本实用新型公开了一种炒药装置，包括有安装于机架上的箱体，箱体内转动安装有滚筒，箱体内的底部设有加热管，滚筒的两端分别设有进、出料口，滚筒的内壁上设有螺旋式导片，滚筒的外壁上设有保温层，箱体的顶部设有排烟口并通过管道外接储尘器。本实用新型结构紧凑，使用方便，炒药时，温升快、加热均匀，小块状药物和粉末状药物不易焦糊，且出料方便，并对炒制过程中产生的烟尘进行收集，优化了工作环境，杜绝了环境污染，具有很好的实用价值。

本实用新型涉及一种炒药装置。
背景技术
中药炮制的目的是增强疗效，缓和或改变药物性能，降低毒性，减少刺激性，矫臭矫味，便于制剂和利于贮藏。操作时要注意火候，掌握加热时间，搅拌和翻动也是关键。目前，炒药的方法主要有人工操作和机械操作两种。人工操作费力费时，只能用于小规模生产；现有的机械操作常用平锅炒药机和滚动式炒药机，利用机械旋转翻动药物。无论平锅炒药机还是滚动式炒药机炒药时，小块药物和粉末药物易焦糊。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种炒药装置，炒药时，温升快、加热均匀，小块状药物和粉末状药物不易焦糊，且出料方便。

参见图1，一种炒药装置，包括有安装于机架1上的箱体2，箱体2内转动安装有滚筒3，箱体2内的底部设有加热管4，滚筒3的两端分别设有进、出料口，滚筒3的内壁上设有螺旋式导片5，滚筒3的外壁上设有保温层，箱体2的顶部设有排烟口6并通过管道8外接储尘器7。
机架1上安装有电机，电机1与滚筒3传动连接。

1.一种炒药装置，包括有安装于机架上的箱体，箱体内转动安装有滚筒，箱体内的底部设有加热管，所述滚筒的两端分别设有进、出料口，其特征在于：所述滚筒的内壁上设有螺旋式导片，滚筒的外壁上设有保温层，所述箱体的顶部设有排烟口并通过管道外接储尘器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炒药装置，其特征在于：所述的机架上安装有电机，电机与所述的滚筒传动连接。
