Abstract

本发明针对传统设备烤制烧饼卫生指标差，无法实现自动化的问题，提出了一种双轨烧饼自动烤箱，包括外壳、支架、加热部分、传动部分，其结构是：外壳两端分别设置有入口和出口；外壳下方设置有支架，外壳内部外壁上设置加热部分；支架上设置有电机，电机的输出轴连接链轮并通过轴传动轮盘，轮盘与链条配合设置，在每节链条上端设置有饼篓。本发明解决了传统的烧饼机的问题，同时对现有的烤制烧饼设备做出了较大的改进，其结构简单，成本低，效率高。

本发明涉及烧饼烘烤领域，尤其是一种烧饼自动烤箱。
背景技术
烧饼作为人们日常生活中的一种食品而备受广大消费者喜爱。传统烤制烧饼是用煤火炉烤制，因其烤制时卫生指标差、含有有害物质而被电烤炉取替。如申请号为：201020116744.7的专利，“在烤箱架(1) 的外面固定有保温层(2) ；在烤箱架里面的底部固定有加热器(3)，在烤箱架(1) 内的上部固定有上层传动网带(5)，在烤箱架(1) 一侧设有出口(16)，其特征在于：在上层传动网带(5) 的下面至少固定一层传动网带，在上层传动网带(5) 的传动轮(6) 处，与传动轮(6) 同轴连有手摇机构，加热器(3)固定在下层传动网带处，在上面每层传动网带的下面都固定有加热器”。
而烧饼烘烤自动化是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对传统设备烤制烧饼卫生指标差，无法实现自动化的问题，提出了一种双轨烧饼自动烤箱。
所述的一种烧饼自动烤箱，包括外壳、支架、加热部分、传动部分，其结构是：外壳两端分别设置有入口和出口；外壳下方设置有支架，外壳内部外壁上设置加热部分；支架上设置有电机，电机的输出轴连接链轮并通过轴传动轮盘，轮盘与链条配合设置，在每节链条上端设置有饼篓。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明解决了传统的烧饼机的问题，同时对现有的烤制烧饼设备做出了较大的改进，其结构简单，成本低，效率高。

具体实施方式
 在外壳1内部对称设置2组轮盘7及相应的链条9。
如图1~4所示，一种烧饼自动烤箱，包括外壳1、支架4、加热部分8，其结构是：外壳1两端分别设置有入口2和出口3；外壳1下方设置有支架4，外壳1内部外壁上设置加热部分8；支架4上设置有电机5，电机5的输出轴连接链轮6并通过轴11传动轮盘7，轮盘7与链条9配合设置，在每节链条9上端设置有饼篓10。
 在入口2处设置有铰链点12，接挡板13上端连接铰链点12；电机II14固定在支架4上，并通过连杆机构连接拉杆15，拉杆15连接挡板13下端。
所述的加热部分为电热丝。
 饼篓为金属网制。
工作原理：以双通道为例：初始状态下，电机II14将挡板13的位置确定在入口2的一侧，这是，待烘烤的烧饼落入饼篓10中，此时，电机II14得到信号，并启动，通过拉杆15将挡板13放置至另一侧，这时，放入下一个烧饼到饼篓10。此时，电机5得到信号，并启动，链轮6通过轴11带动轮盘7旋转。因为轮盘7与链条9为配合使用，当轮盘7转动一定角度时，链条9向前走一段，因为饼篓10设置在链条9上，则饼篓10向前行走。以此类推，可以高效率的烘烤烧饼，同时达到卫生标准。

Claims (4)

1.一种烧饼自动烤箱，包括外壳、支架、加热部分，外壳两端分别设置有入口和出口，外壳下方设置有支架，其特征是：外壳内部外壁上设置加热部分；支架上设置有电机，电机的输出轴连接链轮并通过轴传动轮盘，轮盘与链条配合设置，在每节链条上端设置有饼篓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烧饼自动烤箱，其特征是：在外壳（1）的入口（2）处设置有铰链点（12），接挡板（13）上端连接铰链点（12）；电机II（14）固定在支架（4）上，并通过连杆机构连接拉杆（15），拉杆（15）连接挡板（13）下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烧饼自动烤箱，其特征是：饼篓（10）为金属网制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烧饼自动烤箱，其特征是：加热部分（8）为电热丝。
