技术领域
本发明涉及一种电化学电池阴极,尤其是涉及一种纽扣电池的阴极。
背景技术
电化学电池是现阶段人民生产生活中广泛使用的电池,其具有广泛的优点,其通常包括典型地称为阴极的负电极和典型地称为阳极的正电极,而其中阴极性能是非常重要的一环,而在电化学电池中的一个重要分支是纽扣电池,但是在纽扣电池中,阴极必须处于湿润状态才能便于进行氧的还原反应,但是这会很容易导致阴极过湿而造成电池发生极化,因此,本发明旨在寻找一种能够避免电化学电池阴极发生极化的阴极。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于纽扣电池的阴极,其包括:
第一层,其包括40-60wt%的有机聚合物;
第二层,其包括15-25wt%的有机聚合物;以及
包含在第一层和第二层中的不同的催化剂;
其特征在于,其中第一层和第二层在凹凸的界面处相互接触。

第二层,其包括25wt%的聚四氟乙烯;以及
包含在第一层的氧化锰催化剂和第二层中的银催化剂;
其中第一层和第二层在凹凸的界面处相互接触。
实施例3
该用于纽扣电池的阴极,其包括:
第一层,其包括50wt%的聚四氟乙烯;
第二层,其包括20wt%的聚四氟乙烯;以及
包含在第一层的钴催化剂和第二层中的钯催化剂;
其中第一层和第二层在凹凸的界面处相互接触。
使用包含了以上结构的阴极的纽扣电池,电池容量变大、转换效率提高、使用寿命延长,获得了良好的技术效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于纽扣电池的阴极,其包括:
第一层,其包括40-60wt%的有机聚合物;
第二层,其包括15-25wt%的有机聚合物;以及
包含在第一层和第二层中的不同的催化剂;
其特征在于,其中第一层和第二层在凹凸的界面处相互接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于纽扣电池的阴极,其特征在于,所述催化剂可以为铂、碳、氧化锰、钴、银或钯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于纽扣电池的阴极,其特征在于,所述有机聚合物为聚四氟乙烯。
