本发明涉及一种高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料。
背景技术
随着人们生活习惯的改变，超市越来越多的出现了快速消费熟食。这些食品一般在家庭生活中只需简单的加热即可食用。并且许多食品在加热过程中是不需要拆除包装的，这就对包装袋提出了耐高温蒸煮的要求。
发明内容
 本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，采用七层共挤吹膜工艺，生产出结构为PE/ TIE /PP / EVOH/PP/ TIE/PE的耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，其层间质量配比为PE：TIE：PP：EVOH：PP：TIE：PE=2：1：1：2：1：1：2。
所述的PE材料为改性材料。
本发明的生产的一种耐高温蒸煮的塑料薄膜材料，用该种薄膜材料制备的包装袋，可以有效的保护包装内容物，并能够在高温蒸煮环境下不发生性能变化，不会释放出对人体安全有害的物质。
具体实施方式：
一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，采用七层共挤吹膜工艺，生产出结构为PE/ TIE /PP / EVOH/PP/ TIE/PE的耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，其层间质量配比为PE：TIE：PP：EVOH：PP：TIE：PE=2：1：1：2：1：1：2。
所述的PE材料为改性材料。
将改性PE树脂、PP树脂、TIE树脂、EVOH树脂分别在不同的挤出机中熔融塑化，将熔融后的树脂挤入同一模头内，按一定的层间结构均匀分布在模头中，然后经吹胀、冷却定型、收卷制得一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，其特征在于：结构为PE/ TIE /PP / EVOH/PP/ TIE/PE的耐高温蒸煮型塑料薄膜材料，其层间质量配比为PE：TIE：PP：EVOH：PP：TIE：PE=2：1：1：2：1：1：2。
