Abstract

Description

螺钉连接复合体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的螺钉连接复合体,该螺钉连接复合体至少包括一个预打孔的上部构件和一个未打孔的下部构件、一个设置在所述上部构件和所述下部构件之间的中间层以及多个紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉分别被引导穿过在上部构件中的预设孔并且在中间设置中间层的情况下与未打孔的构件螺纹联接。
背景技术
由EP2311713A1已知这样一种用于机动车车身部件的螺钉连接复合体,在该螺钉连接复合体中,预打孔的外钢制凸缘通过从预设孔一侧引入钢制凸缘中的自攻紧固螺钉和粘合剂层与内置的铝管耐负载地连接。在此,紧固螺钉由于制造原因经常在粘合剂层还未完全硬化的状态中被拧紧,结果导致粘合剂材料可能不受控制地转移。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,构造一种要求保护的类型的螺钉连接复合体,使得通过在结构简单的方式来制止在拧紧螺纹联接件时未完全硬化的中间层、即尤其是粘合剂层的干扰性的材料运动。
根据本发明,该任务通过在权利要求1中表明特征的螺钉连接复合体解决。
根据本发明,预设孔通过薄壁的预设孔连接片连同钻穿预设孔连接片的紧固螺钉一起以在加工技术上简单的方式可靠地被封闭,并且因而有效地避免中间层材料从预设孔中流出并继而材料颗粒可能被旋转的紧固螺钉向外抛出到构件表面上或周围,而且还确保自攻紧固螺钉的旋入力矩和钻孔长度与螺钉头侧的上部构件的壁厚无关地几乎不变地维持在由于与未打孔的下部构件的螺纹联接而预设的范围之内。
在本发明的另一优选设计中,预设孔连接片设置在预设孔的与中间层侧的构件表面背离的位置上,由此形成通过预设孔连接片向外限定的补偿腔,多余的中间层材料、即尤其是粘合剂材料在旋入紧固螺钉时可以挤压转移到该补偿腔中。
就另一个加工技术的简化方案而言,预打孔的构件有利地是铸件、优选由铝制成的铸件,使得在没有后续的切削加工的情况下预设孔连接片可以立即在铸造过程中在构件上一起成型。
出于高强度和同时无切屑的螺纹联接的原因考虑,最终建议使用无屑钻孔螺钉作为自攻紧固螺钉。

图1a、1b是在完成状态之前(图1a)和之后(图1b)的按本发明的螺钉连接复合体的第一实施例;
图2是另一个实施例的相应于图1a的视图,该实施例包括在材料方面不同的构件组合和大致在预设孔中间定位的预设孔连接片;
图3是第三实施例,该实施例包括在又一不同位置上定位的预设孔连接片和构件复合体的又一种材料组合。
具体实施方式
在图1中示出的螺钉连接复合体包括未打孔的下部钢板1、施加在该下部钢板上的粘合剂中间层2和预打孔的以铸铝件形式的上部构件3,该上部构件的预设孔4构造为盲孔并且在构件外表面5一侧通过薄壁的预设孔连接片6封闭。在制造构件3时,各预设孔4连同各预设孔连接片6在铸模中一起成型。
事先(通过未示出的夹紧装置)夹紧在一起的多层堆1、2、3借助无屑钻孔螺钉7被螺纹联接,这些无屑钻孔螺钉穿过预设孔连接片6和粘合剂层2被拧入到未打孔的下部钢板1中。在此时,粘合剂处于还未完全硬化的状态中,并且通过预设孔连接片6确保,中间层2中的粘合剂不会经由预设孔4流出并继而被以高转速驱动的无屑钻孔螺钉7向外抛出。如在图1中还示出,预设孔连接片6限定朝向粘合剂层2开放的补偿腔8,在拧紧螺纹联接件时,粘合剂可以转移到该补偿腔中,如这由图1b可见,在该图中示出在完成状态中的螺钉连接复合体。
在图2中与在第一实施例中相应的部件通过相同的附图标记表示,图2示出如下可能性:预设孔连接片6可以在其他位置、即例如在预设孔4的中间定位并且可以在宽的范围内将任意的构件组合用于螺钉连接复合体。因此,与在第一实施例的情况下相反,未打孔的下部构件1由铝板制成并且预打孔的上部构件3由钢板制成,各预设孔4连同薄壁的预设孔连接片6在辊压过程中或通过切削加工在该钢板中成型。此外,加工和制造方法与在第一实施例中的相同。
在图3中与在上述的实施例中相应的部件也通过相同的附图标记表示,根据图3,预设孔连接片6设置在预设孔4的中间层侧的端部上,使得缺少接收粘合剂的补偿腔并且因而在旋入无屑钻孔螺钉7时粘合剂体积完全保留在粘合剂层2中。根据图3,为构件1、3选择又一种不同的材料组合,即铝用于预打孔的上部构件3并且由热塑性纤维复合材料制成的有机板用于未打孔的下部构件1。在其它方面,加工和制造方法与在上述的实施例中的相同。

Claims (5)

1.螺钉连接复合体,其至少包括一个预打孔的上部构件(3)和一个未打孔的下部构件(1)、一个设置在所述上部构件和所述下部构件之间的中间层(2)以及多个自攻紧固螺钉(7),所述自攻紧固螺钉分别被引导穿过在上部构件(3)中的预设孔(4)并且在中间层的未完全硬化的状态中与未打孔的构件(1)螺纹联接,其特征在于,所述上部构件(3)中的预设孔(4)构造为通过连接片(6)封闭的盲孔。
2.按照权利要求1所述的多板复合体,其特征在于,所述连接片(6)设置在预设孔(4)的与中间层侧的构件表面背离的位置上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的多板复合体,其特征在于,所述预打孔的构件(3)是铸铝件。
4.按照上述权利要求任一项所述的多板复合体,其特征在于,所述中间层(2)是将各构件(1、3)耐腐蚀和/或耐负载地连接的粘合剂层。
5.按照上述权利要求任一项所述的多板复合体,其特征在于,无屑钻孔螺钉用作为自攻紧固螺钉(7)。
