Abstract

Description

带有防水鱼尾板区的电线槽
本发明涉及由对接单元壳段构成的一种预制的电线槽,该每一单元壳段装有包括由平行的电导线组成的单元导线组。
为了把这壳段紧固在一起,此类线槽装有机械鱼尾板件,该类鱼尾板件通常包括用来盖住接合面附近壳段端部的法兰,该法兰用螺钉或螺栓穿过壳段壁把壳和/或法兰相互固定住。
改善鱼尾板区的密封性能,以保护电导线及其连接件免受进水的危害是必要的。从这点看,鱼尾板的螺栓穿过线槽壳会出问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一个对装有栓接法兰的鱼尾板区进行密封的简单装置。本发明的另一个目的是简化鱼尾板区中螺栓的防水通孔与导线设置间的配合。
根据本发明,在上述类型的线槽中,管状衬套被放在壳内并靠近壳段的端部,用于使鱼尾板法兰紧固螺栓穿过,每一个衬套至少包括一个其形状为能以防水的方式容纳壳中同轴孔边缘的开口。
本发明的一个最佳实施例中,这个开口是向外扩张的,并且壳孔的边缘和开口压力配合,例如靠冲压或压制壳孔的边缘,而不需用特殊的密封。外扩张的开口也可以位于相对应的法兰上。
本发明的优点在于,该衬套是导线支撑物一部分,用于支撑和放置一个或两个对称安放的导线组,限制的轴向运动。

图1所示的预制的电分配线槽包括多个沿纵轴线X伸延的有密封外廓的管壳段10a、10b、10c。每一个壳段中装有一个导线组11或两个这样的导线组,每一个导线组包括多个平行的电源线也可以是信号线12。这些导线可以是汇流条、单个的电缆线或带状电缆线。各式的壳段10用鱼尾板件20把它们的端头对接在一起。这样使各导线组相互连在一起,并在这些段之间提供了一个刚性的机械联接。
这类的鱼尾板件20包括一个棱柱形物件21(见图2),它包括一些接触桥(图中未画),用以对要接在一起的管壳段10a、10b中的两个导线组11的相应导线12的裸露端进行连接。鱼尾板件20还包括一个用于机械组装管壳段的部件22,它设计为能以密封的方式把管壳段之间的连接面盖住。该部件包括两个法兰23、24,其剖面可为U形法兰,它们夹在管壳上并用紧固螺栓25固定在一起。鱼尾板的棱柱形物件21与一些零件(未示出)结合,以使其插入防水的壳段末端。
圆管式衬套30垂直放置(即它们的轴线与线槽的纵向轴线X垂直)在壳段10中,靠近其末端,以给紧固螺栓25提供一个防水通道。衬套的轴线位于线槽纵向平面P的中央。
每一个衬套30都有一个管状的主体31,它的底端32和顶端34与管壳的外部相通。在衬套端部,底端32有一个扩张的,例如可以是截锥状开口32a,管壳底面中的孔33的边缘33a压装到开口32a中,(如被冲压)。衬套的顶端34有一个圆柱形开口34a,其直径大于管体31中通道的内径,这样能够使管壳顶面上的孔35的边缘35a被压制而与该通道垂直对准。在鱼尾板底法兰24的孔36的边缘有一个如用冲压形成的圆锥形或其它形状的部分36a,它能够对准管壳底面上的边缘33a的中心。顶法兰23也包括了一个孔37,以便使紧固螺栓25的螺杆25a能自由地穿过孔36、33,开口32a,管体31,开口34a和孔35、37,直至螺栓头25b紧贴在底法兰24上。其后,把螺母25c向下拧紧在顶法兰23上。以这样的方式,该装配能够与管壳底面的孔33的垂直轴y对准中心。
衬套是塑料制的支撑体38的一个部件,支撑体用于支撑导线组11的端头,该端头位于管壳段10之间接合面Q附近。支撑体包括衬套两侧的两套孔道38a(见图4)。每一个孔道用于排放各导线组11,导线组位于与P面相平行或对称于P面的对应面P1、P2上,并且,导线12从孔道中穿出。导线组插在支撑体中只有一个很小的轴向活动量,以适应允许的容差。在导线组末端,导线12端头的封装部分被空隙39隔开,空隙39由支撑体的两相对的固定件40、41的隔壁在端部以合适的间距限定。当进行线槽和导线部分之间电连接的组装时,这样的布置限定了导线组的轴向运动。
本发明的装置使线槽在鱼尾板区能更好地防水,并使导线组保持在所需要的位置上。

Claims (6)

1、一种用对接单元壳段组装的预制电线槽,每一单元壳段包括一组由平行电导线组成的导线组合体,该线槽包括机械的鱼尾板件,鱼尾板件包括覆盖住接头面附近的壳段端部的法兰,法兰用螺栓紧固,其特征在于:
管状衬套(30)装在靠近壳段端部的壳中,用于紧固鱼尾板法兰(23、24)的螺栓(25),
每一个衬套至少包括一个形状为能以防水的方式容纳壳中同轴孔(33、35)边缘(33a、35a)的开口(32a、34a)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的线槽,其特征在于,开口(32a、34a)是向外扩张的,并且壳中孔边缘(33a、35a)与开口压力装配。
3、根据权利要求2所述的线槽,其特征在于,外扩张开口(32a)中心定位于形成在鱼尾板法兰(24)中孔(36)边缘上的部分(36a)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的线槽,其特征在于,衬套(30)附于支撑体(38),支撑体用于支撑和安放位于壳段(10)之间接合面(Q)附近的至少一个导线组(11)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的线槽,其特征在于,支撑体(38)收容有窜动的导线组(11)并包括固定件(40、41)以限制该导线组(11)的轴向移动量。
6、根据权利要求4所述的线槽,其特征在于,衬套(30)位于线槽的中心平面(P)上,并且支撑体(38)容置两个对称于中心平面的导线组(11)。
