Abstract

一种新型灯光伞,属于遮阳伞的技术领域,包括下伞盘和固定在伞杆顶端的上伞盘,伞骨长骨的一端与上伞盘铰接,另一端用于撑开伞布,伞骨短骨的一端与下伞盘铰接,另一端与长骨中部铰接,其特征在于长骨与短骨或长骨与短骨的其中一种开设凹槽,所述的凹槽内设有发光装置,该发光装置包括导光条,导光条卡设在凹槽内,导光条端面配有光源,所述的光源固定在固定座上,固定座与伞骨固定连接,并有堵头套接保护。本发明结构设计合理,通过在短骨上设置导光条,再通过贴片LED灯紧贴导光条,不断的进行折射、反射,形成光带,达到很好的照明、美化夜晚环境的效果。

一种新型灯光伞
技术领域
本发明属于遮阳伞的技术领域,具体涉及一种新型的灯光伞。
背景技术
    遮阳伞是人们生活中经常会用到的休闲用品,目前带灯光的遮阳伞,也多种多样,其中在伞骨上安装若干LED灯珠,是被普遍使用的。然而在生产时,需要在每支伞骨上进行钻孔,降低了伞骨强度,使太阳伞容易折损, LED灯珠要安装入该孔,也要耗时耗力,而且使用的灯珠数量很多,才能够达到照明效果,另外灯珠的数量多也导致线路多,安装更加复杂。另一方面,一旦有个别灯珠烧掉或者线路损坏,会影响整把伞的使用,维修就特别麻烦。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的灯光伞的技术方案。
一种新型灯光伞,包括下伞盘和固定在伞杆顶端的上伞盘,伞骨长骨的一端与上伞盘铰接,另一端用于撑开伞布,伞骨短骨的一端与下伞盘铰接,另一端与长骨中部铰接,其特征在于长骨与短骨或长骨与短骨的其中一种开设凹槽,所述的凹槽内设有发光装置,该发光装置包括导光条,导光条卡设在凹槽内,导光条端面配有光源,所述的光源固定在固定座上,固定座与伞骨固定连接,并有堵头套接保护。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的上伞盘内部设有第二导线连接板,下伞盘内设有第一导线连接板,短骨内布置光源导线,该导线一端与第一导线连接板连接,另一端穿过长骨与短骨相铰接的铰接件及长骨,与第二导线连接板电连接,所述的第二导线连接板与开关、电源电路连接。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的下伞盘内设有第一导线连接板,短骨内布置光源导线,该导线一端与第一导线连接板电连接,另一端穿过长骨与短骨相铰接的铰接件及长骨,与电源电连接,所述电源外接开关。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的光源包括焊接连接的贴片LED灯与PCB灯板,固定座内部设有通孔,PCB灯板插入固定座内部通孔固定,贴片LED灯与导光条紧贴,PCB灯板连接电源导线。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述伞骨的短骨、长骨均设有上下两个凹槽,凹槽边缘设有卡边卡住导光条,凹槽的侧板对应固定座的侧板截面设有插孔,固定座插入插孔固定在伞骨上。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于上伞盘、下伞盘分别有伞盘盖与伞盘座构成,所述的伞盘座内部设有环状圈,环状圈外圈上沿设有若干过线孔,任一过线孔上设有对称的两块梯形体限位块,所述的伞盘盖内圈设有圆弧卡接口,该圆弧卡接口卡接装饰件或电源,所述的装饰件连接圈上设有对应的圆弧凸部。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的开关的开关线经任一支长骨的凹槽与电源连接。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的开关的开关线经伞杆内部与电源连接。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于任一长骨上卡设的导光条至少为两条,长骨内部的导光条与导光条对接处设有两个固定座用于固定对应的导光条,并在对接处套接包件。
所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的凹槽内卡设扩散条,扩散条与凹槽中间配设焊接有LED灯的PCB灯条,所述的PCB灯条通过焊接PCB灯板与伞骨固定,并有堵头套接保护。
本发明结构设计合理,通过在短骨上设置导光条,再通过贴片LED灯紧贴导光条,不断的进行折射、反射,形成光带,达到很好的照明、美化夜晚环境的效果,用多条导光条配合光源串接给长骨导光,也有效防止因为导光条过长而损害亮度,在组装、维护方面都更加方便,省时省力。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种新型灯光伞,包括下伞盘2和固定在伞杆顶端的上伞盘6以及伞骨,伞骨的长骨4一端与上伞盘6铰接,另一端用于撑开伞布,伞骨的短骨1一端与下伞盘2铰接,另一端与长骨4中部铰接;长骨4与短骨1或长骨4与短骨1的一种上设有凹槽101,无论长骨4或短骨1的凹槽101都可以设置一个或者两个,所述的凹槽101内设有发光装置,该发光装置包括导光条14,导光条14卡设在凹槽101内,凹槽101边缘设有卡边102可以卡住导光条14,保证导光条14不脱落;导光条14端面配有光源,该光源包括焊接连接的贴片LED灯103与PCB灯板104,光源固定在固定座7上,凹槽101的侧板对应固定座7的侧板截面设有插孔701,固定座7插入插孔701与伞骨固定连接,并有堵头8套接保护,固定座7的内部设有通孔702,PCB灯板104插入固定座7内部通孔702,即可固定在固定座7上,贴片LED灯103与导光条14紧贴,PCB灯板与电源接通后,这样贴片LED灯的光线射入导光条14内,光线在里面不断折射与反射,形成光带,起到照明、美化环境的效果。
