Description

一种具有灯光效果的户外伞 技术领域
本发明涉及户外伞技术领域,特别涉及一种具有灯光效果的户外伞。
背景技术
户外伞作为一种户外休闲用具,广泛用于广场、海滩、公园及庭院等休闲场所,为人们提供了舒适的乘凉空间。户外伞被广泛的应用于各个户外露天休息和饮食区等,其可供民众于户外场所从事休闲活动时,通过户外伞的遮阳和挡雨功能,阻挡烈日的照射和雨水的浇淋等,而获得一良好舒适的休息环境。
常用的户外伞构造,大多皆为设有中部伞柱,其上段套设有可向外张开呈放射状的伞骨,再于该伞骨上端面覆盖设有伞布。由于夜晚光线不明,使得户外伞下的范围内显得较为昏暗,为此,现有较多户外伞中会配套灯光结构,用以提高光照或增加光感氛围。
如公告号为CN209711801U,公开了一种遮阳伞伞骨灯珠连接结构,属于休闲家具用品领域,其包括伞骨,所述伞骨内设有基板,所述基板上设有若干LED灯珠,每个LED灯珠位置上设有与该LED灯珠对应的灯座,所述灯座上设有卡嵌腔,所述伞骨上与卡嵌腔对应的位置上设有灯孔,灯罩能够穿过所述灯孔且能够插入卡嵌腔内,所述灯罩插入卡嵌腔内后,能够被防止逆向运动脱离灯座。该技术方案中需要在伞骨上安装若干LED灯珠,然而在生产时,需要在每支伞骨上进行钻孔,降低了伞骨强度,使太阳伞容易折损,LED灯珠要安装入该孔,也要耗时耗力,各个灯珠的导电对接也较为繁琐,使得整体安装更加复杂。
为此,还有如公告号为CN104665138B,公开的如一种新型灯光伞,属于遮阳伞的技术领域,包括下伞盘和固定在伞杆顶端的上伞盘,伞骨长骨的一端与上伞盘铰接,另一端用于撑开伞布,伞骨短骨的一端与下伞盘铰接,另一端与长骨中 部铰接,其特征在于长骨与短骨或长骨与短骨的其中一种开设凹槽,所述的凹槽内设有发光装置,该发光装置包括导光条,导光条卡设在凹槽内,导光条端面配有光源,所述的光源固定在固定座上,固定座与伞骨固定连接,并有堵头套接保护。本发明结构设计合理,通过在短骨上设置导光条,再通过贴片LED灯紧贴导光条,不断的进行折射、反射,形成光带,达到很好的照明、美化夜晚环境的效果。然而,该结构因采用端部发光结构,导致其整体光照强度相对较差,照明较为勉强;同时内部导光条内基板结构通常为硬性材料制成,休闲伞在长期使用过程中,特别是后期,伞骨因使用时限或受到外界风雨影响导致会出现一定的弧度弯曲,严重时会导致内部基板出现损伤,影响使用寿命。
为了弥补现有灯光伞所存在的不足,现设计一种生产制造简单便捷、制造成本较低,灯光效果良好的户外灯光伞,为消费者提供更多选择。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,具有灯光效果好、生产成本低、装配便捷的特点。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,包括伞架,所述伞架上覆盖有伞布,所述伞架包括伞盘组件和若干与伞盘组件配合的伞骨组件,所述伞骨组件包括若干伞骨单元,其中至少一条所述伞骨单元沿长度方向上设有灯光槽,所述灯光组件包括发光体和包覆于所述发光体外侧的透光管,所述透光管用以全部或部分嵌入所述灯光槽中,所述透光管沿所述伞骨单元长度方向设置。
所述发光体一端通过导线连接有端子件,所述端子件用以与端子座导电对接,所述端子座位于主控件上,所述主控件上设有若干个端子座,单个所述端子座用以配合单个端子件。
所述主控件用以与伞盘组件配合安装,所述主控件上还导电连接有电源模块。
所述电源模块包括太阳能板和与所述太阳能板电连接的蓄电模块。
所述电源模块包括电池盒座和与所述电池盒座可拆卸安装的电池模块,所述电池盒座用以与伞骨组件或伞柱配合安装。
灯光槽的槽口向下开设,所述灯光槽包括槽腔本体和卡凸沿边,所述卡凸沿边位于所述槽腔本体开口部两侧,两侧所述卡凸沿边用以对透光管实现限位。

发光体采用LED铜线灯串。
透光管为柔性亚光中空管、柔性亮光中空管、硬性亚光中空管或硬性亮光中空管中的一种。
