。同时,由于管道热电元件80释放热量,因此流动通过导管30的冷却剂再次进行预热。
因此,通过散热片40的冷的外部空气通过快速地经预热的冷却剂的温度进行加热,并且接着通过鼓风机的操作被排放至车辆的内部。因此,即使在冬天时在冷启动下,也可以使车辆的内部在较短时间内变得暖和。
此外,在经过预先确定的时间后,如果发动机得以充分地进行预热,并且从而使冷却剂通过经预热的发动机充分地进行预热,则控制器60接收来自检测冷却剂温度的温度传感器90的信号,因此切断到箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80的电流的供应。下面,如果冷却剂温度再次下降,则执行控制操作以便将电流供应至箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80。
为了提高发动机的效率和耐久性,在初始发动机启动时,电流仅供应至箱热电元件50,而到达管道热电元件80的电流的供应被切断。同时,发动机冷却剂利用冷却剂泵进行初始的加热和循环。因此,当发动机再启动时,经预热的冷却剂提高了发动机的效率和发动机的耐久性。
如上所述,根据本发明的实施方案,冷的冷却剂能够在冬天时在冷启动下的较短的时间内利用箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80进行预热,因此大幅地提高了在冬天时的初始加热性能,并且显著地降低了用于提升冷却剂温度的空闲启动时间,特别是在冬天时在冷启动下,并从而减少了燃料消耗。
此外,本发明的优势在于,箱热电元件50和管道热电元件80根据冷却剂温度而被操作为开或关,因此使动力消耗最小化。
此外,本发明的优势在于,在关闭发动机启动之后在执行重启动之前,引入入口箱10的冷却剂预先利用箱热电元件50进行预热,因此缩减了在启动时的发动机的负载,提高了发动机的效率,并且另外提高了发动机的耐久性。
此外,本发明的优势在于,其比辅助加热器装置(比如,预加热器或PTC加热器)更便宜,并且不需要额外的安装空间,从而其优势在于布局,并且其有助于提高燃料效率。
尽管出于说明的目的已公开了本发明的优选实施方案,但是本领域一般技术人员应当理解,各种修改、增加和删减是可能的,并不脱离所附权利要求中所公开的本发明的范围和精神。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,包括:
箱热电元件,所述箱热电元件联接到入口箱,冷却剂从发动机得以引入至所述入口箱;
控制器,所述控制器控制供应至所述箱热电元件的电流和电流的方向;
多个加热管道,设置所述多个加热管道以将所述入口箱连接到出口箱,通过所述出口箱得以排放所述冷却剂;以及
管道热电元件,所述管道热电元件联接到每一个加热管道,所述管道热电元件的操作由所述控制器进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,进一步包括:
温度传感器,所述温度传感器检测引入到所述入口箱的冷却剂的温度,并且接着将检测到的温度传输至所述控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,进一步包括:
多个导管,所述多个导管将所述入口箱连接到所述出口箱,以便限定冷却剂路径,
其中在所述入口箱的纵向方向上,所述箱热电元件得以联接到导管所联接的所述入口箱的底座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,其中所述控制器用作控制分别供应至所述箱热电元件和所述管道热电元件的电流以及电流方向。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的加热器芯体装置,其中设置所述加热管道以便与所述导管进行交替,以及
每个加热管道设置有一个管道热电元件。
