本发明公开了一种遥控快关式截止阀,包括快关式截止阀、液压缸;快关式截止阀包括阀体、阀杆、阀盖;液压缸包括缸体、缸盖;缸体下端固定连接在阀盖上;缸盖固定连接在缸体上端;阀杆中上部作为液压缸活塞杆贯穿缸体、缸盖;进一步改进在于:在阀杆伸出缸盖的杆端外壁设有强磁铁;在缸盖上端面设有支架,在支架上与强磁铁相对应的位置设有霍尔传感器;霍尔传感器通过电缆与远程的控制台连接,实现远程控制。本发明无需人工操作,效率高,劳动强度低,能实现远程控制。

本发明涉及一种截止阀,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种快关截止阀。
背景技术
快关截止阀因具有操作方便、快捷等特点,被广泛应用于工矿企业的管网中。现有技术的快关截止阀基本都是手动开启和关闭,结构简单,但需人工操作,效率低,劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种无需人工操作,效率高,劳动强度低的遥控快关式截止阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
遥控快关式截止阀,包括快关式截止阀、液压缸;所述快关式截止阀包括阀体、阀杆、阀盖;所述液压缸包括缸体、缸盖;其改进之处在于:所述缸体下端固定连接在阀盖上;所述缸盖固定连接在缸体上端;所述阀杆中上部作为液压缸活塞杆贯穿缸体、缸盖。
上述结构中,在阀杆伸出缸盖的杆端外壁设有强磁铁;在缸盖上端面设有支架,在支架上与强磁铁相对应的位置设有霍尔传感器;所述霍尔传感器通过电缆与远程的控制台连接,实现远程控制。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.  采用液压缸实现快关式截止阀的开启和关闭,无需人工操作,效率高,劳动强度低。
2.  通过霍尔传感器对强磁铁的感应,再将感应信号传输到远程的控制台,实现远程控制。

    下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的遥控快关式截止阀,包括快关式截止阀1、液压缸3;快关式截止阀1包括阀体1.2、阀杆1.1、阀盖1.3;液压缸3包括缸体3.1、缸盖3.2;缸体3.1下端固定连接在阀盖1.3上;缸盖3.2固定连接在缸体3.1上端;阀杆1.1中上部作为液压缸3活塞杆贯穿缸体3.1、缸盖3.2。
在阀杆1.1伸出缸盖3.2的杆端外壁设有强磁铁7;在缸盖3.2上端面设有支架5,在支架5上与强磁铁7相对应的位置设有霍尔传感器6;霍尔传感器6通过电缆与远程的控制台8连接,实现远程控制。

1.一种遥控快关式截止阀,包括快关式截止阀(1)、液压缸(3);所述快关式截止阀(1)包括阀体(1.2)、阀杆(1.1)、阀盖(1.3);所述液压缸(3)包括缸体(3.1)、缸盖(3.2);其特征在于:所述缸体(3.1)下端固定连接在阀盖(1.3)上;所述缸盖(3.2)固定连接在缸体(3.1)上端;所述阀杆(1.1)中上部作为液压缸(3)活塞杆贯穿缸体(3.1)、缸盖(3.2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遥控快关式截止阀,其特征在于:在阀杆(1.1)伸出缸盖(3.2)的杆端外壁设有强磁铁(7);在缸盖(3.2)上端面设有支架(5),在支架(5)上与强磁铁(7)相对应的位置设有霍尔传感器(6);所述霍尔传感器(6)通过电缆与远程的控制台(8)连接,实现远程控制。
