本发明公开了一种磁性开关气缸，包括缸体、活塞，所述活塞安装在缸体内，所述活塞上安装有磁环，所述活塞上安装有磁环，所述缸体外侧装有舌簧开关。本发明的特点是：结构简单，通过在活塞上安装磁环，并用磁性开关来检测气缸行程位置，控制气缸往复运动。

本发明涉及气缸设计领域，具体涉及一种磁性开关气缸。
背景技术
现有气缸检测活塞位置需要另外安装行程阀、行程开关，或在活塞杆上设置挡块。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题，提供一种磁性开关气缸。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：磁性开关气缸，包括缸体、活塞，所述活塞安装在缸体内，所述活塞上安装有磁环，所述活塞上安装有磁环，所述缸体外侧装有舌簧开关。
所述舌簧开关包括舌簧片，以及相连的保护电路、动作指示灯，所述舌簧片、保护电路、动作指示灯均安装在开关外壳内。
本发明的特点是：结构简单，通过在活塞上安装磁环，并用磁性开关来检测气缸行程位置，控制气缸往复运动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括缸筒6、活塞4，所述活塞4安装在缸筒6内，所述活塞4安装在缸筒6内，所述活塞4上安装有磁环5，所述缸筒6外侧装有舌簧开关，所述舌簧开关包括舌簧片7，以及相连的保护电路2、动作指示灯1。所述舌簧片7、保护电路2、动作指示灯1均安装在开关外壳3内，当装有磁环5的活塞4运动到舌簧片7附近，磁力线通过舌簧片7使其磁化，两个舌簧片7被吸引接触，则开关接通，当磁环5返回离开时，磁场减弱，两个舌簧片7弹开，则开关断开，由于开关的接通或断开，使电磁阀换向，从而实现气缸的往复运动。

1.磁性开关气缸，其特征在于：包括缸筒（6）、活塞（4），所述活塞（4）安装在缸筒（6）内，所述活塞（4）安装在缸筒（6）内，所述活塞（4）上安装有磁环（5），所述缸筒（6）外侧装有舌簧开关。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁性开关气缸，其特征在于：所述舌簧开关包括舌簧片（7），以及相连的保护电路（2）、动作指示灯（1），所述舌簧片（7）、保护电路（2）、动作指示灯（1）均安装在开关外壳（3）内。