所述透光管内的发光体为单条LED铜线灯串,单条LED铜线灯串中设有若干LED灯珠。
本发明通过与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:通过优化设计灯光组件结构,采用透光管套装发光体形成一体结构,便于与伞骨单元中的灯光槽进行装配,降低了装配难度,同时降低了生产成本;优化单一伞骨单元中灯光组件与主控件的安装结构,便于实现多伞骨单元的集成控制装配。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
结合附图1至10所示,所示,本实施例公开了一种具有灯光效果的伞骨单元,其中若干伞骨单元1组合构成伞骨组件,伞骨单元1依据户外伞的规格不同,可以分为长伞骨单元、短伞骨单元、顶伞骨单元等;如中柱伞中,通常伞骨单元分为长伞骨单元和短伞骨单元;如罗马伞中,通常伞骨单元分为长伞骨单元、短伞骨单元、斜拉杆,若具有双顶结构的罗马伞,则通常还会有顶伞骨单元。
其中,至少一条伞骨单元1沿长度方向上设有灯光槽11,伞骨单元1依据户外伞产品需求,其伞骨截面可以为圆伞骨、椭圆伞骨、方形伞骨等,优选的,在长伞骨单元或/和短伞骨单元中沿长度方向上设有灯光槽11,灯光槽11用以与灯光组件2配合安装,实现具有灯光效果的伞骨单元1的装配;其中,灯光组件2包括发光体22和包覆于发光体22外侧的透光管21,透光管21用以全部或部分嵌入灯光槽11中,透光管沿伞骨单元1长度方向设置。
具体的,灯光槽11的槽口向下开设,灯光槽11包括槽腔本体111和卡凸沿边112,卡凸沿边112位于槽腔本体111开口部两侧,两侧卡凸沿边112用以对透光管21实现限位;优化灯光槽11结构,利用卡凸沿边112使得对透光管21实现限制,避免透光管21脱离,其中透光管21依据使用需求,可以为多种管形。
优选的,发光体22采用LED铜线灯串,透光管21内的发光体22为单条LED铜线灯串,单条LED铜线灯串中设有若干LED灯珠,单条LED铜线灯串中位于首端的LED灯珠和位于末端的LED灯珠之间的间距小于透光管的长度。
其中,LED铜线灯串采用现有技术中常用部件,如CN209672111U,公开了一种铜线灯,涉及装饰用具技术领域,解决了现有技术中存在的LED灯串保护措施比较差的技术问题。该装置包括导线丝和发光源,其中,所述发光源与所述导线丝相连接且所述发光源沿着所述导线丝的长度方向间隔分布,所述发光源外部包裹有透光胶体;所述铜线灯能弯曲成任意形状且所述铜线灯连接在承载件上;当所述导线丝与电源相连接时,所述发光源能发光。
在本实施例中,优选将其余透光管21实现良好的结合,降低了发光体22的成本,采用现有LED铜线灯串代替,结合透光管21与伞骨单元1的装配,即可实现具有灯光效果的伞骨单元的整体装配,降低了生产工艺,使得整体成本较低,具有良好的应用市场。
利用优化灯光槽11的结构,便于与透光管21装配,从而降低整个装配工艺难度,实现低成本生产制造,同时还可以保证良好的灯光效果。
其中,透光管21依据伞骨单元1中灯光槽11的槽型结构,其截面可以为圆管、方管、三角管、多边形管、异型管等,其依据使用者需求或外观美感需求,可以进行对应调整。
在其中一个优选实施例中,透光管21采用柔性中空管,具体的采用柔性亚光中空管或柔性亮光中空管,依据客户对于灯光的需求,可以进行选择亚光或亮光;其中,采用柔性中空管,其更加便于与伞骨单元1的装配,利用透光管自身的柔性特征,可以直接通过灯光槽11的槽口进行填塞装配。
在上述实施例中的一个替代方案中,透光管21采用硬性中空管,具体的采用硬性亚光中空管或硬性亮光中空管,依据客户对于灯光的需求,可以进行选择亚光或亮光;其中,透光管21通常是通过位于伞骨单元1端部的灯光槽11的端部槽口进行嵌入安装,其相对具有更好的强度。