所述的上伞盘6内部设有第二导线连接板601,下伞盘2内设有第一导线连接板201,短骨1内布置光源导线5b,该导线一端与第一导线连接板201连接,另一端穿过长骨4与短骨1相铰接的铰接件及长骨4,与第二导线连接板601电连接,所述的第二导线连接板601与开关5、电源5a电连接。当长骨4不设置导光条的时候,伞盘6内部就不需要配套设置第二导线连接板601,即短骨1内布置的光源导线5b一端与第一导线连接板201电连接,另一端穿过长骨4与短骨1相铰接的铰接件及长骨4,直接与电源5a电连接,电源5a在外接个开关5。
当短骨1不设置导光条的时候,就不需要设置伞盘2内部的第一导线连接板201与光源导线5b,所述的伞盘6内的第二导线连接板601与开关5、电源5a电连接。上述三种具体的电路连接方式,可以更好的为发光装置供电,发挥作用。
上述长骨4任一一支上卡设的导光条14至少为一条,当有多条时,长骨4内部的导光条与导光条对接处设有两个固定座7用于固定对应的导光条,并在对接处套接包件401。长骨4上最好设置多条,这样贴片LED灯的光线射入导光条14内的光线就比较均匀,折射与反射的效果好,更容易形成光带,更好的起到照明、美化环境的效果。
该新型灯光伞的上伞盘6、下伞盘2分别有伞盘盖与伞盘座构成,所述的伞盘座内部设有环状圈9,环状圈9外圈上沿设有若干过线孔10,任一过线孔10上设有对称的两块梯形体限位块11,所述的伞盘盖内圈设有圆弧卡接口12,该圆弧卡接口12卡接装饰件或电源,所述的装饰件连接圈上设有对应的圆弧凸部13。
所述的开关线501可以是经任一支长骨4的凹槽101与电源5a连接或者是 
经伞杆3内部与电源5a连接,即开关5可以直接挂在某一长骨4上或者固定在伞杆3上。
所述的凹槽101内卡设扩散条106,扩散条106与凹槽101中间配设焊接有LED灯的PCB灯条105,所述的PCB灯条105通过焊接PCB灯板104与伞骨固定,并有堵头8套接保护。上述的技术方案构成新的发光装置,该发光装置也可以与导光条结构配合使用。
以上灯光伞的伞骨不限数量,可以为四骨、六骨、八骨等,也不限伞型为立杆伞或罗马伞,在不违反本结构原理的基础上进行的等同替换或改进,均视为落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种新型灯光伞,包括下伞盘(2)和固定在伞杆(3)顶端的上伞盘(6),伞骨长骨(4)的一端与上伞盘(6)铰接,另一端用于撑开伞布,伞骨短骨(1)的一端与下伞盘(2)铰接,另一端与长骨(4)中部铰接,其特征在于长骨(4)与短骨(1)或长骨(4)与短骨(1)的其中一种开设凹槽(101),所述的凹槽(101)内设有发光装置,该发光装置包括导光条(14),导光条(14)卡设在凹槽(101)内,导光条(14)端面配有光源,所述的光源固定在固定座(7)上,固定座(7)与伞骨固定连接并有堵头(8)套接保护。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的上伞盘(6)内部设有第二导线连接板(601),下伞盘(2)内设有第一导线连接板(201),短骨(1)内布置光源导线(5b),该导线一端与第一导线连接板(201)连接,另一端穿过长骨(4)与短骨(1)相铰接的铰接件及长骨(4),与第二导线连接板(601)电连接,所述的第二导线连接板(601)与开关(5)、电源(5a)电路连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的下伞盘(2)内设有第一导线连接板(201),短骨(1)内布置光源导线(5b),该导线一端与第一导线连接板(201)电连接,另一端穿过长骨(4)与短骨(1)相铰接的铰接件及长骨(4),与电源(5a)电连接,所述电源(5a)外接开关(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的光源包括焊接连接的贴片LED灯(103)与PCB灯板(104),固定座(7)内部设有通孔(702),PCB灯板(104)插入固定座(7)内部通孔(702)固定,贴片LED灯(103)与导光条(14)紧贴,PCB灯板连接电源导线。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述伞骨的短骨(1)、长骨(4)均设有上下两个凹槽(101),凹槽(101)边缘设有卡边(102)卡住导光条(14),凹槽(101)的侧板对应固定座(7)的侧板截面设有插孔(701),固定座(7)插入插孔(701)固定在伞骨上。
6.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于上伞盘(6)、下伞盘(2)分别有伞盘盖与伞盘座构成,所述的伞盘座内部设有环状圈(9),环状圈(9)外圈上沿设有若干过线孔(10),任一过线孔(10)上设有对称的两块梯形体限位块(11),所述的伞盘盖内圈设有圆弧卡接口(12),该圆弧卡接口(12)卡接装饰件或电源,所述的装饰件连接圈上设有对应的圆弧凸部(13)。
7.如权利要求2或3所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的开关(5)的开关线(501)经任一支长骨(4)的凹槽(101)与电源(5a)连接。
8.如权利要求2或3所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的开关(5)的开关线(501)经伞杆(3)内部与电源(5a)连接。
9.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于任一长骨(4)上卡设的导光条(14)至少为两条,长骨(4)内部的导光条与导光条对接处设有两个固定座(7)用于固定对应的导光条,并在对接处套接包件(401)。
10.如权利要求1所述的新型灯光伞,其特征在于所述的凹槽(101)内卡设扩散条(106),扩散条(106)与凹槽(101)中间配设焊接有LED灯的PCB灯条(105),所述的PCB灯条(105)通过焊接PCB灯板(104)与伞骨固定并有堵头(8)套接保护。