基于上述,其中伞骨单元1两端通常还会配合第一端帽12和第二端帽13,第一端帽12位于伞骨单元1外端,通常为盲孔结构,用以对伞骨单元1外端部进行封堵;第二端帽12位于伞骨单元1内端位置,通常用以与伞盘组件中上伞盘51、下伞盘52、顶伞盘中的一个进行铰接配合,其中第二端帽13上通常会开设 穿线孔或穿线槽,便于发光体22的导向向外延伸,其中发光体22中导线24连接的端子件23位于第二端帽13外部。
本实施例通过优化设计,伞骨单元1和灯光组件2的装配更为简单,同时其保证了光感效果,采用透光管21套装发光体22形成一体结构,便于与伞骨单元1中的灯光槽11进行装配,降低了装配难度,同时降低了生产成本。
实施例2
基于实施例1,结合附图7和图8所示,本实施例公开了一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,本实施例中的户外伞为中柱伞结构,包括伞架,伞架上覆盖有伞布7,伞架包括伞盘组件和若干与伞盘组件配合的伞骨组件,伞骨组件包括若干伞骨单元1,其中,伞骨单元1采用实施例1中的具有灯光效果的伞骨单元1,伞盘组件包括上伞盘51和下伞盘52,伞骨单元1分为长伞骨单元和短伞骨单元,其中长伞骨单元一端与上伞盘铰接配合,另一端为自由端,短伞骨单元一端与下伞盘铰接配合,另一端与长伞骨单元中部铰接配合,伞盘组件还配合伞柱,伞柱为中心设置,顶端与上伞盘配合安装,并贯穿下伞盘并向下延伸。
其中,伞骨单元1中配合安装的发光体22,通过向外延伸的导线24连接有端子件23,端子件23用以与端子座31导电对接,端子座31位于主控件3上,主控件3上设有若干个端子座31,单个端子座31用以配合单个端子件23;其中,主控件3用以与伞盘组件配合安装,优选为上伞盘51,安装于上伞盘51内;其中,主控件3通常还可以配置蓝牙开关模块、红外开关模块或通过导线连接启动开关32,启动开关32可以装配于伞柱6上,实现发光体22的控制启动,也可以结合遥控器33实现无线启动。
其中,主控件3上还导电连接有电源模块4。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图8所示,电源模块4包括太阳能板和与太阳能板电连接的蓄电模块,通常太阳能板安装于上伞盘51上部位置,凸出于伞布7。
在另外一个代替实施例中,电源模块4包括电池盒座和与电池盒座可拆卸安装的电池模块,电池盒座用以与伞骨组件或伞柱配合安装;电池模块可以优选采用现有技术中的可拆电源,如充电宝、大容量电池等;其中电源模块优选的安装 位置为伞骨单元上或伞柱上。
在另外一个实施例中,电源模块还可以将太阳能板、蓄电池模块、电池盒座和电池模块进行组合使用。
实施例3
基于实施例1,结合附图9和图10,本实施例中的户外伞为侧柱伞结构,优选为罗马伞,包括伞架,伞架上覆盖有伞布7,伞架包括伞盘组件和若干与伞盘组件配合的伞骨组件,伞骨组件包括若干伞骨单元1,其中,伞骨单元1采用实施例1中的具有灯光效果的伞骨单元1,伞盘组件包括上伞盘51和下伞盘52,伞骨单元1分为长伞骨单元和短伞骨单元,其中长伞骨单元一端与上伞盘铰接配合,另一端为自由端,短伞骨单元一端与下伞盘铰接配合,另一端与长伞骨单元中部铰接配合,伞盘组件还配合斜拉杆8,斜拉杆8另一端与伞柱配合,其中斜拉杆8的结构依据侧柱伞的不同,其具有不同对应结构;在罗马伞结构中,斜拉杆8另一端与伞柱中的扶手壳进行配合安装;在香蕉伞中,斜拉杆8通常与伞柱顶部的活动座配合安装;其具有结构,依据不同伞形款式进行设置,其优选的是,斜拉杆8上设有灯光槽11,灯光槽11内配合灯光组件2。
其中,伞骨单元1中配合安装的发光体22,通过向外延伸的导线24连接有端子件23,端子件23用以与端子座31导电对接,端子座31位于主控件3上,主控件3上设有若干个端子座31,单个端子座31用以配合单个端子件23;其中,主控件3用以与伞盘组件配合安装,优选为上伞盘51,安装于上伞盘51内;其中,主控件3通常还可以配置蓝牙开关模块、红外开关模块或通过导线连接启动开关32,启动开关32可以装配于下伞盘上,实现发光体22的控制启动,也可以结合遥控器33实现无线启动。
其中,主控件3上还导电连接有电源模块4。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图10所示,电源模块4包括太阳能板和与太阳能板电连接的蓄电模块,通常太阳能板安装于上伞盘51上部位置,凸出于伞布7。
在另外一个代替实施例中,电源模块4包括电池盒座和与电池盒座可拆卸安装的电池模块,电池盒座用以与伞骨组件或伞柱配合安装;电池模块可以优选采 用现有技术中的可拆电源,如充电宝、大容量电池等;其中电源模块优选的安装位置为伞骨单元1上或斜拉杆8上。
在另外一个实施例中,结合图9所示,电源模块4还可以将太阳能板、蓄电池模块、电池盒座和电池模块进行组合使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,包括伞架,所述伞架上覆盖有伞布(7),所述伞架包括伞盘组件和若干与伞盘组件配合的伞骨组件,所述伞骨组件包括若干伞骨单元(1),其特征在于:其中至少一条所述伞骨单元(1)沿长度方向上设有灯光槽(11),所述灯光组件(2)包括发光体(22)和包覆于所述发光体(22)外侧的透光管(21),所述透光管(21)用以全部或部分嵌入所述灯光槽(11)中,所述透光管(21)沿所述伞骨单元(1)长度方向设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:所述发光体(22)一端通过导线(24)连接有端子件(23),所述端子件(23)用以与端子座(31)导电对接,所述端子座(31)位于主控件(3)上,所述主控件(3)上设有若干个端子座(31),单个所述端子座(31)用以配合单个端子件(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:所述主控件(3)用以与伞盘组件配合安装,所述主控件(3)上还导电连接有电源模块(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:所述电源模块(4)包括太阳能板和与所述太阳能板电连接的蓄电模块。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:所述电源模块(4)包括电池盒座和与所述电池盒座可拆卸安装的电池模块,所述电池盒座用以与伞骨组件或伞柱(6)配合安装。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:灯光槽(11)的槽口向下开设,所述灯光槽(11)包括槽腔本体(111)和卡凸沿边(112),所述卡凸沿边(112)位于所述槽腔本体(111)开口部两侧,两侧所述卡凸沿边(112)用以对透光管(21)实现限位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:还包括斜拉杆(8),所述斜拉杆(8)一端与伞盘组件配合,另一端与伞柱(6)配合,所述斜拉杆(8)上设有灯光槽(11),所述灯光槽(11)内配合灯光组件(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特 征在于:发光体(22)采用LED铜线灯串。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:透光管(21)为柔性亚光中空管、柔性亮光中空管、硬性亚光中空管或硬性亮光中空管中的一种。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种具有灯光效果的户外伞,其特征在于:所述透光管(21)内的发光体(22)为单条LED铜线灯串,单条LED铜线灯串中设有若干LED灯珠。
